Chapter 440: Surviving the Disaster 13

Su Luo quickly returned to the cave.

At a glance, she saw Nangong Liuyun sitting blankly at the head of the bed, his profile as exquisite as an ancient Greek god, making it impossible to look away.

"What are you thinking about?" Su Luo reached out and waved her hand in front of him.

Seeing it was Su Luo, Nangong Liuyun clearly breathed a sigh of relief, but then hummed twice in a huff.

Su Luo already knew his tsundere temper like the back of her hand, so she didn't get frustrated. She sat down beside him with a smile and took out the blood coagulation pill she had refined.

"Everything is ready. I'll start treating your injuries now."

"You're finally willing to come back?" Nangong Liuyun glanced at her, his tone somewhat displeased, but she could tell it wasn't cold.

"How could I really leave? I went to find herbs and food for you." Su Luo produced items from her space one by one like a magic trick, piling them on the ground.

Nangong Liuyun didn't even spare them a glance. He changed his posture, turning sideways to face the weeds in the corner.

Su Luo didn't know whether to laugh or cry. She reached out and untied his robe's belt again. Seeing the hideous, gaping wound, her nose stung, and she asked, "Does it still hurt?"

Her voice was a bit hoarse, with a thick nasal tone.

Nangong Liuyun glanced at her and turned his face away again. "Anyway, you don't care about this Prince, so it has nothing to do with you if I die of pain."

Su Luo knew this man was acting out of spite.

Truly a jealous and petty tsundere man who loved to throw tantrums.

Su Luo ignored him and prepared the tools needed for the treatment on her own.

After sterilizing the dagger with a fireball, Su Luo took the blood coagulation pill and handed it to Nangong Liuyun: "Swallow it."

Although Nangong Liuyun still ignored her, he obediently opened his mouth.

Su Luo looked at him, stuck between laughter and tears, and could only stroke his head, coaxing him gently: "Alright, alright, I promise you, from now on without your permission, I won't go out alone, okay?"

She actually always knew that his act of playing dumb, acting cute, and throwing a tantrum was just waiting for a promise from her.

So, in the end, she still said the words he loved to hear.

Nangong Liuyun said nonchalantly, "It's not that this Prince is forcing you; it's of your own free will."

Su Luo laughed. "I know, I know, it's of my own free will."

Only then did Nangong Liuyun become happy, raising an eyebrow at Su Luo. "That's more like it."

Give him an inch and he'll take a mile!

Su Luo couldn't be bothered with him anymore and just said calmly, "Lie down properly, I'm about to start the incision."

The dagger glinted with a cold, chilling light.

His clothes were removed, revealing the hideous wound on his chest.

Nangong Liuyun glanced at Su Luo and frowned. "If a scar is left, you'll have to take responsibility."

Su Luo nodded speechlessly.

"You're not allowed to be repulsed by it." Nangong Liuyun thought for a moment and added.

Su Luo nodded heavily again. "I know, you're so wordy."

Su Luo was considered quite bold, but since the person in front of her was Nangong Liuyun, her hand inevitably trembled as she made the cut.

With one cut, blood immediately spurted out.

Seeing this, Su Luo's nose inevitably stung as she turned her head to look at Nangong Liuyun.

Yet at this moment, Nangong Liuyun didn't even groan. A nonchalant smile played on his lips as he stared unblinkingly at Su Luo. His expression and posture were relaxed and earnest, the sincerity in his eyes as if he were looking at a priceless treasure.

His profile was as perfect as a deity's, refined as if carved by a blade, and earth-shatteringly handsome. With sword-like eyebrows and starry eyes, he was exceptionally dashing. His whole being was radiant, emitting a brilliance like that of a god, making it impossible for anyone to look away.
