Chapter 35: New World
After creating this monster, Godzilla did not continue to create other monsters.
Because Godzilla's current focus was mostly on controlling lightning.
Godzilla thought of the Kaiju when considering how to better control lightning.
Therefore, Godzilla truly delved deep into the power of the Kaiju's genes, hoping to find some surprises.
As time passed, another surprise appeared.
Godzilla had never stopped searching for other worlds.
Until now, Godzilla finally obtained the coordinates of a world.
But after obtaining them, he didn't feel any "joy"; instead, there was more fright.
"Godzilla: Monster Planet"
A world that, in Godzilla's opinion, was utterly preposterous.
In that world, monsters appeared on almost all planets.
Monsters seemed to be a protective mechanism of the planets.
Once civilization developed to a certain extent on a planet, the planet would give birth to monsters, which would then destroy all civilization on that planet!
And in that world, a Godzilla was also born.
However, that Godzilla was not the same as this Godzilla.
That Godzilla was actually a plant, not an animal!
Its interior was plant-like, while its exterior was composed of metal.
Therefore, that Godzilla's vitality was extremely tenacious; as long as it wasn't completely destroyed, it wouldn't die.
Even if its head was gone, or half its body was missing.
Those were minor injuries.
As long as its roots penetrated the soil, it could repair its damaged body; even the outer metallic muscle fibers could absorb metallic substances from the soil and proliferate.
Consequently, this Godzilla was almost the lightest among all Godzillas.
However, that Godzilla was the most powerful Godzilla among all the worlds where Godzillas existed!
First, its body surface possessed hundreds of thermonuclear warheads, meaning an absolute defense that even hydrogen bombs couldn't break—an electromagnetic barrier.
It could be said that no method could break this defense!
And its offensive capability was the Charged Particle Cannon.
Its power was terrifying.
More importantly, this Godzilla's body did not contain an Atomic Reactor like other Godzillas.
Instead, it relied on energy obtained from cellular self-generation, which shows how immense the energy generated by that Godzilla's cells truly was.
Compared to it, this Godzilla felt a bit insufficient.
And so, Godzilla directly relegated this world to a corner, out of sight, out of mind.
Even though Godzilla had evolved twice now, he still seemed a bit lacking in front of this Godzilla.
Even 20,000 years before that Godzilla's birth, when the story truly began, it was the same.
Then, Godzilla acted as if nothing had happened, either lying on the seabed or practicing discharging electricity.
Time flew by, and several more months passed.
And on this day, Godzilla finally found another world.
"Edge of Tomorrow"
A story about a male protagonist repeatedly dying and reviving, then saving the world.
In the story, the male protagonist accidentally killed a special Alien Creature on the battlefield and was drenched in its blood.
From then on, he gained the ability to return to the morning of the same day after dying.
And he used this ability of constant death and return to grow stronger and then save the world.
Of course, Godzilla was not interested in this.
Compared to the ultimate fate of that world, Godzilla was more interested in the invading aliens.
Among those aliens, there were two particularly special types of Individuals.
Alpha and Omega.
Among them, Omega was the "brain" of all Alien creatures.
It controlled all Alien creatures and even had the ability to reset time back to the morning of the same day.
But this ability could not be controlled at will.
Or rather, the power of time was too immense for it to control freely.
So it set up a "switch" for this ability.
That was Alpha.
As the Individual with the highest authority among the Alien creatures, apart from Omega.
Alpha's existence was very important, so Alpha was always in a relatively safe position.
If an Alpha died, it meant the situation was extremely critical.
Therefore, once an Alpha died, Omega would restart time!
Using this ability, the Alien creatures' invasion of Earth was like having a cheat code, sweeping all before them!
But who would have thought that the male protagonist, that mischievous fellow, would be judged by Omega as an Alpha after being drenched in Alpha's blood.
Thus, it became a situation where if the male protagonist died, Omega would be forced to restart time.
Alpha was too important; even knowing there was a trickster, Omega couldn't stop restarting time.
Because it also couldn't guarantee whether the one who died was truly that trickster.
If a certain Alpha died and it didn't reset time, the loss would be immense!
One Alpha is born from a million Individuals.
It's easy to imagine how rare they are!
Godzilla was very interested in both Alpha and Omega.
Especially Omega's time-resetting ability.
Godzilla judged that Omega should not be able to reset time too far back.
At most, one to three days.
But that was already enough!
If he could obtain Omega's genes, then the power of space-time within Godzilla's body would surely change!
But speaking of which, where was Omega's true body located again?
Godzilla thought for a moment, and in the end, only remembered that Omega was submerged in water—well, it wasn't that Godzilla's memory was bad, but too much time had passed, and he genuinely forgot.
Who bothers to remember place names when they have nothing else to do?
When watching these kinds of movies, aren't people usually watching the special effects and the monsters?
Everything else isn't important!
Godzilla thought for a moment.
Anyway, those Alien creatures were just that; apart from Omega's ability, there was nothing that could pose a threat to him.
As for Omega's location, he could simply take his time to find it.
Thinking of this, after his internal energy was refilled, Godzilla immediately set off for the "Edge of Tomorrow" world.
Then, Godzilla vanished from this world with a whoosh.
This greatly startled the small monster swimming around not far from Godzilla.
In its simple intelligence, it couldn't understand how such a large Godzilla could suddenly disappear before its eyes.
That small monster swam around where Godzilla had disappeared but couldn't find any trace of Godzilla.
At this point, it became anxious.
So, it began searching everywhere for Godzilla's tracks.
As it searched, it left the place it had always lingered since its birth and swam towards a more distant location.
Godzilla had no idea how much psychological trauma his sudden disappearance had caused that small monster.
He had now arrived in another world.
