Chapter 802

The other several Revenants also began to move, surrounding and attacking the Desolate Beast Emperor together.

The Desolate Beast Emperor roared, spewing out one terrifying aura after another.

The auras were not Dragon Breath; they were like sharp swords, piercing through the black mist of the Graveyard of Gods.

Deep Space was trembling and vibrating. The Desolate Beast Emperor was very strong; even when fighting many opponents alone, it did not fall into a disadvantage.

"This guy is still so strong despite being severely injured; it must have been even stronger in the past."

Lin Moyu saw this and knew that if Ricks were to fight it one-on-one, he would not be as good as the Desolate Beast Emperor.

Being able to survive that great war back then showed just how strong this Desolate Beast Emperor was.

Perhaps among the Desolate Beast Emperors, it was second to none.

However, now…

A fierce glint flashed in Lin Moyu's eyes. "Perhaps you have no thoughts, but I want you to die at the hands of your own kind."

Through the churning black mist, Lin Moyu saw some scenes.

From the direction the Desolate Beast Emperor had charged over from, there were many corpses on the ground.

These corpses had not rotted, demonstrating their strength while they were alive.

But this time, Lin Moyu was going to reduce them to ashes.

Clusters of Undying Flame exploded in the air, passed through the thick black mist, and landed on those bones.

The Undying Flame burned fiercely, dispelling the thick mist and rendering the Graveyard of Gods as bright as day with a silvery-white light.

Hundreds and thousands of Undying Flames rose up, as if wanting to ignite the entire graveyard.

The Zerg and Desolate Beasts were all undergoing flesh regeneration and soul reconstruction.

The graveyard could be divided into different areas; the Human World gods occupied one, and the Zerg and Desolate Beasts also occupied one.

The humans had tombstones, which were established by the final survivors back then.

The Zerg and Desolate Beasts had no tombstones, only bones scattered all over the ground.

Now, these corpses had all become targets for Lin Moyu's resurrection.

Lin Moyu wanted to make them become Revenants, to slaughter their own kind, and ultimately be wiped out.

One by one, the Desolate Beasts and Zerg were resurrected, then charged towards the Desolate Beast Emperor to surround and kill it.

The Desolate Beast Emperor was cannon fodder and a combat tool, but it was not devoid of intelligence.

Lin Moyu could clearly see panic in the eyes of the Desolate Beast Emperor. It perhaps could not understand why its subordinates and its own kind would attack it.

Moreover, these guys had clearly already died, so how could they have come back to life?

With its brain, it just could not figure it out.

Various Laws, accompanied by massive energy, surged wildly within the Graveyard of Gods.

It was as if the great war of that year had erupted once again.

The Remnant Souls of the humans and gods were stunned.

They stood frozen in place, not knowing what had happened.

Boom!

The pile of bones burying the Zerg and Desolate Beasts exploded, and a giant Zerg with a mantis-like appearance and a body length of over five hundred meters jumped out from beneath the corpses.

It exuded an aura of Super God Level, not the least bit weaker than the Desolate Beast Emperor.

"There is actually one that didn't die!"

Lin Moyu felt the aura of life from it; it was another Zerg that hadn't died.

It seemed that although the humans ultimately won that great war back then, they did not win it very thoroughly.

At least this giant mantis Zerg was still alive, and the Desolate Beast Emperor was also still alive.

Lin Moyu immediately ordered a portion of the Revenants to surround and attack it.

At the same time, a Detection Spell flew out, revealing the opponent's identity.

[Giant Blade Bug] [Level: Super God Rank 8] [Ability: Manipulation of Metal Element Laws]

The Giant Blade Bug brandished a pair of huge and sharp insect legs, instantly cutting down the Revenants surrounding it.

For a moment, the Revenants suffered heavy casualties.

However, more and more Revenants swarmed up, endless in number.

At this moment, in the human graveyard, the largest tombstone suddenly began to shine.

Then, the ground behind the tombstone cracked open, and a person flew out from the grave.

He held a large blade, his whole body exuding a terrifying aura.

"You have finally awakened. This old man has waited for many years. This final strike is reserved for you…"

The man looked towards the Desolate Beast Emperor and the Giant Blade Bug, but before he could finish speaking, he suddenly froze on the spot.

He saw countless Revenants currently surrounding and attacking the Desolate Beast Emperor and the Giant Blade Bug.

Is this infighting? Killing each other?

For a moment, he could not react, his face full of confusion.

Lin Moyu had looked at this tombstone earlier: Tomb of the Human Blade Venerable.

Among all the tombstones, this one was the largest, also representing that the owner of the tombstone had the highest status and the strongest strength.

Unexpectedly, this powerhouse from ancient times was still alive.

When Lin Moyu looked at the Blade Venerable, the Blade Venerable also looked at Lin Moyu.

"A human!"

The Blade Venerable looked puzzled; in his eyes, Lin Moyu was shrouded in a faint mist, making it impossible to see his true level.

The Dragon Pearl given by Antares concealed all of Lin Moyu's information.

Lin Moyu said loudly, "Junior Lin Moyu of the human race greets Senior Blade Venerable."

The Blade Venerable asked curiously, "Little fellow, do you recognize this Venerable?"

