Chapter 369: Chapter 340: Monsters Cleared, Dungeon Upgraded

Lin Moyu left the Dungeon and entered it again.

He had only appeared in the Dungeon Hall for a few seconds when he was immediately spotted by interested observers.

"General Lin hasn't left!"

"He spent over a day in the Dungeon without clearing it; what could he be doing?"

"I know, General Lin must have just changed classes and is practicing his skills in the Dungeon."

"But shouldn't he go to the Skill Training Hall to practice skills?"

"Perhaps General Lin's skills are special and need to be practiced in the Dungeon?"

Opinions varied, and there were all sorts of guesses.

Lin Moyu had already begun his first Dungeon run after his second class advancement.

The Whirlwind Plains were vast, stretching beyond what the eye could see.

He needed to choose a direction to move forward, and it was highly likely he would choose the wrong one.

But for Lin Moyu, this was no problem at all.

The 20 Undead Legions dispersed, and 12,000 skeletons charged in all directions in a grand display.

The Dungeon map in his mind was rapidly taking shape, and all unexplored areas were being investigated one by one.

With Platinum-grade skeletons, the control distance had increased significantly.

Lin Moyu did not yet know what the maximum control distance was.

In the blink of an eye, the skeletons had already run 10 kilometers, and they had yet to reach the limit.

15 kilometers… 20 kilometers…

Finally, the skeletons arrived at the edge of the Dungeon one after another.

The entire Whirlwind Plains were circular, with a radius of about 25 kilometers.

There was only one type of monster on the plains: the Wind Fairy.

They were distributed in groups of three or four all over the plains, totaling over a thousand in all.

Occasionally, a few Wind Fairies existed individually.

With a thousand monsters scattered across a circular plain with a 25-kilometer radius, they were actually very, very sparse.

If a 6-person team were to enter, it would be basically impossible to clear all the monsters on the plains.

Only Lin Moyu's Undead Legion could do it.

The skeletons ran across the entire plains and finally found the passage to the next stage at the edge.

By this time, the Wind Fairies on the plains had been wiped out completely.

When the four Wind Fairies guarding the passage were also cleared, there was not a single monster left on the Whirlwind Plains.

At this moment, the Dungeon trembled slightly.

A slight smile curled the corners of Lin Moyu's lips. "It's upgraded."

He now understood that the upgrade mechanism for the Whirlwind Plains Dungeon was different from the previous Fire God and Water God Dungeons.

To activate the upgrade, it wasn't about killing quickly, but about killing completely.

As long as he could kill all the monsters on the Whirlwind Plains, he could trigger the Dungeon upgrade.

By this time, Lin Moyu had been in the Dungeon for over an hour.

Outside the Dungeon, the students each wore expressions of disappointment. "It seems General Lin failed to trigger the Dungeon upgrade this time too."

"It seems General Lin isn't omnipotent; there are things even he can't do."

"After all, General Lin just finished his second class advancement. Although he holds the rank of General, his true strength is still much worse than other Generals."

"Perhaps when General Lin stayed inside for a whole day last time, he was actually trying to figure out how to upgrade the Dungeon."

Some people made snide remarks; Lin Moyu's failure made them happy.

Intense jealousy could be heard in their words.

Some people disliked Lin Moyu, while others spoke up for him.

"It's normal not to trigger a Dungeon upgrade. It's not such a simple matter, and who can really explain all the different mechanisms?"

"I've been to the Whirlwind Plains; the map is ridiculously large. It's very, very difficult to kill enough monsters in a short amount of time."

"Exactly, if you're so capable, why don't you go up there?"

Both sides held their own opinions and had their own arguments.

The Dungeon vortex suddenly spun rapidly, blowing gusts of violent wind that howled.

The violent wind swirled inside the Dungeon Hall and blew outside, catching everyone's attention.

Those who had just thought Lin Moyu couldn't do it now had their eyes wide open.

Dungeon upgrade!

Lin Moyu had actually done it.

Those who supported Lin Moyu were all beaming with joy.

Meanwhile, those who were jealous of Lin Moyu had ugly expressions on their faces and turned to leave.

The passage to the Whirlwind Plains was also a gust of wind.

A gust of wind where the wind element was concentrated to the limit.

