Chapter 314: Black White People
Upon entering the villa, they found a hall over 100 square meters in size.
At the far end of the hall was a room separated by thickened fiberglass, and for some unknown reason, the fiberglass walls were covered in dried bloodstains.
The separated room occupied about half of the entire hall; it was empty, with thick carpets on the floor and soft-padded walls.
In the corner stood a person who looked incredibly bizarre; he had the features of a white man but incredibly dark skin, even darker than the pure-blooded Black people here.
What was most terrifying was that even Black people have black and white eyeballs, but his eyes were completely pitch black, emitting a dark, eerie glow that sent shivers down one's spine.
Ye Bufan scanned him with his Divine Sense and found that this person’s entire body was filled with an unknown black Qi, an aura different from the malevolent Qi he had seen before, appearing extremely strange.
On this side of the fiberglass wall, more than a dozen people were gathered, and a blond, blue-eyed white fat man sat on a sofa chair, looking incredibly stern.
He was the owner of this estate, Andrew, the most powerful businessman in Africa, and behind him stood four tall Black Bodyguards.
Opposite Andrew stood seven or eight sorcerers invited from all over the world; these people varied in height, gender, some dressed strangely, and some were entirely covered in black robes.
In comparison, Ye Bufan, who had just entered, looked more like a student than a sorcerer.
The Head of Bodyguards whispered a few words into Andrew’s ear, then had Ye Bufan stand behind the other sorcerers.
Andrew glanced at everyone and said, “I believe everyone knows that I invited you here to cure my son.”
“Whoever can restore Henry to normal, I will double the reward to 20 million usd and you will forever be my friend, Andrew.”
“Who is confident? You may begin now.”
“I'll go first!”
As the saying goes, a generous reward brings out a brave man; for these 20 million usd, these sorcerers were also desperate, and the first to step forward was a middle-aged sorcerer in his forties or fifties.
This fellow had a hooked nose, deep-set eyes, and held a staff made of white bone.
Andrew nodded and signaled to a Bodyguard beside him to open a door on the fiberglass wall.
The middle-aged sorcerer stepped inside; he stood at the doorway, holding his staff, and began to chant incantations.
Henry had originally stood quietly in the corner, like a statue devoid of any life.
As soon as the middle-aged man entered, he immediately moved, like a raging lion, charging over with extreme speed.
The middle-aged sorcerer waved the staff in his hand forward, emitting a series of strange musical notes from his mouth, followed by a cloud of white mist that enveloped Henry.
What felt strange was that although it was a white mist, it seemed to have resistance, trapping Henry inside.
But this obstruction was only for an instant; Henry let out a chilling howl and suddenly burst out of the white mist, appearing before the middle-aged sorcerer.
The middle-aged sorcerer was preparing the second part of his incantation and clearly hadn't expected Henry to burst out so quickly; before he could react, Henry slammed a fist hard into his chest.
With a crack, this punch was no less powerful than a Yellow Level Warrior's full-force strike, actually causing a large area of the middle-aged sorcerer's sternum to collapse, and a mouthful of fresh blood splattered onto the fiberglass wall.
Moreover, Henry did not stop, but like a mad beast, he violently assaulted the middle-aged sorcerer's body.
The middle-aged sorcerer initially screamed incessantly, but then his voice grew softer and softer until he completely lost consciousness.
Andrew and his Bodyguards watched silently from outside, showing no intention of stopping, as if they were accustomed to such a situation.
After doing all this, Henry seemed to not have fully vented his rage and continued to violently ram against the fiberglass wall.
This fellow had astonishing strength, causing the entire wall to rumble with the impact, and the villa seemed to shake.
Coupled with his ferocious expression and dark, hollow eyes, he was like a demon from Hell.
After another minute or two, he had vented enough and retreated back to the corner, standing there motionless.
Andrew waved his hand, and two Bodyguards behind him quickly opened the fiberglass door, used iron hooks to pull out the middle-aged sorcerer's corpse, and then quickly re-locked the door.
Everyone looked at the middle-aged sorcerer; at this point, almost none of his bones were intact, and he had died a truly tragic death.
This made everyone shudder; such a scene was truly terrifying.
He Shuangshuang felt a chill run down her spine and involuntarily clutched Ye Bufan's arm; although she was the deputy captain of the serious crime unit, this was the first time she had witnessed such a scene.
At this moment, a few more Bodyguards walked in and carried out the middle-aged sorcerer's corpse.
Andrew looked at everyone with a calm expression: “Next.”
Now, everyone hesitated; Henry inside was not an ordinary patient but an extremely lethal beast, and going in casually would likely cost them their lives.
“I’ll go!”
The speaker was a Black Wizard, completely shrouded in a black robe; his voice was dry and hoarse, exuding an immense chill.
Andrew wasted no words, again waving his hand for the Bodyguards to open the door, and the Black Wizard walked in, chanting strange incantations.
Upon seeing someone enter, Henry seemed to have had a switch flipped, roaring again and charging over.
The Black Wizard was clearly prepared; he raised his wide sleeve, and a thick black Qi also whistled out from the sleeve of his right hand.
Unlike the previous middle-aged sorcerer, this black Qi immediately transformed into a long snake upon emerging, like a nimble rope, quickly binding Henry.
This technique was somewhat similar to the Immortal Binding Rope from Chinese myths and legends, except this rope was formed from black Qi.
The rope formed from black Qi was incredibly tough, binding the immensely strong Henry tightly.
Ye Bufan watched all of this from outside and couldn't help but shake his head slightly; both the middle-aged sorcerer and this Black Wizard intended to subdue Henry first, then proceed with their spellcasting.
Unfortunately, they clearly underestimated Henry’s ability; at this moment, the black Qi within Henry was in a berserk state, like boiling water.
Immediately following that, he let out an earth-shattering roar, followed by a muffled bang, and the rope formed from black Qi snapped inch by inch, dissipating into the air.
Freed from the rope's restraint, Henry shot forward like an arrow from a bow, grabbing the Black Wizard's collar, first lifting him high, then violently slamming him to the ground.
The subsequent scene was identical to that of the middle-aged sorcerer, perhaps even more tragic for this Black Wizard.
When the Bodyguards dragged out the Black Wizard's corpse again, all the sorcerers present were terrified.
Some of them thought this mission would be easy, others just wanted to try their luck, hoping to earn a large reward.
But the reality was much crueler than imagined; this was simply a game of gambling with one's life, and the odds of winning were very small.
Andrew again swept his gaze over everyone, asking in a cold voice, “Who’s next?”
