Chapter 729

He did not hesitate to lower himself to act as the test subject.

If he hadn't offered himself, Lin Moyu would have felt embarrassed.

Now, however, it was naturally for the best.

The experiment was divided into two steps.

The first step: the Bone Dragon would breathe Dragon Breath at Antares.

Dragon Breath is the most commonly used and practical attack skill of the dragon race.

Dragon Breath covers an area, dealing indiscriminate area-of-effect damage.

The death-infused Dragon Breath exhaled by the Bone Dragon enveloped an area of about twenty meters in radius, like a gray mist that lingered for a long time.

Antares sensed the death-infused Dragon Breath; an attack of this level naturally could not harm him.

"The Dragon Breath carries both fire and corrosion powers, and they are quite potent."

"I can sense a trace of the flavor of laws; a negligible amount of laws have been infused into it, enhancing the skill's power."

"Purely in terms of attack power, it is around level 88, close to the Super God Level, but not quite there yet."

"However, because of that tiny bit of law, once damaged by the Dragon Breath, one might continue to take damage for a period of time afterward."

Antares's analysis was naturally correct.

Lin Moyu summoned the Lich General and had the Lich General apply a buff to the Bone Dragon.

[Legion Strengthening (Level 8): All attributes increased by 80%, attack speed increased by 80%, casting speed increased by 80%, physical defense increased by 80%, elemental defense increased by 80%, control resistance increased by 80%.]

"Try it again."

With the status effect, the Bone Dragon's attributes increased significantly, but due to Lin Moyu's restrictions, its total attributes were capped at 9.99 million, failing to break through the ten-million threshold.

Each attribute was over 2.49 million, but just under 2.5 million.

It still maintained a balance across the four attributes.

The Bone Dragon breathed out Dragon Breath once again.

After sensing it, Antares said, "The power has increased, but not by much."

"It is very close to god-level, but compared to a true god-level, it is still lacking."

Lin Moyu nodded; this was a restriction of the laws of heaven and earth, and he could not change it.

Unless he could transform the Summon Bone Dragon skill into a soul skill, perhaps then he could break free from the restrictions of the laws of heaven and earth.

However, Lin Moyu was not in a hurry; as his level increased, the skills would naturally become stronger and stronger.

Turning it into a soul skill, into an art, was only a matter of time.

The first skill was tested simply, and Lin Moyu now had a grasp of the Bone Dragon's combat power.

Next, he began testing the second skill.

Lin Moyu said, "Bring over a corpse."

This was the easiest thing in the world for Antares.

The mist rolled, and a few seconds later, several corpses descended from the sky, landing in front of Lin Moyu.

They were all fresh corpses, killed and transported over by Antares.

A few were from the Upper Space and were not strong.

Two were from the Lower Space; judging by their aura, they should be over level 70.

There was also one from the Lower Space, massive in size, a normal BOSS over level 80.

Antares was very thoughtful and handled it all in one go.

Lin Moyu locked onto these corpses with his soul and cast the second skill.

Skill: Resurrection of the Dead.

A ball of silver-white Undying Flame appeared in front of Lin Moyu, then exploded with a bang.

The flames landed on the corpses and burned fiercely.

A strange look appeared in Antares's eyes. "Is this skill for burning corpses?"

Just two seconds later, accompanied by a soft sound, several corpses stood up simultaneously.

They had reanimated!

Antares couldn't help but pull his head back; the atmosphere became somewhat eerie.

Bringing the dead back to life—even Antares had never seen such a thing.

Dead is dead; how could one come back to life after dying?

The original corpses, surrounded by flames, stood up slowly, their bodies swaying constantly.

They opened their eyes, scanning the surroundings as if they had truly come back to life.

After watching for a few seconds, Antares realized something was wrong.

The state of these reanimated corpses was not right; their auras had increased significantly, much stronger than when they were alive.

Especially that normal small BOSS; it was now emitting an aura comparable to a Lord-level BOSS.

"What kind of skill is this?" Antares asked.

Lin Moyu explained, "The skill name is: Resurrection of the Dead…"

He explained it in detail to Antares, and Antares muttered, "To think such a skill exists."

"Does this skill have any requirements regarding the time of death of the corpses?"

Like Corpse Explosion in the past, before it was transformed into a soul skill, it required fresh corpses to unleash its corresponding power.

Lin Moyu shook his head. "Not sure."

"Wait a moment!"

Antares raised his dragon head, as if looking for something.

Lin Moyu saw the mist rolling continuously, as if a huge dragon claw was reaching out from the mist.

A full half-minute later, Antares threw a skeleton out from the mist.

