Chapter 243

BOOM!!

It was as if an invisible giant palm had appeared between heaven and earth.

As the palm descended, the four fleeing examinees were instantly pinned to the ground like insects nailed into the earth, unable to even struggle, completely immobilized!

The floor tiles cracked, dust scattered everywhere, and they lay face down on the ground, their entire bodies feeling as if crushed by an entire mountain, unable to even scream!

This was not sorcery.

It wasn't even considered a divine ability.

It was simply "will."

And they were merely "determined."

" [ Demon of Anger ], don't waste time."

The dowdy woman wearing a green tracksuit finally said irritably at this moment.

She wore a tacky green tracksuit and glasses, but her tone was cold and disdainful:

"What use are these students? Are they worth you dawdling over?"

"Well, they can always be useful when the time comes."

The big monk answered with a smile, still looking cheerfully at this bunch of clueless examinees, his tone as cheerful as if he were just chatting,

"Everything in the world is nothing but cause and effect. Even waste can be of use one day."

"There are no coincidences, [ Demon of Delusion ]. We came here today because of cause and effect, and how they die in their pleasure is also cause and effect. Everything is fated."

"Allow me to introduce myself first."

Saying this, he raised his hands together in prayer, his smile receding slightly, revealing a touch of solemnity.

"This monk is one of the three demon boys under the seat of [ Mara ],"

Clapping, clasping his hands, and bowing, he happily said to the four examinees who were pinned by the invisible giant hand, at a loss and nearly going crazy:

"The one known as [ Demon of Anger ] is I."

Greed, Anger, Delusion.

The Demon Kings have arrived.

If one were to say these examinees were blind, they likely had eyes but failed to recognize Mount Tai.

But even if they had seen it coming, could they have escaped with their lives? That is hard to say.

Perhaps, as [ Demon of Anger ] said, this is the fruition of their own evil karma?

————————————

Back to Qi Xing.

Inside the small church occupied by [ Rep-Man ], the magic circle had been drawn, and the astral projection ritual was ready.

Seeing that everyone from [ The Society ] was about to launch Vike's spiritual consciousness to the moon, Qi Xing, who was guarding on the side… suddenly sensed a strange chill.

[ Little fool. ]

Suddenly, the voice of the [ Loli Evil God ] came to his ears,

[ I have some good news and some bad news to tell you. ]

"Don't play with stale memes, tell me straight."

[ Alright, a [ silver coin ] is coming — two of them are coming at the same time. ]

Two [ silver coins ] are coming at the same time?!

This statement finally made Qi Xing slightly stunned: "…An ancient Demon King holding multiple [ silver coins ] simultaneously?"

Although he had thought about such a day, he didn't expect it to come so soon.

[ I am afraid not. ]

Sasa's tone was rarely this serious,

[ It is two [ silver coins ] — it is two [ Silver Coin Messengers ] coming together. ]

[ A Demon King double-team. You won't be bored now, Qi Xing. You are really popular. ]

Volume 6: Rep-Man · Moon Expedition: 223: [ Demon of Anger ]

Demon Kings holding a single [ silver coin ].

And two of them coming at once.

Although they only had two [ silver coins ] in total, fewer in quantity than Qi Xing, Qi Xing knew that combat power was not calculated that way.

Of course, one must have confidence in victory — but Qi Xing was not arrogant enough to think that he could easily crush two Demon Kings with his four [ silver coins ].

The [ Peacock Disciples ] only had the [ silver coin ] but could not act as [ Messengers ];

All the [ silver coins ] of the [ Magis Sect ] were concentrated in the hands of that one ancient Demon King;

To say that two wild Demon Kings just happened to appear and coincidentally teamed up to attack, the probability seemed too low.

Then, it was likely that the Demon boys from [ Mara ]'s faction were attacking.

…Qi Xing glanced at Vike, who was about to be launched into the sky by the ritual.

It was too coincidental; why did two Demon Kings have to show up at such a time? How could there be such a coincidence?

Qi Xing did not believe in fate, because the master of fate had long been defeated by [ Christ ] and was currently lying on his head eating cookies;

But Qi Xing also did not believe in coincidences… coincidences in the world are eight or nine times out of ten man-made.

As thoughts raced through his mind, Qi Xing had already made a decision.

"We have guests."

He spoke, his tone unhurried, just casually instructing the crowd who couldn't hear the [ Loli Evil God ]'s voice,

"You all send Vike to the sky first, I will go take a look."

"Xue Ning, you keep watch here. Just in case, contact Jingo Rin to come and support."

Having said this, Qi Xing glanced at the Indian girl waiting in the back, who looked quite well-behaved, and added:

"Let's delay Devika for now; send her up after I return."

This was clearly guarding against something, making the little Indian girl frown slightly… but she said nothing.

As for the deans who were preparing the astral projection ritual for Vike, upon hearing Qi Xing's words, they could only look at each other, bewildered.

An ominous premonition. Unease spread in their hearts, but no one dared to object to [ Rep-Man ]'s decision.

Xue Ning nodded.

With her, the former leader of the [ Peacock Disciples ], here, even if a Demon King attacked, at least they wouldn't be defeated immediately. At the very least, they could fight for a while and buy some time.

