Chapter 1258

Therefore, no matter the circumstances, this set of spells had become redundant.

According to Lin Moyu's estimation, unless a major change occurred, he wouldn't be using them for a long time to come.

Lin Moyu always believed there were no useless spells. He had originally planned to use [Infinite Fusion] to properly study this set of spells when he had time in the future.

Perhaps he could fuse them into a powerful spell.

To his surprise, before he could even start studying them himself, [Infinite Fusion] took the initiative.

Wrapped in the turbid mist, the four Spell Stars that originally formed the four-star spell continuously drew closer before sticking together.

After sticking together, it did not end there; instead, they began to fuse with each other.

The original four spells already shared similarities and had close properties; otherwise, they wouldn't have been able to form a four-star spell in the first place.

Now that they were fusing, it seemed only natural.

Lin Moyu watched quietly. His soul continuously channeled the Undead Law, while simultaneously controlling the Talent Giant Tree to constantly provide power to [Infinite Fusion].

He looked forward to what kind of spell [Infinite Fusion] would ultimately combine them into.

The four Spell Stars fused with each other, already pressing tightly together, and their shapes began to change.

They permeated each other, becoming inextricably intertwined.

But gradually, the speed of fusion slowed down, and they began to vibrate, with the amplitude of the vibrations growing increasingly intense.

A buzzing vibration echoed from the turbid mist. With the fusion only halfway complete, the difficulty was becoming greater and greater.

Instead of continuing to fuse, the four Spell Stars now showed a tendency to separate.

"The fusion is failing?"

Lin Moyu frowned slightly.

Fusing spells was no simple matter; it wasn't something that could succeed in just a few tries.

He had attempted to fuse spells in the past, failing countless times before finding a few methods of fusion.

The current fusion was even more violent, directly attempting to merge the Spell Stars together to turn four spells into one.

The difficulty could well be imagined.

Lin Moyu's brow furrowed slightly, and his soul's face also grew tense, but there was nothing he could do.

He had the power to forcibly stop the fusion, but he had no way to make it succeed.

The four Spell Stars stopped fusing, showing a clear trend of separating.

At this moment, the [Infinite Fusion] Spell Star suddenly burst with brilliant light, and a pitch-black cauldron flew out from within it.

This cauldron resembled an alchemy furnace, but it had no lid, looking like a large iron pot.

"It's that iron block!"

Lin Moyu was startled. He recognized at a glance that this large iron pot that had suddenly flown out was indeed that mysterious iron block.

It should be said that this large iron pot was the true form of the mysterious iron block.

The large iron pot flew beneath the four Spell Stars that were about to separate and scooped them all inside.

Then, a ball of flame rose from the iron pot and began to burn fiercely.

The color of the flame was very peculiar, seeming red yet black, red-gray yet white, as if countless colors were contained within it. It exuded an extremely dense Chaos Law, far more concentrated than the law within the mist.

Under the burning of the flames, the four Spell Stars that were about to separate began to fuse once again, and at an even faster speed than before.

Lin Moyu chuckled helplessly. "This is failing the soft approach and resorting to force; it's forcing a fusion."

"If I could use these flames to comprehend the Chaos Law, there might be a slight chance of succeeding."

"Once I reach the God Venerable Realm and have some free time, I can give it a try."

Inside the large iron pot, the four Spell Stars ultimately failed to separate.

They were melted down and fused together.

Only the Chaos Law could accomplish such a method of forced fusion.

When the flames went out and the large iron pot departed, a brand-new Spell Star shone brilliantly within the Soul World.

Although the newly born Spell Star was not a four-star spell, it possessed an aura even stronger than one.

Its size was second only to [Infinite Fusion], several times larger than the other Spell Stars.

Lin Moyu immediately checked the spell's information.

[Bone Hell: …].

Chapter 1401: New Spell: Bone Hell

Lin Moyu carefully examined the spell's information.

[Bone Hell (Fusion Rate 150%): Turns a designated area into Bone Hell. Bone Hell will connect to the hell of the Undead World, and all enemies within it will be attacked by the power of hell. If an enemy dies within Bone Hell, their true spirit will enter hell and become a slave of hell.]

[Slaves of hell will not truly die; they will continuously reincarnate in hell. Unless hell is destroyed, they can never escape for all eternity.]

[As the master of Bone Hell, you will receive the protection of hell. The more people killed by Bone Hell, the safer you will be.]

[Bone Hell will identify all who attack you and mark them. Once marked, they cannot escape your soul lock.]

The spell's information was extensive and highly detailed.

Looking at this information, even Lin Moyu, as the master, felt a sense of trepidation.

"Fortunately, this spell is mine. If it belonged to someone else, it would really be a headache."

Although he hadn't used it yet, Lin Moyu could tell that [Bone Hell] was extremely powerful.

But exactly how powerful it was, he would only know after testing it.

After carefully analyzing several characteristics of the spell, Lin Moyu already understood it thoroughly.

First, enemies who died in Bone Hell would become slaves of Bone Hell, which meant they became his slaves, since he was the master of Bone Hell.

These slaves were immortal and indestructible, and they could resurrect within Bone Hell after dying.

In other words, as long as he did not die, these slaves would exist forever.

As more people were killed and more slaves accumulated, Bone Hell would grow stronger and stronger.

Secondly, as the number of slaves increased, Bone Hell's defense for him would also strengthen. Among the four fused spells, the defensive Bone Armor had also been inherited.

Finally, and the effect that Lin Moyu cared about the most, Bone Hell could mark enemies who attacked him. Once marked, they could not escape his soul lock.

As long as they were soul-locked, he could use Corpse Explosion.

