Chaos Unleashed

Ten Phoenix Nirvana Art (Special): If Nirvana is successfully achieved after death, Phoenix blood essence will be inscribed into the body, granting one random ability or trait. After each death, the chance of Nirvana decreases. Upon completing ten Nirvanas, the secret art · Hundred Days Ten Phoenix Nirvana Art (S+) will be additionally obtained.

Amid the blazing radiance, intense vitality began to erupt. Throughout New York, countless streams of blood energy gathered above the Phoenix Feather.

The blood energy poured backward like long dragons. At first, it had been faint and barely visible, but it quickly turned into a siphoning torrent, no longer concealing itself.

Tony Stark, who had launched several attacks from the air against the strange angel without any effect, noticed this.

"Everyone, stay sharp. There’s a new development where Wanda appeared earlier!"

By now, all the surviving Avengers had basically realized the severity of the situation.

New York was suffering a disaster far worse than the one Loki had caused back then.

That fallen angel hanging upside down in the sky, bringing devastating calamity with every attack, was more like a god of legend than any Asgardian. Unfortunately, it was an "evil god."

Wanda had already flown into the sky. Terrifying Chaos Magic, like scarlet mist, blanketed more than half the heavens and actually held back the terrifying being in the sky for the moment.

Knowing the others could not help, Tony Stark immediately split up the team.

"Captain, go check on Thor. His revenge operation underground should be over. We need his strength!"

This was a rare instance of Tony Stark directly acknowledging Thor’s power. Captain America gave the blood energy gathering in the sky one last look.

"Be careful, Tony. Once this is over today, I…"

"Stop, stop! Captain, you saying something like that right now is giving me a bad feeling."

Tony cut off Steve’s apparent attempt to speak from the heart before leaving. He was the first to land from the sky, followed by War Machine and Falcon.

The three felt the heavy bloody aura in the air. Using their armor for protection, Tony and War Machine stepped inside. Falcon followed them for two steps, then suddenly felt a stabbing pain across his skin. Looking down, he immediately shouted.

"Holy shit!"

"Careful, there’s something wrong with this blood mist. My skin’s been cut open!"

Several tiny wounds had appeared across his dark skin. Once the blood flowed out, it directly turned into blood mist and merged into the scarlet dragons as well.

Tony frowned. He still did not know whether this had been left behind by Wanda or someone else. The image of Mercenary Tao carrying Vision’s corpse before Wanda flashed through Tony’s mind, but he did not explain further.

"You retreat first. We have armor for protection. We’ll go take a look."

Iron Man entered the center of the blood mist and finally saw a feather on the ground, radiating a golden-red glow.

This was…

Iron Man’s optical instruments caught it: as the blood dragons poured into the feather, flames seemed to begin burning around it.

Whoosh!

The flames suddenly burst open. His armor registered no high temperature; those flames had no heat at all, only a strange sensation.

The next moment, a slender yet powerful hand reached out from the flames.

"You…"

Boom!

Chaos Magic and the Holy Lance collided in midair. The shockwaves of the battle caused a skyscraper over a hundred meters tall in Manhattan to collapse with a thunderous crash. The earth-shaking roar made the group entering underground feel heavy-hearted.

"Let’s go. We need to find Thor quickly!"

Black Widow looked resolute as she patted Captain America on the shoulder. The group swiftly moved through the ruined underground world, still littered with lava and ice.

They were trying to find Thor, who had appeared earlier in a rage and declared that he wanted revenge.

But the battle here seemed to have ended ahead of time. There was no movement at all, and the footsteps of the two echoed clearly through the underground world.

Captain America felt inexplicably heavy-hearted. This did not look like Thor had completed a satisfying revenge.

Clap, clap, clap.

Clear applause rang out. A silver-haired man in a black Mandarin-collar jacket appeared around the corner. He was quite tall, wore a black blindfold over his eyes, and had an exaggerated smile.

"Hello?!"

As if deliberately speaking in awkward English, the man shrugged his shoulders.

"You must be the superheroes he mentioned… right~"

Satoru Gojo walked out while applauding.

Deep down, he admired these so-called superheroes. Their strength might not have been all that great, but their willingness to stand up and fight for the weak already fit his definition of strength.

Of course, that definition of strength was, at its core, also a form of restraint he imposed upon himself.

Satoru Gojo had always believed that people were shaped through all kinds of limits and restraints.

Therefore, he did not intend to kill these two.

Step, step, step.

Captain America turned around and discovered that another man, gloomy-faced and wearing a trench coat, had emerged behind them, clearly intending to cut off their escape.

"Steve, could you please stay here quietly?"

"Mr. Satoru Gojo doesn’t want to kill you, but I don’t particularly care."

Millennium Worm spoke calmly. He would not deliberately provoke Satoru Gojo, but now that there was hope of resurrection, Mercenary Tao’s will was his highest principle.

If necessary, he did not care how many people he had to kill.

Millennium Worm endured the pain of Cursed Technique Overload as he formed hand seals with both hands, ready to unleash Domain Expansion once again at any moment.

Black Widow gripped her gun and shifted her footing, watching the two strange Asian men while scanning the surroundings as thoroughly as possible.

Then she discovered that Thor and Loki were both lying against a wall in a corner, their eyes closed as though they had fallen asleep. Whether they were alive or dead was unknown.

"Relax, they just need to sleep for a while~"

Satoru Gojo possessed complete 360-degree vision. None of Black Widow’s movements could escape his eyes.

Black Widow’s gaze flickered. Captain America suddenly hurled his shield fiercely at Millennium Worm. The instant the shield tore through the air, Black Widow raised her gun and fired several shots at Satoru Gojo. The bullets sliced through the air, flying toward Satoru Gojo’s forehead, heart, and throat.

Bang!

The shield struck empty air and rebounded with tremendous force. Captain America had already lunged forward with his whole body.

Millennium Worm’s eyes turned cold. He abruptly retreated, and Cursed Speech rang from his mouth.

"Stop!"

Satoru Gojo looked at the bullets frozen before him and casually waved a hand, sweeping them aside.

The next moment, his expression changed, and he shot backward.

Boom!

A massive figure, carrying incomparably fierce momentum, slammed directly into the ground.

Satoru Gojo spread his hands as repulsive force erupted. His body crashed into the concrete wall, and illusory chains appeared behind him as cursed energy forced the concrete apart.

Rumble~

Like a giant bulldozer, Satoru Gojo continued plowing deeper into the earth.

His blindfold had long since been removed. Before him stood an incomparably powerful enemy!

Solomon shook his head. That impact had indeed been terrifying. His twisted chest was now recovering through Gabriel’s holy power.

The Stairway of Light and Darkness was essentially a manifestation of dualistic power. Light and darkness, holy and demonic, could transform into one another.

He had already stepped onto the fifth stair, which effectively meant both powers had doubled.

Yet even so, he had still been smashed down here.

A blonde woman stood in the air, looking down at Solomon. Only then did Wanda descend from the sky.

Captain Marvel had actually returned at this moment…

"Solomon, you got beaten up pretty badly, huh~"

A flippant voice rang out, startling both Solomon and Wanda.

Then they saw a black-haired man with long hair hanging loose emerge from the red mist.
