Anti-Nuclear War Fortress

Why did the Cloud Shinobi join forces with the Stone Ninja? Because they were a hard counter. Of the four ninja villages opposing Konoha, the one Yueguang Han countered most effectively was the Cloud Shinobi Village. Yueguang Han was not afraid of Lightning Style Ninjutsu. Not only was he completely immune to Lightning Style Ninjutsu, but he could also absorb it to replenish himself. Aside from Lightning Style Ninjutsu, the Cloud Shinobi only had swordsmanship and Cloud Style Taijutsu, both of which required close-quarters combat.