This skeleton was extremely complete, even maintaining the posture it had before death; it likely hadn't been touched since it died.

There were many golden spots on the bones, and a powerful aura could still be felt; the owner of this skeleton must have been very powerful in life.

Lin Moyu looked at the appearance of the skeleton. "Is this a Desolate Beast?"

Antares hummed in agreement. "The skeleton of a King of Desolate Beasts. Its soul was wiped out at the time, but its body didn't suffer much damage, so it was preserved quite completely."

After more than a thousand years, the bones had not decayed, which goes to show how powerful it once was.

The King of Desolate Beasts is an existence comparable to a high-level god-level Professional, and its own strength is at least level 96.

Lin Moyu cast Resurrection of the Dead again.

A ball of flame landed on the skeleton of the King of Desolate Beasts and burned fiercely.

Antares stared at the bones; he really wanted to see what the remains from a thousand years ago would become under Lin Moyu's skill.

Next, he saw a shocking scene.

Under the shroud of the silver-white Undying Flame, flesh and blood actually began to regenerate.

This was an incredibly inconceivable thing; a skeleton dead for a thousand years was actually regaining vitality.

Even Antares could not understand it.

Lin Moyu's skill refreshed his worldview, making him re-evaluate this world.

The mystery of this world far exceeded his imagination.

Antares, who claimed to know everything, suddenly discovered that there were still many things in this world that he did not understand.

In the blink of an eye, the King of Desolate Beasts completed its flesh and blood regeneration and leaped up from the ground.

The King of Desolate Beasts emitted an astonishing aura, with laws wrapped around its body; it was not just resurrected, but even stronger than when it was alive.

Not only did it receive the skill bonus, but because it became Lin Moyu's summon, it was also boosted by Lin Moyu's talent.

Moreover, its combat power after resurrection was completely unaffected by Lin Moyu's own level.

Antares judged that the resurrected King of Desolate Beasts possessed combat power of about level 98, already close to a Half-step Super God.

It was now Lin Moyu's summon and could be commanded by Lin Moyu at will.

After a round of testing, Lin Moyu canceled the skill.

All the resurrected corpses, with a gust of wind, disappeared without a trace.

Truly vanished into thin air.

"Pervert… No wonder the great world rune wants to stop you; your skills are too heaven-defying…"

Chapter 715: What Kind of Trash Is This

Antares shrieked; once one thought about Lin Moyu's skills carefully, one could understand how heaven-defying they were.

If Lin Moyu were given the corpse of a Super God Level being, Lin Moyu could completely walk sideways across this world.

Even if it could only be maintained for 24 hours, that would be enough.

For a Super God Level powerhouse, 24 hours is enough to do many, many things.

Killing the Dragon Emperor or destroying the Demon Emperor seemed to be nothing difficult.

Are corpses hard to find?

Antares indicated that it was not at all; there are corpses in the Deep Space.

Antares muttered, "With this skill, you have a guarantee when you go to the Deep Space."

Lin Moyu smiled slightly. "That's still early; I'm only level 80. I believe I will be stronger by then!"

Once the ordinary skills transform into soul skills, the skills can be further enhanced.

Lin Moyu has always been confident in his own strength.

Antares shook his head, shaking off his shock. "Come, let's see your third skill."

Lin Moyu said, "The third skill, I think, is the most miraculous one."

"It is not an attack skill, but it is more important than the first two skills."

"If I could only choose one out of the three skills, I would choose to keep the third one."

"The great world rune probably acted this time to stop this skill as well."

Antares's interest was piqued. "Oh? What skill is that?"

"Infinite Fusion!" Lin Moyu said in a deep voice. "This skill is called Infinite Fusion."

He explained the function of the skill, and Antares listened with some surprise.

"Try it!" Antares said.

Lin Moyu nodded. Following the method in the skill demonstration, he summoned the Skeleton Berserker, Skeleton Archmage, and Skeleton Marksman.

The quantity was not large, one hundred of each.

Then he cast the skill: Infinite Fusion.

The three types of skeletons fused to form a new summon.

A skeleton holding a sword in its right hand and a shield in its left appeared in front of Lin Moyu.

It wore armor and stood about five meters tall, looking taller and fiercer than any of the previous skeletons.

Purely from its appearance, it was far inferior to the skeleton in the skill demonstration.

But Lin Moyu also didn't know that this was because his level was too low and there were too few skeletons used for fusion.

In fact, this fused skeleton before him was already very powerful, and the aura it emitted far exceeded level 80, likely reaching around level 85.

300 level 80 skeletons forming one level 85 skeleton—Lin Moyu didn't know if this was a gain or a loss.
