A Full Cup of Tea Is an Insult, President Kieran
The Angel Nebula gradually began to get back on track, while Su Yu shamelessly settled down there. Over the past few days, many angels had curiously come to see this absurdly powerful male god, only to be driven away by Liang Bing.
Su Yu’s residence was no worse than the palaces of He Xi and the other two. He spent his days practicing the piano in his room, going out for a stroll whenever he was bored. Keisha and the others had not come to see him these past few days, and he did not know whether they did not wish to disturb him or were simply afraid of him.
Three months later
Keisha came to Su Yu’s room. When Su Yu saw her, he invited her to sit down and poured her a cup of tea.
Keisha picked up the teacup. "What is this?"
"Tea. Something that will appear around thirty thousand years from now," Su Yu said with a smile.
Keisha looked puzzled. Su Yu pointed at the cup in her hand. "Try taking a sip. Oh, and don’t drink it all in one gulp. Taste it slowly."
Keisha nodded, raised the cup, and began drinking. After two sips, she said, "Though this tea is bitter, it tastes quite good. Could you give me some?"
With a wave of Su Yu’s hand, a packet of tea leaves appeared out of thin air. He handed it to Keisha. "Here. Making tea is simple. Add a little of these tea leaves, then pour in hot water."
Keisha accepted the tea leaves and nodded slightly. "Thank you."
Su Yu smiled. "It’s nothing, just some tea leaves. Oh, and if anyone visits you in the future, never fill their teacup to the brim when serving tea."
"Why? Are you afraid it will spill?" Keisha asked in confusion.
Su Yu nodded slightly. "More or less. A full cup of wine shows respect, while a full cup of tea insults the guest. So filling someone’s tea to the brim is actually an insult."
"Oh, then what is wine?" Keisha asked again. For the first time, she felt as if her mind was not working properly. There were so many things she had never even heard of.
"Uh… it’s also something you drink. I’ll give you some to try as well." Su Yu gave a wry smile, then took out a wine jug and poured her a cup.
Keisha picked it up and drank again. Once she finished, her eyes lit up. "Compared to tea, I prefer this wine."
"Then I’ll give you a jug." Su Yu generously took out an Infinity Wine Gourd and handed it to Keisha.
Keisha accepted the wine gourd and thanked him with a smile. "Many thanks. By the way, I still don’t know your name, male god."
"My name is Su Yu. You can just call me Su Yu from now on. There’s no need to call me male god," Su Yu replied.
Keisha nodded slightly. "Su Yu, my name is Keisha."
"I know. Sky Blade King Keisha."
Keisha froze for a moment, then said, "It seems you know quite a bit about us angels, yet I know nothing about you."
Su Yu smiled and waved his hand. "What do you want to know? Ask away, and I’ll answer. It’s not some secret that can’t be told."
Keisha crossed her legs. "Alright. Then could you tell me about your origins? Which civilization do you come from?"
Su Yu stroked his chin. "To be precise, I don’t belong to any civilization in your known universe. I come from outside your world."
"How is that possible… Though, that makes sense. In the known universe, there is no technology capable of explaining the methods you used to deal with Hua Ye." Keisha had initially refused to believe it, but had no choice but to accept it.
After taking a breath, Keisha said, "Then can you tell me what your purpose is in coming to this world?"
"I don’t have any particular purpose. I just came to take a look at this world. Traveling across countless worlds is pretty fun, after all," Su Yu said with a smile.
Keisha continued asking, "Then will you bring harm to our world?"
"I’m not some villain. Why would I harm your world? Just treat me as a traveler. I’ll leave after staying for ten thousand years or so." Su Yu waved his hand.
"Mm. I have one last question. What kind of person are you? Every powerful person I know is extremely arrogant. They disdain speaking with those weaker than themselves, much less saying so much to someone weaker than them." Keisha stared into Su Yu’s eyes as she asked.
Su Yu smiled. "Are those really powerful people? I think there’s something wrong with their heads. I’ve always thought people like that were bullied too much as children, which is why they act as though they can crush heaven, earth, and the very air itself once they gain a little strength."
"They’re nothing more than frogs at the bottom of a well. Those who act as if they’re the greatest beings in the world aren’t truly strong. The ones you should watch out for are those who seem kind and easy to get along with, yet possess extraordinary status and strength." Su Yu took a sip of tea.
Keisha nodded slightly. "I understand. Su Yu, if there’s nothing else, I’ll be leaving first." With that, Keisha rose to leave.
Just as she was about to walk out the door, Keisha suddenly remembered something. She turned back to Su Yu and said, "Oh, right. Kieran of the God River Civilization, which was destroyed a few days ago, has come to our Angel Nebula. He wants to establish an academy called the Super God Academy. I agreed, but there are currently no teachers. Could I invite you to be a teacher at the Super God Academy?"
Su Yu smiled. "The Super God Academy? Sure. But tell Kieran that I won’t be an ordinary teacher. Tell him I want to be the vice president of the Super God Academy."
"Mm, I’ll tell him. Once he learns of your strength, he’ll definitely agree." Keisha nodded, then left.
After Keisha left, she went to find Kieran.
"Kieran, doesn’t the Super God Academy still need teachers? I’ve found a powerful person, but he wants to be the vice president of the Super God Academy. Do you agree?" Keisha got straight to the point.
Kieran asked in confusion, "For someone to be called powerful by Angel King Keisha, his strength must be immense, right? Has he already reached the Fourth Generation God Body?"
Keisha shook her head.
Kieran froze. "He hasn’t reached the Fourth Generation God Body? Then no matter how strong he is, he can’t be stronger than you, can he?"
Keisha gave a bitter smile. "I didn’t shake my head to say that he hasn’t reached the Fourth Generation God Body. I shook my head because I don’t know either. Let me show you an image."
As she spoke, Keisha waved her hand, and a screen appeared before Kieran. The screen began playing footage of Su Yu wiping out the male angels some time ago. It was only three minutes long, but after watching it, Kieran wore the exact same expression Keisha and the others had worn back then: nothing but shock.
"Th-this… what kind of power is this? Keisha, can you take me to meet this powerful person? I really want to know what this power is!" Kieran’s eyes gleamed.
Kieran was a scientist and had a great interest in everything unknown. Su Yu’s display of such overwhelming power had sparked immense curiosity in him.
