Chapter 189: Immortal Realm Conclusion

Three days after Shadow Master submitted, the people Fairy Biluo had dispatched returned one after another.

They brought back over three hundred female Loose Cultivators from all over the Immortal Realm, with cultivation levels ranging from Golden Core to Mahayana.

Most of these people were reclusive Cultivators who lived alone; some followed willingly upon hearing the name of Qinghe Sect, some were persuaded, and others were brought by force.

Su Yun tapped each one of them, the golden light flashed over three hundred times, and the Spiritual Qi in his Dantian clearly rose by another notch.

The barrier of the Peak Mahayana Stage was already as thin as a piece of paper.

He knew clearly that he would be able to break through after taking in another batch of people.

Fairy Biluo stood behind him, holding a list in her hand.

"Master, there are still a few places in the Immortal Realm that haven't been searched. Deep in the Taixu Mountains, there is a primeval forest where many reclusive female Cultivators live. I have already sent people to investigate, and there will be news in a few days."

Su Yun nodded. "Settle these people in front of us first; there is no rush."

Fairy Biluo acknowledged and turned to leave.

Su Yun walked out of the main hall and stood by the cliff.

Zhao Lanxin was sitting on the steps embroidering; seeing him come out, she put down her needle and thread and gestured to ask if he was hungry.

Su Yun shook his head.

She was still worried, but she didn't insist, only handing him the half-embroidered handkerchief to look at.

On the handkerchief was embroidered a cloud, with fine cloud patterns and even stitches.

Su Yun took a look and returned it to her. "It looks good."

Zhao Lanxin's cheeks flushed slightly, and she lowered her head to continue embroidering.

Elder Han Yue walked up the mountain path, wearing a moon-white Daoist robe, carrying a sword in her hand, with morning dew still clinging to the blade.

She went to the back mountain every morning to practice sword techniques, and returning at this hour, her face always carried a thin layer of sweat.

She walked to Su Yun and called out softly: "Husband."

Su Yun asked her how her sword technique practice was going.

Elder Han Yue smiled. "It's alright. Fairy Biluo found me a sword manual of the Mahayana Stage, but there are some parts I don't quite understand."

"Then let her explain it to you again," Su Yun said.

Elder Han Yue nodded, turned, and walked away, her steps steady, neither hurried nor slow.

Liu Wugou came over from the other side, carrying a bowl of soup.

She walked up to Su Yun and handed him the bowl. "Master, I stewed some Spirit Chicken soup; please have a taste."

Su Yun took the bowl and took a sip; the soup was very fresh.

He finished drinking and returned the bowl to her.

Liu Wugou took it, but didn't leave immediately. "Master, I heard that you are going to the Divine Realm."

"It's still early," Su Yun said.

Liu Wugou lowered her head in silence for a moment, then looked up and asked: "Can you take me with you?"

"Yes," Su Yun nodded.

Liu Wugou's eyes brightened, and she turned and left with the bowl.

Fairy Biluo returned quickly, holding a Jade Slip in her hand.

"Master, there is news from the Taixu Mountains. There are over two hundred female Cultivators living in the forest, and the leader is an old woman at the Void Refining Peak Stage. They refuse to come out, saying that if we send people again, they will move away."

Su Yun took the Jade Slip and scanned it. "I will go there myself."

"Go now?" Fairy Biluo asked.

"Now."

Su Yun flew to the Taixu Mountains alone.

The flight speed of the Late Mahayana Stage was extremely fast, and he arrived in less than half a day.

The forest was dense; he landed on the edge, scanned with his Divine Sense, and quickly found the dwelling of that group of female Cultivators.

A bamboo forest, a few bamboo houses, vegetables planted in front of the houses, and chickens raised behind them; it looked peaceful and tranquil.

He walked in.

A white-haired old woman walked out of the bamboo house leaning on a cane, with a Void Refining Peak Stage cultivation.

Seeing Su Yun, her expression changed slightly.

"Are you from the Qinghe Sect?"

Su Yun nodded. "I have come to invite you to come out of the mountains."

The old woman shook her head. "We have lived here for hundreds of years and do not want to go out. You should leave."

Su Yun looked at her, his voice calm but carrying an irresistible force.

"Here, your Spiritual Qi is insufficient, resources are scarce, and it is difficult for your cultivation to make any progress. Come with me, and you will have whatever you want: Medicinal Pills, Cultivation Techniques, and Spirit Stones."

The old woman hesitated.

She looked back at the few young women who had poked their heads out from behind her and sighed. "Let us discuss it."

Su Yun nodded. "Very well."

He waited outside the bamboo forest for half an hour.

The old woman came out again. "We are willing to go with you, but you cannot force us to do things we do not want to do."

