Chapter 320 Return to Su Mansion 21

"No, it won't be…" Suddenly, Su Wan seemed to realize something, and a malicious glint flashed in her eyes. "It's Su Luo! That little贱人 must have poisoned me! There's no one else!"

If there was anyone Su Wan hated most in this life, it was Su Luo.

A sharp glint instantly shot out from Nangong Liuyun's eyes, and the surrounding air immediately turned icy. A chill started creeping up from everyone's feet.

"What's going on?" At this moment, everyone in the main hall looked at each other in confusion. Why did the temperature in the hall suddenly drop so much? A killing intent hung over their heads like a sword, making them feel so uneasy.

Nangong Liuyun remained seated elegantly, his voice light and airy, even carrying a hint of gentleness. "You're talking about… Su Luo?"

His voice was gentle and lazy, incredibly pleasant to listen to, and so noble it was untouchable.

However, those familiar with him knew that His Highness Prince Jin was about to go on a killing spree.

"Yes! It's her! She was the one who ruined me back then… she ruined my reputation, and now she even poisoned me to make me this fat! How cruel, what a vicious woman!" Su Wan's face was contorted with rage, almost on the verge of madness.

Nangong Liuyun suddenly smiled, a faint light radiating from his smile, which was exceedingly beautiful.

He lightly hummed in response, stroking his chin, and slowly said, "Indeed, fat as a pig. Oh, wait, wouldn't that be an insult to pigs?"

Upon hearing this, Su Wan was instantly stunned. She stared blankly at His Highness Prince Jin, somewhat unsure if this legendary omnipotent Prince Jin was on her side.

His words were truly sharp and merciless.

Nangong Liuyun slowly took out a brown pill and shook it in front of Su Wan. "It's just phantom obesity. This king happens to have the antidote—"

What?

Su Wan's eyes instantly lit up with brilliant light, staring at the antidote pill with continuous surprise and delight, like a dog staring at a bone, her attitude extremely reverent.

"This, this is the antidote?" Su Wan's lips trembled with excitement.

Nangong Liuyun's voice was very gentle, seemingly carrying a hint of a smile. "That's right, this is the antidote. It just has a small side effect after taking it."

"What side effect?" Su Wan, completely captivated by the pill's efficacy, didn't notice the flicker of cunning light that flashed in Nangong Liuyun's ink-like eyes.

"You'll only know after you use it." Nangong Liuyun lightly sipped his tea, a hint of a smile that wasn't quite a smile rippling in his eyes, his gaze profound and unfathomable.

"No matter the side effect, I beg Your Highness to bestow the medicine! If it can truly remove this poison, Su Wan will work like an ox or a horse to repay Your Highness in the future!" Su Wan's face was resolute, her hands clenched into fists.

This was her last chance, and if she could follow His Highness… she would truly be flying up the branches to become a phoenix.

What was strange was that Nangong Liuyun only hooked his lips with a profound, enigmatic, and charming smile, and without any bargaining, casually tossed the pill to Su Wan.

Su Wan caught it and, without even needing water, excitedly and eagerly swallowed it directly.

Su Zian and his group watched His Highness Prince Jin with eager anticipation, completely unable to understand. Why did this unpredictable Prince Jin treat Su Wan differently? Could it be that he really fancied Su Wan?

But, something just felt strange…

Su Zian knelt down, filled with gratitude. "Your Highness's grace in bestowing the medicine, this subordinate will never forget your great kindness…"