Lin Moyu stepped onto the wind, feeling a slight softness under his feet, just like stepping on cotton; it felt truly magical.

The Undead Legion had been put away, and the wind carried him forward, faster and faster.

Lin Moyu flew into the wind, moving away from the ground.

The Whirlwind Plains grew smaller and smaller in his sight until they finally disappeared completely.

A new plain appeared before Lin Moyu's eyes.

This plain was not large, with a diameter of only about five kilometers, much smaller than the previous Whirlwind Plains.

Yet this new plain was actually floating in mid-air.

Beneath it was a massive whirlwind, and the whirlwind generated tremendous force that lifted the entire plain.

Seeing this scene, Lin Moyu was filled with awe.

How immense the power must be to achieve this level.

The scene before him was too astonishing.

The whirlwind supporting the plain continent was like a miracle.

Only now did he understand that this was the origin of the Whirlwind Plains.

The wind carried him onto the plains.

As soon as he landed, a biting whirlwind rushed toward him, slamming into him with a roar.

The whirlwind cut like blades, but his Bone Armor shimmered, emitting clanging sounds as it blocked the whirlwind.

Lin Moyu walked forward a few steps, ignoring the whirlwind.

He finally saw the plain clearly.

There were whirlwinds everywhere here, dense and packed together.

"No monsters?"

Lin Moyu suddenly looked at the whirlwinds that were constantly slamming into him, and then he understood; these were the enemies.

He cast his Detection Spell.

[Whirlwind Spirit (Hell-grade Elite Monster)]

[Level: 44]

[Strength: 40000]

[Agility: 40000]

[Spirit: 10000]

[Constitution: 50000]

[Skill: Whirlwind Attack]

[Trait: Wind Element Immunity, Physical Immunity.]

With the Dungeon upgrade, the monsters inside had also become stronger.

A level 44 Hell-grade elite monster had total attributes reaching 140,000.

With a Constitution reaching 50,000, combined with dual Immunity to Wind Element and Physical attacks.

It rendered the Skeleton Berserker completely useless.

The Skeleton Marksman's attack power was greatly reduced.

Fortunately, there was still the Skeleton Archmage.

Furthermore, these pure elemental monsters had no corpses, so Corpse Explosion could not be used.

— Seeking Flowers —

Lin Moyu was an experienced veteran; he knew he could only clear them one by one.

With a thought, the Undead Army appeared.

4,000 Skeleton Mages began to clear the monsters.

Under the Lich General's buff, a few Elemental Explosions were enough to take down one Whirlwind Spirit.

The team began to advance rapidly; regardless of the difficulty, Lin Moyu continued to sweep through everything.

Wherever the Undead Legion passed, the Whirlwind Spirits were quickly cleared away.

From afar, Lin Moyu could already see a palace floating in mid-air behind hundreds of Whirlwind Spirits.

Massive rocks were also floating in mid-air, forming a suspended passage leading to the palace.

The Undead Legion pushed forward and quickly arrived at the passage.

The skeletons quickly jumped onto the rocks and advanced toward the palace.

Lin Moyu's Agility attribute had increased significantly at this point; although not as high as the Skeleton Berserker and Skeleton Marksman, it was still much higher than the Skeleton Archmage.

He also jumped up, maneuvering between the stones as he advanced toward the palace.

Just as he jumped onto the platform outside the palace, a huge palm came rushing toward him.

The palm was several times larger than Lin Moyu himself, with violent winds howling and gushing from its center like sharp blades.

Lin Moyu did not dodge or evade; several Skeleton Berserkers appeared beside him, simultaneously activating their skills and raising their giant axes to strike against the current.

With several loud bangs, the giant axes, glowing with crimson light, collided with the giant palm.

A miserable shriek rang out, and the giant palm, dripping with blood, retreated rapidly.

Lin Moyu saw a huge tiger-shaped monster standing in front of the palace.

The tiger-shaped monster was nearly ten meters tall, its fur standing on end all over its body, its tail pointing straight to the sky, and it was baring its fangs at him.

Its entire body was surrounded by violent winds, and the wind element was so concentrated that it had revealed a cyan color.

It was like a divine weapon, slicing through the air.