"I will not," Su Yun promised.

He walked into the bamboo forest and tapped each one of them.

Two hundred and thirty-seven female Cultivators, from Foundation Establishment to Void Refining; the golden light flashed two hundred and thirty-seven times.

The old woman was tapped last; she closed her eyes for a moment, and when she opened them again, her gaze had changed.

"Master."

Su Yun took them and flew back to Biluo Palace.

Fairy Biluo was already waiting at the mountain gate; seeing these two hundred plus people, she sighed slightly and turned to arrange accommodation.

Su Yun returned to the main hall and sat down.

Inside his Dantian, the feedback Spiritual Qi was still surging.

The barrier of the Peak Mahayana Stage was finally broken through.

He closed his eyes to feel the newly surged power; his cultivation had steadily stepped into the Peak Mahayana Stage, only one step away from Ascension.

Fairy Biluo walked in. "Master, there are no more female Cultivators to take in the Immortal Realm. Loose Cultivators, female Disciples of all major Immortal Sects, and reclusive female Cultivators have all been counted, totaling 187,342 people."

Su Yun nodded. "That is enough."

He stood up and walked outside the hall.

Zhao Lanxin was still on the steps embroidering; seeing him come out, she looked up and gestured to ask if he was leaving.

Su Yun said to wait a little longer.

She nodded and continued to lower her head to embroider.

Su Yun stood by the cliff, looking at the distant sky.

Ascension to the Divine Realm requires undergoing the Divine Tribulation, so he must be well prepared.

Medicinal Pills, Magical Artifacts, and Cultivation Techniques must not be lacking.

There were still some matters in the Immortal Realm that needed to be cleaned up: the remnants of the Shadow Pavilion needed to be cleared, the male Disciples of the major Immortal Sects needed to be settled, and the newly recruited female Cultivators needed to start Cultivating.

Only after these matters were handled could he Ascend with peace of mind.

He turned back to the hall and said to Fairy Biluo: "From today on, the affairs of the Qinghe Sect are entrusted to you. I will go into seclusion for a period of time."

"How long will you be in seclusion?" Fairy Biluo asked.

"I do not know; it may be a few months, or it may be a year."

Fairy Biluo nodded and turned to make arrangements.

Su Yun walked into the study, closed the door, sat on the cushion, and closed his eyes.

The feedback Spiritual Qi from the 180,000 Enslavement subjects gathered into a torrent, continuously pouring into his Dantian.

The cultivation of the Peak Mahayana Stage stabilized rapidly.

He operated his Cultivation Technique and began to consolidate his Realm.

The days of seclusion were quiet.

Zhao Lanxin placed food at the door every day and came to collect it after a while.

Liu Wugou occasionally came to ask Fairy Biluo when the Master would come out of seclusion, but Fairy Biluo only said she didn't know.

Elder Han Yue never came once; she practiced sword techniques in the back mountain every day, and her sword techniques became faster and sharper.

A month later, Su Yun walked out of the study.

He had changed into a moon-white long robe, with the new belt made by Zhao Lanxin tied around his waist; his aura was even more profound than before, so much so that even Fairy Biluo could not see through it.

Fairy Biluo stood at the door, holding a list in her hand.

"Master, everything has been handled. The remnants of the Shadow Pavilion have all been cleared, the male Disciples of the major Immortal Sects have been properly settled, and the newly recruited female Cultivators have also started Cultivating. There is now only one voice in the Immortal Realm."

Su Yun took the list, glanced at it, and returned it to her. "Prepare; we will Ascend to the Divine Realm in half a month."

"Who should we take with us?" Fairy Biluo asked.

"Just take a few at the Mahayana Stage; having too many people is useless."

"What about Zhao Lanxin and the others?"

"Leave them behind. Wait until I have established a foothold in the Divine Realm, then I will bring them up."

Fairy Biluo nodded and turned to make arrangements.

Su Yun stood by the cliff again, looking at the sky.

In half a month, he would leave the Immortal Realm and head to the vast Divine Realm.

There were stronger Cultivators and richer resources there.

He took a deep breath and turned back to the hall.

Zhao Lanxin stood at the door, holding a bowl of soup.

She handed it to him and gestured to ask when he would return.

Su Yun took the bowl. "Very soon."

Zhao Lanxin nodded, but her eyes turned red, and tears almost fell into the soup.

Su Yun drank it in one gulp, returned the bowl to her, and reached out to stroke her hair.

Zhao Lanxin looked up, her eyes red, but the corners of her mouth curved up slightly.

Su Yun walked into the study, closed the door, sat on the cushion, and closed his eyes.

In half a month, he had to adjust his state to the best.

Divine Tribulation, he was already prepared.
