A crimson bolt of lightning struck one of them with precision. Both appearances were so sudden that the students within the academies had no time to react before being sucked in by the powerful gravitational force released from within the warships. Screams and cries of alarm intertwined, creating a scene of utter chaos.

Lin Fan had not expected Grand Commander Li Cangming to be so insane as to spread the flames of war to innocent students.

Although the spatial jump of the two giant warships was unexpected, Lin Fan did not panic; instead, his resolve only hardened.

Hearing this, Yue Zhentian's face turned livid with rage. He spun around suddenly and roared, "All forces, listen up! Immediately lock onto Grand Commander Li Cangming's coordinates, activate the Federation's interstellar missile swarm, and destroy his warship at all costs!"

Grand Commander Li Cangming, however, remained indifferent, his voice still icy. "Destroy? You Federation trash, do you really think you can still control the situation? Having said that, inside Grand Commander Li Cangming's warship, a complex device began to operate. The students who had been sucked into the warship were being forcibly subjected to genetic modification and the implantation of mechanical parts. Faint screams could be heard, which sent chills down one's spine.

Lin Fan stared intently at the movements of the warship, his expression becoming incredibly grim. "So insane, he won't even spare his own kin."

With one hand, he wrapped his arm around Jiang Xingyu's soft waist, his movements as light as lightning, steadily shielding her in his embrace. "Hold onto me."

Jiang Xingyu was completely stunned. Her mind was a blank slate, and she felt as if everything before her was like a dream or an illusion. "Lin Fan…" Jiang Xingyu's voice trembled slightly.

She could not connect the Lin Fan before her with the gentle and low-key deskmate she knew. He was now exuding an unparalleled aura of a powerhouse, as if a god had descended into the world.

She remembered Lin Fan once saying to her: "These troubles will all disappear; I will resolve everything." But she had never truly believed it, even thinking it was just a joke. Now, the Lin Fan before her was telling her with absolute power that he had never lied.

Lin Fan's gaze was steady; he didn't say much and quickly descended while holding her. Just as the two stood firm, countless wrecks of the giant warship fell from the sky, smashing toward the ground with destructive force.

"Force field shield, activate!" Instructor Su Man was wearing a tight-fitting black uniform, and an emergency command came through the communicator in her ear. She quickly operated the console, and the Galactic Federation University's underground Level 4 civilization force field shield activated instantly. A blue energy shield rose from the ground, covering the entire area and blocking all the warship fragments.

"Bang, bang, bang!" The fragments smashed against the shield, creating intense ripples but failing to break through the defense. Instructor Su Man's calm face showed a hint of triumph as her fingers leaped rapidly across the control panel. "Shield stable, fragment threat neutralized." Her gaze, however, involuntarily turned toward Lin Fan, her eyes filled with deep complexity.

Lin Fan gently set Jiang Xingyu down, his gaze softening for a moment before quickly returning to its grim state. "Jiang Xingyu, are you okay?"

Jiang Xingyu's face flushed slightly. She looked up at Lin Fan and nodded gently, but could not say a word.

Lin Fan did not linger, turning and rushing toward the other giant warship. "There is one more."

Lin Fan arrived at the Future Engineering Academy with astonishing speed, seeing the tragic scene before him from afar. The giant warship hovered above the academy like an iron beast, and the energy cannons it fired razed the surrounding buildings to the ground, with fire and smoke filling the air.

The academy's Level 4 force field shield was like thin paper, torn apart by the warship's powerful impact. Accompanied by massive gravitational fluctuations, countless students were sucked into the warship's hatch amidst screams and cries, disappearing into the darkness.

In the distance, Yue Zhentian's missile swarm bombarded the giant warship frantically like raindrops. Dense explosions erupted with dazzling light around the warship, but the shield remained unmoved, demonstrating the defensive technology of a Level 5 Peak civilization to the fullest.
