Chapter 135.

Xiajing Academy, White God Courtyard.

Ning Tairan walked in with a disgruntled look on his face.

"Hey, Old Man Ning is here. This is a rare occasion."

"Why are you pulling such a long face as soon as you arrive? Who upset you?"

Bai Yiyuan teased, pouring him a cup of tea as he spoke.

Ning Tairan sat down forcefully and drank three large cups of tea in succession. "That kid Lin Moyu is playing dirty."

Bai Yiyuan was full of curiosity. "When did you see Little Lin?"

Meng Anwen chimed in, "He went to Fortress No. 1 yesterday."

Bai Yiyuan let out an 'oh'. "So that's it. Did you see Little Lin and Ning Yiyi?"

Ning Tairan glared at Bai Yiyuan. "Tell me the truth, did you instruct Little Lin to seduce Yiyi?"

"Bullshit!" Bai Yiyuan yelled. "Little Lin is so outstanding, why would he need to seduce anyone? With just one word from him, girls would be lining up."

"Get lost! If you hadn't instructed him, would my Yiyi have taken a fancy to a guy who can't even say a word to save his life?" Ning Tairan shouted even louder.

The two began to argue, neither willing to give an inch, while Meng Anwen sat to the side, closing his eyes to rest while acting as a bystander.

For two consecutive days, Lin Moyu and Ning Yiyi repeatedly ran the Hell Outpost Dungeon.

As Lin Moyu's level increased, their efficiency became higher and higher.

By the time their cooldown amulets ran out of energy, Lin Moyu had already reached level 26, with his experience at 45%.

Ning Yiyi had also surpassed level 25.

Coming from the Yuan Battlefield, it had only been five or six days, and their levels had risen from 22 to 26.

It was almost a level every day or so, shockingly fast.

In just a few days, they had traveled a path that would take others months or even half a year.

After finishing the last run, the two left the Dungeon and returned to Fortress No. 1.

They found a restaurant and ordered some food.

They hadn't had time to rest for two days. "The cooldown amulet needs to be recharged. I plan to return to Xiajing Academy; I can't find an Alchemist here."

Ning Yiyi ate her food in large bites, saying vaguely, "I also need to go back to turn in a quest to my Second Grandfather. I wonder if there will be any new quests."

"If Second Grandfather dares to lie to me, I'll definitely pull out all his beard when I get back."

Ning Yiyi waved her fist, her 'ferocious' appearance looking very cute.

Lin Moyu looked at Ning Yiyi and suddenly reached out to wipe a crumb of food from the corner of her mouth.

Ning Yiyi froze instantly. She was stunned, unable to speak, and her pretty face turned beet red.

Lin Moyu was also a bit embarrassed and withdrew his hand. "Our Hell Outpost sets are complete. Bai Yiyuan might have new quests for me. If not, I plan to go deep into the Yuan Battlefield to earn some military merit."

Ning Yiyi blushed. "Take me with you."

"Alright."

The two came to the exchange in the fortress, and Lin Moyu placed some equipment he didn't need up for consignment.

The Hell Outpost series equipment was too valuable, often worth millions.

If he sold them directly to the exchange, the price difference would be too large.

On Ning Yiyi's suggestion, Lin Moyu decided to consign them at the exchange.

After a successful transaction, he would only need to pay a 10% commission to the exchange.

There wasn't a single piece of Hell Outpost equipment in the exchange. There was only Nightmare Outpost equipment.

The two used the Nightmare Outpost equipment as a reference and raised the price based on that.

They sorted through the equipment they possessed, and the quantity was not small.

[Hell Outpost Longsword], [Hell Outpost Great Axe], [Hell Outpost Longbow], [Hell Outpost Staff]*2.

Besides weapons, there was also a shield, light armor, heavy armor, a ring, and a bracelet.

Each Dungeon run would drop 2 to 3 pieces of equipment.

They didn't need to divide them, and Ning Yiyi didn't want them, so they all belonged to Lin Moyu.

Weapons were uniformly priced at 10 million gold coins each.

Light armor and heavy armor were uniformly priced at 5 million gold coins each.

Bracelets and rings were 3 million gold coins.

Only the shield was marked at 15 million.

As a result, not counting materials, the total value of the Hell Outpost equipment alone reached 90 million gold coins.

Then there were the Dragon race materials.

Someone had posted a quest to acquire Dragon race materials in bulk, and the price was very high.

Lin Moyu kept the materials needed to turn in the quest and sold the rest.

He directly exchanged them for 20 million gold coins.

The rest was the equipment obtained from Logus and his group of Professionals.

Lin Moyu threw these pieces of equipment directly to the exchange.

There were eleven full sets of equipment, all top-tier Gold equipment, and each set was worth around 10 million.