Lin Moyu said, "Junior just saw Senior's tombstone."

The Blade Venerable's mouth twitched twice; this sounded strange no matter how he heard it.

However, he would not dwell on such trivial matters. "Are you from the Human World?"

Lin Moyu nodded. "That's right. Junior came here to clean up their Remnant Souls, but I didn't expect that in the great war back then, the Zerg and Desolate Beasts still had survivors."

The Blade Venerable said, "They were severely injured and fell into a slumber back then. This Venerable has waited until now just to leave the final strike for them, to eliminate future troubles forever."

Lin Moyu swept his gaze over the Blade Venerable. "Senior, keep that blade; leave them for Junior to resolve."

Chapter 802: That War Should Really End

The Blade Venerable looked at Lin Moyu with appreciation in his eyes.

This strike, he could indeed keep it.

The Desolate Beast Emperor and the Giant Blade Bug were indeed very strong, but after suffering fatal injuries and sleeping for many years, they had not yet been able to recover.

Now that they were being surrounded and attacked by their own kind, their defeat was already sealed.

The Blade Venerable was very curious, but he did not ask.

Every Professional has their own uniqueness; furthermore, his situation did not require asking anything more.

Lin Moyu could actually also tell that the Blade Venerable was actually already dead.

He only knew that the Desolate Beast Emperor had not yet died, so he kept the final strike to deal with them.

If the Blade Venerable were still alive, he would likely have charged over long ago.

There was a very clear line between the two graveyard areas; one side was the territory of the humans and gods.

The other side was the territory of the Desolate Beasts and the Zerg.

After they died, their Remnant Souls had fought for countless years.

Lin Moyu checked the battle situation and knew that the overall situation was settled; the destruction of the Desolate Beast Emperor and the Giant Blade Bug was only a matter of time. He turned to the Blade Venerable. "Junior has some questions to ask; I wonder if it is convenient for you."

The Blade Venerable laughed. "What could be inconvenient? Feel free to ask."

The Blade Venerable seemed to think very highly of this junior, Lin Moyu.

Lin Moyu was straightforward. "Back then, when the gods were ambushed, our race fought a desperate battle. In Junior's view, the strength difference between the two sides was huge; how did we win?"

Having seen these Revenants, thousands of Half-step Super Gods, and dozens of Super God Levels.

The strength of the Desolate Beasts and Zerg was much stronger than that of the humans.

Logically speaking, this battle should have had no suspense; the humans should have been defeated.

But in the end, the humans won. The human conviction was unquestionable, and the world will using the power of the world was also a major reason.

Antares had taken action, but not much; it was not the deciding factor that determined the victory.

Besides this, Lin Moyu felt there were deeper reasons.

The Blade Venerable looked deeply at Lin Moyu. "It is very good that you can think of these things."

"There are indeed some other reasons."

"We obtained a batch of equipment and some miraculous pills."

Lin Moyu was slightly stunned. "Equipment? Pills?"

The Blade Venerable nodded. "That's right. A batch of Super God Level equipment, and the grade is very high, which allowed our strength to be exerted beyond normal levels."

Lin Moyu looked at the large blade held in the Blade Venerable's hand, as well as the sword used by the Sword Venerable.

At that time, he suspected that Remnant Souls could still use real swords; this sword must be very unusual.

The Blade Venerable guessed Lin Moyu's thoughts. "You are right; it is the weapons in our hands. These weapons are all very strong and can make our power increase exponentially. For example, I am clearly only Super God Tier 6, but holding it allows me to exert the combat power of Super God Rank 8."

"An increase of two ranks? That is indeed very strong!" Lin Moyu took a deep breath. The gap between these two ranks was quite large.

Without reaching the Super God Rank, it is hard to imagine.

Lin Moyu had personally experienced Antares, having his power raised step by step from Super God Rank 1, all the way up to Super God Rank 9, and then to True God Level.

He knew the gap between each rank like the back of his hand.

A two-rank gap is like the gap between level 80 and level 90, even so large that it is hard to make up for with numbers.

The Blade Venerable said, "Just like this Desolate Beast Emperor and the Giant Blade Bug, their strength is both Super God Rank 8. If I didn't have the weapon, I would not be their opponent."

The implication was that this batch of weapons played a major role in the humans being able to achieve victory.

It was not one or two pieces, but a whole batch.

"Besides the weapons, what are the pills that Senior mentioned?" Lin Moyu continued to ask.

The Blade Venerable said, "The pills are just as important as the weapons; the pills enhanced our power. Before taking the pills, I was only Super God Tier 4; even with the weapon, I could only exert the combat power of Super God Tier 7."

"After taking the pills, I reached Super God Tier 6, and combined with the weapon, I was able to reach the combat power of Super God Rank 8."

"Not just me, but many others; we all relied on the pills to enhance our strength."

Lin Moyu asked, "Pills that can enhance strength so quickly must have side effects, right?"

"That's right; that is that one would never be able to break through the Super God Rank in the future. But is that important? As long as this battle can be won, that is enough. If this battle were lost, what is there to talk about the future?"

The Blade Venerable chuckled, completely unconcerned about this, extremely carefree.

Lin Moyu sighed softly; it was indeed so.

How could such powerful pills not have side effects?
