Alliance Assembly

According to Jino's classification, yellow level was the weakest, and usually only nearby Justice League members would be assigned to handle it. For example, if someone committed a home invasion somewhere in Metropolis, Singer, as the Justice League's assistant, would directly dispatch Bart or Clark to deal with it. The next level up was blue level. For example, if they encountered a powerful superpowered villain and the superhero sent to respond could not handle them, Singer would send additional manpower.
