All Villains!

Conference hall.

"Hulk? Are you kidding me?" Bruce put down his chicken leg, his expression grave.

He was not taking the blame for this!

Kyle frowned, catching the key point as he asked, "Bruce, did any of your serum get out into the world?"

"Serum?" Bruce froze. Under everyone’s gazes, cold sweat gradually beaded across his forehead. He hurriedly nodded. "I remember now. Some time ago, I did send some serum by express delivery to a scientist friend, asking him to help me research a way to crack the Hulk genes."

"Express… delivery?" Tony twitched his lips.

"That’s not the point." Natasha shot him a glance, then let out an exasperated groan. "Don’t tell me a second Hulk has been born?"

"Vis, connect to the military cameras over there. Let us see what’s happening." Kyle spoke calmly.

Vis’s mechanical eyes turned, projecting a faint blue glow as it linked to the live camera feed through a holographic projection.

The first thing they heard was a chaotic chorus of screams!

The camera footage shook violently. It showed a bustling central street, packed tight with gridlocked cars. Countless pedestrians fled in every direction, while at the far end of the street, a massive green beast prowled recklessly.

Police and military forces began evacuating the pedestrians. At the same time, army-green armored vehicles drove into the street and advanced to suppress it!

Boom!

A rocket launcher shell struck the green monster squarely, erupting in flames and shockwaves!

A gigantic hand reached out from within. It clapped inward like a fan, and the powerful gust it generated dispersed the flaming blast wave.

A pair of savage, icy beast eyes looked toward the camera.

More than half the people in the conference hall sucked in a breath.

It resembled the Hulk, but its build was half again as strong. Its entire body, including the top of its head, was bald. Sinister bones and tendons protruded from its muscles, while a row of jagged white bony ridges ran down its back.

The creature before them was far uglier and more brutal than the Hulk! It was like a cold-blooded monster from a bloody hell!

"Abomination," Kyle muttered.

They had subdued the Hulk far faster than in the original storyline. Kyle had thought that would prevent Abomination from appearing, but he had not expected Bruce’s serum to have leaked out beforehand.

"Vis, time to work." Kyle did not dwell on it. He drained the wine in his glass, rose from the head seat, and quietly slipped the Venom card between two fingers.

"Godfather, I happen to be free. I’ll go with you, and test the recently improved Iron Man armor while I’m at it." Tony raised a hand, looking at Abomination in the video with mild interest.

"Sure." Kyle nodded.

Just as the two headed upstairs, Bruce suddenly stood up and requested, "I’m coming too."

"Are you sure?" Natasha looked at him in surprise.

The Hulk’s unpredictability was currently far too high. If it went over there and caused more trouble, the consequences would be unimaginable.

As S.H.I.E.L.D.’s Deputy Director, she had to prioritize that possibility.

"I’m sure." Bruce pulled out a tissue, wiped the grease from his mouth, and said seriously, "It was born from my serum. Stopping its violence is my responsibility. Besides, if I can’t adapt to transforming into the Hulk, then I’ll be useless even if I join the Avengers."

"Whatever. If you lose control, I’ll just suppress you too."

Kyle’s casual remark instantly silenced the entire hall, and Tony and the others felt vastly more reassured.

That was simply too reliable…

"Fine. Then I’m coming too." Natasha thought for a moment before speaking.

"Does this count as the Avengers’ first operation?" Tony could not help laughing.

"Then let’s go."

Kyle summoned Venom and led the group toward the rooftop.

California.

A bustling main street.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The cars on the road were like plastic toys. Abomination picked them up and hurled them around, smashing them into buildings and setting off burst after burst of localized explosions. Flames and thick smoke rose everywhere.

All around it, bullets and shells from the military poured down in a concentrated barrage, only to bounce harmlessly off its green bony shell.

Abomination cast them a cold glance, continuously swinging cars from the roadside and violently hurling them toward the military. Explosive firelight engulfed half the street!

"Symbol of Peace, come out!" Abomination roared hoarsely.

That was right. It was Emil!

A world-class elite soldier, then a newly enhanced Super Soldier through genetic augmentation, and now Abomination after being injected with Hulk serum!

It had suffered grievous injuries twice in succession, transforming amid the depths of despair.

The fusion of Super Soldier and Hulk genes meant it could no longer return to human form, but it could feel boundless power contained within its body!

"Symbol of Peace…"

Abomination repeated the low growl. Just as it prepared to wipe out the military, a familiar and calm voice suddenly sounded behind it. "Looking for me?"

Its body stiffened before it abruptly turned around.

Kyle, clad in a hooded leather jacket and silver-haired, stood less than five meters away. A pair of dark wings was retracting against his back.

"You really came!" Abomination grinned viciously.

"I came to send you on your way," Kyle said calmly.

"Do you still think you can beat me now?!" Abomination casually swung up a nearby car, lifted it above its head, and prepared to smash it down on Kyle.

"Who said I was going to fight you one-on-one?" Kyle looked at it as if it were an idiot. He stood completely still, showing no intention of dodging.

Sizzle!

At that moment, two dazzling white lasers struck the car first, causing it to explode in Abomination’s hands ahead of time.

Abomination withdrew its hands and shook its head. Its scalp was slightly scorched by the nearby blast wave.

"Who?" it snarled, angrily scanning left and right.

"Godfather, you sure got here fast."

Iron Man swooped down from above the street, landing on the road with a clang and standing shoulder to shoulder with Kyle.

His raised hands gathered blinding lasers, both aimed at Abomination before him. He did not forget to politely remind it, "Green-skinned monster, please raise those hideous meat claws of yours."

"Who are you?" Abomination asked coldly.

"You can call me Iron Man. We’re the Avengers! Oh, and another member will be here any moment—"

Before Iron Man could finish, Bruce’s miserable wail came from the sky, rapidly drawing closer.

Smack!

Bruce fell freely from the sky and slammed into the concrete between Kyle and Iron Man, smashing out a human-shaped crater.

Abomination: "…"

Kyle: "…"

"…" Iron Man covered his mask with one hand, refusing to look at the crater. Somewhat awkwardly, he said, "Forget what I said after that. I don’t know him."

Crack!

The ground trembled slightly. Cracks spread and widened across the human-shaped crater, and a thick green monstrous hand stretched out from within.

The Hulk crawled out. The hair atop its head had yet to recover and was still slightly scorched.

It let out an enraged roar brimming with violent aura, then casually punched Iron Man, who was standing beside it, and sent him flying.

But when the Hulk looked to its right and saw Kyle’s calm face, its terrifying aura immediately withered. An intensely wary, almost human expression appeared on its face.

It had been terrified by the Eternal Fire.

Whoosh—

Iron Man flew back to the scene crookedly, avoiding the Hulk as he carefully took a position to Kyle’s left.

"Then let’s begin."

Kyle spread his hands. Starting from his chest, a tough Dark Keratin Membrane emerged and extended over his limbs and neck, covering his entire body.

Dark Demon, Hulk, and Iron Man.

All villains!

Abomination looked them over. As it stared at the three bizarre figures, an intense sense of foreboding somehow rose within its inflated, arrogant heart.

Something came up at home. Taking a day off.