If they could wait for Jingo Rin to arrive in support, they would have enough combat power, and might even be able to compete with the Demon King!

So, after giving all these instructions, Qi Xing lifted off the ground, flew out of the church, and leapt in the direction pointed out by Sasa's black halo.

The streets of Oxford at night were dark and quiet, just as usual, with no pedestrians.

One was a massive monk draped in gray robes, standing barefoot with a smile on his face, just like a [ Maitreya ] on a stage;

The other was a dowdy woman wearing a green tracksuit, squatting to the side, wearing thick glasses, with a cold expression, squatting there without speaking.

…And, for some reason, there were five small animals around the big monk, shivering and terrified.

A little white dog, a little black cat, a pink piglet, a skinny goat, and even a pigeon.

They were all shivering, all with eyes full of fear. Seeing the arrival of [ Rep-Man ], the black cat meowed shrilly, the piglet squealed, the goat bleated, and even the pigeon was flapping its wings and wailing.

Clothes and shoes were scattered on the side of the road, looking familiar.

As for that big monk, I don't know which string in his brain was broken — he had actually taken off his pants and was █ a dog.

He was actually █ that little white dog!

"How joyful! How pleasurable! It makes one feel like they are dying of ecstasy! Little benefactor, you must wrap around me tightly, don't let me attain Buddhahood and ascend!"

While █, the big monk was still laughing,

"This joy exists only in the human world. Having tasted this flavor, even if this monk goes to the Pure Land, I will come back! Wahahahahahahaha!!"

The little dog screamed, a shrill scream, but one could guess that screaming was useless.

Qi Xing was originally just puzzled about what was going on.

But soon, Sasa whispered in his ear:

[ Qi Xing, the density of that dog's soul is the same as a human soul. ]

"…What do you mean?"

[ It means — someone forcibly extracted a person's soul, constructed a dog's body on the spot, skipped the soul reorganization procedure, and stuffed it directly into the dog's body. ]

After Sasa finished speaking, she glanced at the other four shivering small animals,

[ They are the same. ]

[ As for the big monk and the woman wearing glasses — both are [ Silver Coin Messengers ]. ]

A dog-fucking [ Silver Coin Messenger ]?!

No, it's a [ Silver Coin Messenger ] who stuffed a human soul into a dog's body and then █ it — God, why would anyone do such a thing?

Fortunately, Qi Xing had seen enough perverts of all kinds over these ten years, so he was just slightly stunned before immediately reacting.

As for the big monk himself, after he had enough fun, he pulled out from the little white dog, used it to wipe his gun clean, tossed it casually on the ground, and pulled up his pants.

"The night is quiet, the wind is clear, [ Master Leipu ], I have long admired your name!"

Then, clasping his hands together, the massive monk smiled kindly and bowed respectfully to Qi Xing,

"This monk is one of the three demon boys under the seat of [ Heavenly King Mara ],"

"I am merely a demon disciple, I dare not claim a high position; I am the one known as [ Demon of Anger ]."

Demon of Anger, Demon of Anger?

Anger, in Buddhism, is one of the "three poisons" of affliction — greed, anger, and delusion — referring to the heart of rage and hatred.

The attributes of anger and greed are exactly opposite — greed is the psychological desire for endless pursuit and possession arising from a liking for sentient beings or things; while anger is the psychological emotion of resentment and rage arising from a dislike for sentient beings or things.

However, the massive monk who had just fucked a dog in front of him, although looking very sick, was all smiles; he didn't look like a demon of "anger" at all.

If one were to call him a "Demon of Delusion," Qi Xing would actually find it more fitting.

"I killed your [ Greed Demon ] in Tokyo. Are you here today to seek revenge and settle accounts with me?"

Frowning, glancing at the big monk, and then looking at the dowdy woman with glasses beside him, Qi Xing finally asked.

Kill the junior brother, the senior brother comes for revenge; kill the senior brother, the old master comes to settle accounts. This kind of thing, Qi Xing had seen and killed enough of in his ten years of wandering the world, fighting and killing.

"Oh no, no, no, Master Leipu, do not misunderstand!"

However, unexpectedly, as soon as the big monk heard Qi Xing's words, he immediately waved his hands and shook his head,

"Junior brother [ Greed Demon ] was killed by you; that was his own karma falling upon himself. One reaps what one sows; this is karmic retribution. How would we dare to seek revenge or settle accounts for him?"

"So this monk came here today,"

He said with a very honest and kind clasp of his hands,

"just to kill you, Master, or be killed by you."

"It has absolutely nothing to do with the karma of junior brother [ Greed Demon ]."

This was the first time Qi Xing had ever heard such an argument. For a moment, he was even a little amused.

"Then, what about these people around you who have been turned into animals?"

Qi Xing swept his gaze over the furry, shivering little things:

"They look a bit familiar to me."

"Sigh, what you see is correct, Master."

The big monk clasped his hands together, a look of compassion appearing on his face, and sighed melancholically,

"This is also karmic retribution. The karma one plants, the fruit one receives."

He pointed to the white dog he had just used to wipe his gun and said,

"This dog benefactor, filled with anger, actually wanted to inflict a murderous intent upon this monk. With heavy evil karma and the fruit now manifest, he immediately fell into the animal realm."
