Chapter 462: Escape from the Solitary Island 4

She didn't know how long she had been running in the jungle, but the sky was hazy.

A round of red sun slowly rose in the east, gradually breaking the darkness of dawn.

As the morning light first broke through, the sky was a vast expanse of orange-red clouds.

The fifth day had passed, and today was already the sixth day that Nan Gong Liu Yun had mentioned.

Su Luo gave a helpless bitter smile.

The two days and two nights of fleeing had been truly terrifying, fraught with peril, constantly hovering on the edge of life and death.

If she hadn't been quick-witted, she would have died countless times by now.

It was already the sixth day; just one more day, one more day, and Nan Gong Liu Yun would recover his martial arts.

Then she wouldn't have to keep running for her life like this.

Su Luo looked up at the brilliant red clouds in the sky, scooped out the Little Divine Dragon, and rubbed its head.

"Hurry up and lead the way," she said.

"We don't have much time left."

The Little Divine Dragon understood, let out two 'ao ao' calls, and its small body quickly weaved through the forest, moving so fast it disappeared in an instant.

Su Luo followed behind it, using her Spirit Dance Steps on the treetops whenever necessary to escape.

This way, Li Ao Tian's difficulty in pursuing her would increase.

Su Luo didn't hope to defeat him; she just needed to survive until Nan Gong Liu Yun came out of seclusion.

The red sun in the east gradually moved to the center of the sky.

It was now midday.

Suddenly, the Little Divine Dragon pointed to a hidden cave ahead and turned its small head to bark at Su Luo.

"Ao ao ao—go around, go around! There's a magical beast! There's a magical beast!"

"A magical beast?" Su Luo was immediately surprised.

She had wondered before why there wasn't a single magical beast on this deserted island; she hadn't expected there to be one here.

"Ao ao ao! There are cubs! There are cubs!"

The Little Divine Dragon's large, clear black and white eyes sparkled with excitement and joy, as if it couldn't wait to rush in and play with the magical beast cubs.

"Why would there be a magical beast here?" Su Luo found it a bit abrupt.

After all, not a single magical beast had been seen on the entire island, yet one appeared here, and with cubs?

"Is this magical beast powerful?"

"Ao ao ao—seventh-rank! A seventh-rank magical beast!"

The Little Divine Dragon gestured excitedly, nodding vigorously at Su Luo.

A seventh-rank magical beast!

Su Luo was startled.

There was actually a seventh-rank magical beast on this deserted island?

Just as she was about to carry the Little Divine Dragon and detour, a flash of inspiration suddenly struck her.

A seventh-rank magical beast… Li Ao Tian was also seventh-rank… Hehe!

A cunning, plotting smile curved Su Luo's lips.

She leaned in and whispered a few words into the Little Divine Dragon's ear.

The Little Divine Dragon was clearly very interested in such adventurous things.

Its small head nodded repeatedly, and in the blink of an eye, its small body had disappeared from Su Luo's sight.

Su Luo sprinkled Heavenly Spirit Water in a blind spot not far away to lure away the mother magical beast.

At the same time, she had the Little Divine Dragon quickly go in, grab a cub, and run.

After preparing everything, Su Luo lay hidden behind an ancient tree not far away, watching a huge seventh-rank brown bear sniffing the ground, searching for its target.

Soon, it found the Heavenly Spirit Water on the ground.

Su Luo was truly too cunning; she had sprinkled most of the water on the ground, leaving only a little bit in the cup.

The brown bear took a sip of the small amount of Heavenly Spirit Water in the cup and quickly became addicted to its magical taste, like a drug it couldn't let go of.

It ignored the cubs crying out in the cave, just buried its head and sniffed around on the ground, even swallowing weeds and dirt.

The Little Divine Dragon had already brought the little cub out.

It ran to Su Luo, but before it could claim credit, the little bear cub let out a sharp 'ao ao ao' cry.

Su Luo thought to herself, "Oh no!"