After selling them, the gold coins on Lin Moyu already exceeded 100 million.

Once all the Hell Outpost equipment was sold, his net worth would exceed 200 million.

Lin Moyu suddenly felt that Intermediate Skill Scrolls weren't that expensive after all.

Ning Yiyi smiled and said, "Don't think you're rich now; a few hundred million is nothing, it's basically useless."

Lin Moyu was helpless; to Ning Yiyi, hundreds of millions of gold coins didn't seem like much money.

He didn't know how much money would catch her eye.

Ning Yiyi explained, "When you undergo the Second Class Advancement, you still need quite a few materials, and those materials alone will cost tens of millions."

"Buying Intermediate Skill Scrolls for levels 40, 50, and 60—you have to buy them all, and a few hundred million isn't enough."

"As for Advanced Skill Scrolls, let alone that no one is selling them. Even if someone were, each one would cost at least 1 billion."

"So, this really isn't much."

After listening to what Ning Yiyi said, Lin Moyu finally calmed down.

By that calculation, it really wasn't much.

Ning Yiyi continued to explain, "Many things cannot be bought with gold coins. Grandfather said that among top-tier Professionals, barter is the mainstream method of trading."

"There is another hard currency, and that is military merit."

"If you go to a fortress above number six, you can use military merit to buy many things."

Chapter 138. The World Has Forgotten, God Bai's Other Name.

After selling everything that could and should be sold, there was only one set of equipment that Lin Moyu found difficult to handle. The Fire God Set.

The Fire God Set obtained from Logus.

It was crafted by a blacksmith and an Alchemist working together.

Although it was only Gold equipment, its attributes completely surpassed top-tier Gold sets.

It was very close to the Hell Outpost set.

Moreover, the Fire God Set was specially crafted for the legendary class, Fire God Fighter, and it had corresponding bonuses for the various skills of the Fire God Fighter.

It wasn't very useful for others to wear.

This thing was hard to sell, and it would be a pity to throw it away, so Lin Moyu decided to take it back and hand it over to Bai Yiyuan to handle.

Through the teleportation array, the two returned to Xiajing Academy.

Due to the long teleportation, Ning Yiyi's pretty face was pale, her eyes tightly closed, and she curled up in Lin Moyu's arms.

It took a while for her to recover.

After so long, she still hadn't adapted to teleportation.

Ning Yiyi looked slightly weak. "I won't go back to the Academy."

Ning Yiyi had to go find her Second Grandfather, who was not in the Academy.

Lin Moyu nodded. "Go ahead, be careful on the way."

After Ning Yiyi left, Lin Moyu finally contacted Bai Yiyuan.

Bai Yiyuan's deep voice came through the communicator. "Why have you returned?"

Lin Moyu said, "I've returned to turn in a quest."

There was silence on the other end of the communicator for two seconds before Bai Yiyuan's exclamation rang out. "You said you completed the quest?"

"Yes."

There was silence on the other side again.

Two seconds later, Bai Yiyuan said irritably, "Then hurry up and get over here; do you need me to come pick you up?"

Lin Moyu took out the teleportation stone Bai Yiyuan had given him and activated it to go to the White God Courtyard.

In the courtyard, Meng Anwen was resting with his eyes closed and asked curiously, "What is there to be so surprised about?"

Bai Yiyuan said, "Little Lin is back; the quest I gave him is complete."

Meng Anwen wasn't surprised at all. "Isn't this normal? With his ability, if he runs the Dungeon a few more times, your quest isn't difficult anyway."

Bai Yiyuan thought that was true. With Lin Moyu's ability to run Dungeons, the quests he gave him were at most time-consuming, not strenuous.

Footsteps came from outside the courtyard; Lin Moyu had arrived.

"Come sit, pour your own tea." Bai Yiyuan was not polite to him at all.

Lin Moyu was used to it; he first poured tea for Bai Yiyuan and Meng Anwen before sitting down to pour some for himself.

Bai Yiyuan's gaze swept over Lin Moyu, and he couldn't help but let out a strange cry.

Meng Anwen frowned. "If you have something to say, say it properly. Don't always screech."

Bai Yiyuan ignored him. "How are you level 26, kid? You're leveling so fast."

"I've been running Dungeons."

Lin Moyu didn't feel he was that fast because he had always been in a party with Ning Yiyi, bringing her along to run Dungeons.

Half of the experience was split with Ning Yiyi.

Otherwise, he should have been able to reach around level 28 by now.

"The cooldown amulets are all used up?"

"Used up."

Bai Yiyuan calculated roughly and showed a look of confusion. "That's not right, that's not right. Even if you were soloing the Nightmare Dungeon the whole time, it's impossible to level up this fast."

Lin Moyu shook his head slightly. "I ran the Hell Dungeon, but I brought someone with me."
