Chapter 184: A Bit Tired

Elder Qing nodded and announced:

"The assessment is over. Only you three youths have passed. As long as you become Alchemists, I will formally accept you as my Named Disciples."

The other youths who weren't selected were very disappointed, but there was nothing they could do. Since the Grand Alchemist had said so, they could only leave in disappointment.

At the same time, they were astonished by Qin Ming's status in the Grand Alchemist's eyes; he didn't seem like a Disciple at all, but more like a friend.

In fact, they even had a faint feeling in their hearts that Qin Ming seemed more like Elder Qing's master.

However, that thought was too ridiculous and was instantly dismissed.

"Thank you, Young Master Qin!" The three selected youths immediately bowed in gratitude with great joy.

Qin Ming waved his hand and said, "You don't need to thank me. I was just seeking truth from facts!"

After thinking for a moment, Qin Ming encouraged them, "In learning Alchemy, do not fear being slow, nor fear wasting spirit plants."

"What's to be feared is not putting in the effort or not loving Alchemy. As long as you have a heart of utmost sincerity, I believe you can all reach the Grand Alchemist Realm."

Amidst the gratitude of the three youths, Qin Ming left the entrance of Elder Qing's Alchemy Room and went to his own Alchemy Room next door.

In order to allow Qin Ming to learn more from Elder Qing, Qin Father had arranged for their bedrooms, Cultivation Rooms, and Alchemy Rooms to be very close to each other.

Walking into his Alchemy Room and looking at the densely packed spirit plants in the storage area, Qin Ming took a deep breath and began refining candy beans.

The consumption of these candy beans was incomparable to any other Medicinal Pill.

As for his younger sister Qin Qing, she could eat fifty a day; moreover, there were Disciples from an entire Sect who needed candy beans. Just thinking about it made Qin Ming feel a bit tired.

However, to help the Sect's Disciples grow faster, he was willing to endure the exhaustion.

They all carried deep-seated blood feuds and were each incredibly hardworking, which touched Qin Ming secretly. As their master, how could he not do his part for them?

"Whew…" Taking a long breath, Qin Ming officially began Alchemy.

"Pill God Physique, Refine!"

A purple flame rose into the air, and spirit plants began to dance in the void. Upon touching the purple flame, they rapidly transformed into liquid.

Then, they collided with each other, and under the control of Qin Ming's hand seals, they turned into Nine-Vein Medicinal Pills one by one.

With a wave of Qin Ming's hand, the previously prepared jade bottles appeared before him, catching the Medicinal Pills as they fell inside one by one.

In this manner, Qin Ming continued Alchemy without stopping for a single moment.

The spirit plants placed there grew fewer and fewer, while the empty jade bottles before Qin Ming also dwindled.

Eventually, Qin Ming ran low on the jade bottles he had prepared, so he placed the Medicinal Pills directly on the table, one after another, until the entire table was covered.

"Finally finished refining!" Letting out a long sigh of relief, Qin Ming lay on the ground, not wanting to move a muscle.

"Qin Ming, are you in there?" Elder Qing's voice came from outside the door.

"I'm here! Just come in!" Qin Ming shouted.

*Creak!* The door to the Alchemy Room was pushed open, and Elder Qing walked in with large strides.

He was a bit worried about Qin Ming, fearing he might have acted recklessly like yesterday, so he had come to check.

"This is…?" Seeing the Medicinal Pills on the table, Elder Qing's expression changed.

The entire table was covered in perfect elixirs; there must be several thousand of them!

Were these all refined by Qin Ming?

Seeing Qin Ming lying on the ground, his face turned tense, and he hurriedly walked over.

"Qin Ming, are you alright?" Elder Qing asked with concern.

Qin Ming waved his hand exhaustedly and said, "I'm fine, I just refined too many pills at once and I'm a bit tired!"
