Chapter 486: What?! Lin Yue is actually Ouyang Luoluo’s fiancée?
Qiaoer heard Li Ruoxue's hostile insults, but didn't fly into a rage as she usually did.
She just curled her lips unhappily, then looked at Mei'er on the side.
With a pleading look on her face, she hoped Mei'er would quickly come over to lend a hand and deal with this ungrateful Li Ruoxue together.
Mei'er looked faintly at Qiaoer and quickly grasped the hidden intent. She swished her waist and strode toward Li Ruoxue's side.
Before Li Ruoxue could make any defenses, Mei'er's hands, painted with bright red nail polish, reached out unceremoniously, grabbing her slender arm, and said in a flattering voice,
"Oh my, Ruoxue~, how can you be so cold-blooded and ruthless to say that about Qiaoer? The two of us ran over here entirely thinking about your personal safety."
"If you talk nonsense so heartlessly, Qiaoer will feel very upset when she hears it."
Mei'er continued to disgust her.
"And you didn't think carefully. On this great joyous day, having the two of us sisters accompany you is a blessing you've cultivated over several lifetimes."
Goosebumps all over Li Ruoxue's body popped out. She really couldn't stand it and shouted,
"Let go of my hand! Release me quickly! Don't touch me!"
Just as Li Ruoxue was fiercely struggling against Mei'er, her other arm was firmly propped up by Qiaoer.
Under force from both sides at the same time, Li Ruoxue was propped up into mid-air, losing her freedom of movement.
Qiaoer also joined in with affected mannerisms and said,
"Li Ruoxue, you really don't have a shred of tact at all. Didn't you hear Fairy Liu speak up personally just now?"
"With Fairy Liu personally holding down the fort here, where is there any need for a miscellaneous person like you to guard? Stop worrying blindly here!"
Li Ruoxue, propped in the middle, was still struggling endlessly. She had seen through them completely; those two were deliberately finding fault and purposely wanted to drive her away.
Liu Yiyi, standing to the side, quietly watched the three little lasses making a fuss, pushing and shoving each other, without interfering in their private affairs.
Not a single trace of Life Qi was present on that dignified face. On the contrary, she even felt that the chaotic scene before her was extremely laughable.
Mei'er pulled Li Ruoxue hard toward the outside of the courtyard, her body leaning along with it, while turning her head to look at Fairy Liu, who was standing in place watching the show.
"Fairy Liu, the obstructive obstacle at the entrance has been cleared away by us now. Go ahead and do whatever you need to busy yourself with. The main gate is right ahead, don't mind the three of us."
"It just so happens that taking advantage of this opportunity, the three of us have gathered together on an auspicious day. Since we know each other, we should naturally find a quiet corner to catch up properly."
"You two, let go of me, hey!"
"Where on earth are you taking me! Let go of me quickly!"
Li Ruoxue swayed left and right, her gaze desperately aiming at that red-wood main gate.
Senior Sister Lin was still in that room! Ouyang Luoluo hadn't come out either.
If Liu Yiyi were really allowed to push the door open and walk in, discovering a vibrant and sensational drama playing out inside, people would really die!
No matter how Li Ruoxue called for help or gave warnings, Qiaoer and Mei'er, who were propping her up, simply treated her words as wind past the ear, blindly dragging her along.
They thus stepped by step moved away from the courtyard where Ouyang Luoluo was located, until turning several corners in succession.
After layers upon layers of emerald bamboo forests blocked the line of sight and Liu Yiyi's figure could no longer be seen, Qiaoer and Mei'er simultaneously loosened their hands.
Li Ruoxue's ankles went soft, and she fell heavily onto the mud ground, sucking in a large breath of cold air from the pain.
She had been walking on thin ice the whole way, and she really couldn't hold it in any longer as she cursed,
"You two idiots!"
"Senior Sister Lin is still staying in Ouyang Luoluo's room! She has never come out!"
"If Fairy Liu accidentally sees everything and stirs up that kind of irreversible scandal, do you know how terrifying the consequences would be!"
She hugged her head with both hands, even calculating which crack in the ground she should hide in to save her life when Liu Yiyi rushed over later.
And Qiaoer, who was standing, didn't show even a tiny bit of surprise on her face. She casually patted the dust off her clothes and spoke disdainfully.
"I thought it was some earth-shattering secret. We knew long ago that Lin Yue was staying inside. All of this was personally told to us by Fairy Liu just now, making a fuss over nothing."
What? Li Ruoxue found it incredible. Since Fairy Liu knew in advance that Senior Sister Lin was inside, why was she still walking inside? Was she going to catch them in bed proactively?
Mei'er walked up in front of Li Ruoxue, lowered her head, and continued to strike with merciless words,
"Oh my, Ruoxue, oh Ruoxue, is all the information you know this outdated?"
Mei'er rubbed her temples.
"Besides, are you truly stupid or feigning stupidity? Do you know that tonight, the person Ouyang Luoluo is about to openly marry is actually Senior Sister Lin!"
"As for Liu Yiyi, she was just a cover story Ouyang Luoluo casually made up down the mountain back then to provoke Lin Yue."
"The reason Liu Yiyi is personally walking in now is just to add bricks and tiles for the two of them, and diligently build that indestructible bridge of love."
At this point, Li Ruoxue's stubborn wooden head finally figured out the ins and outs of the matter.
It turned out that from beginning to end, it was all just a big scam designed to trap Lin Yue, and there was no fiancée coming to snatch the marriage.
"Fortunately, the truth is like this, it almost scared my little life away."
Li Ruoxue muttered softly.
On the other side at the same time, outside that vermillion red-wood main gate.
Liu Yiyi pushed the wooden door hard inward.
The moment the door was pushed open, a pungent and heavy strange Qi-scent drifted out from the room through the doorway.
That scent seemed to have precipitated for quite a long time, an unusual odor fermented by piling up and failing to dissipate in this closed room.
Liu Yiyi's eyebrows immediately knitted together into a ball, waving her hands back and forth in front of herself, wanting to drive away the unpleasant Qi-scent that burrowed into her nasal cavity.
Then she stepped inside, grasped the door frame with her backhand and pulled hard, closing the room door.
On the smooth wooden floor, the dresses and clothes of Ouyang Luoluo and Lin Yue were scattered in utter disarray.
The edges of those garments were all torn with frayed edges, no longer wearable on the body.
Liu Yiyi walked forward along the scraps of cloth all over the floor, her gaze finally stopping beside that red-wood large bed.
Red lightweight gauze curtains hung down from the head of the bed, blocking most of the line of sight.
But through that layer of gauze, two people could be faintly seen lying on the bed.
Those two figures had no distance limitations, ambiguously overlapping together, and from time to time, the weak undulations of their bodies could be seen.
No one spoke in the room, and it was eerily quiet, but as long as one listened slightly carefully, a very rhythmic sound could be clearly heard.
Drip, drop, transparent water droplets pulling threads were slowly overflowing along the edge of the bed frame, falling continuously onto the ground.