After [Bone Hell] finished fusing, the large iron pot flew back. At this moment, the luster of the [Infinite Fusion] Spell Star grew dim, as if it had consumed a vast amount of power just now.

Even with the replenishment from the Divine Power and the Talent Giant Tree, it could not be fully restored.

It sent a weak message to Lin Moyu, as if saying, "I'm so tired!"

However, it did not rest, continuing to fuse the three forces incessantly and transmit them to the remaining Spell Stars to complete their final ascension.

At this moment, it resembled an excellent commander more than ever, leading all the spells.

Even though it was exhausted, it still completed what needed to be done.

With a stir of his heart, Lin Moyu's soul appeared beside [Infinite Fusion], reaching out to gently caress its surface.

It looked just like he was caressing a child.

Lin Moyu could feel the joy transmitted from [Infinite Fusion]. Its faint spirituality instinctively expressed its closeness to him.

Lin Moyu felt that this little fellow was like an infant who hadn't grown up yet, treating him as its closest kin.

Finally, the shenzhou cauldron fell back to its original spot, no longer pouring down Divine Power.

The Talent Giant Tree also retracted its branches, no longer connecting to the Spell Stars.

The ascension of the Spell Stars reached its end, drawing to a close.

The turbid mist gradually dispersed like clouds parting to reveal the sun, and the Spell Stars once again shone with brilliant light.

Each and every Spell Star was significantly larger than before.

The aura they emanated also grew increasingly powerful.

Especially among the summoning-type spells, nine Spell Stars linked together to form a nine-star spell.

The Undead hidden within them seemed to shout in unison within the Spell Stars, their collective aura majestic and staggering.

Lin Moyu let out a long sigh of relief. "It's finally over."

Ascending to God King was, on the whole, extremely smooth, without any stumbles or bottlenecks.

It was mainly because his foundation was strong enough; he had cleared the path ahead long ago, so naturally, there would be no problems.

"Next, it's time to see what my spells have become."

Lin Moyu began to receive information, taking it in from the Talent Giant Tree and the Spell Stars.

Like a marshal, he reviewed his troops.

The Talent Giant Tree swayed, occupying two-thirds of the Soul World. Countless vines and branches hung down, exuding majestic vitality and filling the entire Soul World with life.

Several branches rested on Lin Moyu's soul, pressing against it to express their affection.

Although not as spiritual as [Infinite Fusion], the Talent Giant Tree still possessed instincts.

[Paramount (Rank 4): Spells are amplified by four hundred times. All members of the Undead Legion share damage, life, and spirit, reducing damage taken by four times. When the Undead Legion and their master receive fatal damage, they will undergo Rebirth, instantly recovering to their peak state, with all spell cooldowns reset. Rebirth can occur once every 30 seconds.]

As expected, his talent had strengthened once again.

Rising from Rank 3 to Rank 4.

The spell amplification increased to four hundred times, an amplification that almost all spells could enjoy.

Just the enhancement of his talent alone could allow Lin Moyu's Undead Legion to ascend to a whole new level.

Damage was reduced by four times, and defensive power was strengthened once again—similarly, a comprehensive enhancement.

Lin Moyu always believed that his strongest aspect was not offense, but defense.

Coupled with the Rebirth effect within his talent, this was where his confidence lay.

Even when facing a Lesser God Venerable, Lin Moyu did not feel the slightest bit of fear.

"I might not be able to kill you, but you shouldn't think of killing me either."

"If I am forced to use my trump cards, I can put an end to you."

After reviewing his talent, Lin Moyu began to examine each of his spells.

First were the changes to the two major Origin Techniques.

[Gather Power (Fusion Rate 150%): Consumes soul power to enter the Gather Power state. Under the Gather Power state, you will inherit all summoned creatures' strength and spells, breaking through original boundaries to unleash power beyond limits. The Gather Power state will continuously consume soul power; as soul power weakens, the Gather Power state will also continue to weaken. During this period, you can obtain the power of living beings by killing them to maintain the Gather Power state. The Gather Power state places immense pressure on the physical body and soul; overloading it may result in self-detonation.]

[Strong Soldier (Fusion Rate 150%): Consumes soul power to enter the Strong Soldier state. Under the Strong Soldier state, the damage dealt by yourself and all summoned creatures is multiplied by 10 times. The Strong Soldier state continuously consumes soul power, which can be replenished by killing enemies. Under the Strong Soldier state, a portion of the obtained soul power can be absorbed and retained as your own power. However, external soul power contains impurities, so it is best to refine and purify it before absorption.]

For the two Origin Techniques, apart from the increase in fusion rate, there was no essential change.

However, Lin Moyu was not surprised. The two Origin Techniques were already powerful enough; if they became even stronger, it would be somewhat unreasonable.

No matter how extraordinary things were, there were still rules and principles governing them.

In the grand scheme of things, there is a balance to all matters; the Great World would not allow things that disrupt this balance to appear.

After checking the Origin Techniques, Lin Moyu began to review the other spells one by one.

First were the passive spells, then the Curse-type spells, and finally, the summoning-type spells.

[Note: The information regarding talent spells and the Undead Legion is still in the auxiliary chapters. I won't display the status panel in the main text because the panel's word count is too high—adding up to several thousand words—and I don't want to waste everyone's money.]

Chapter 1402: Daring to Battle Even When Facing a God Venerable

As expected, for the passive spells and the Soul Curse, apart from their fusion rates rising from 110% to 150%,

their effects changed slightly accordingly, but there was no essential change.

Among them, the cooldown of [Undead] was reduced to 120 seconds, which is two minutes.
