"She is indeed your daughter, but she’s a little different."

The Mexican woman explained, "She is a special mutant Descendant cultivated by Alkali Studio using your genes. Her codename is X-23."

"Genetic experiments?"

The three were stunned. Silver Fox frowned and asked, "X-23? Does that mean there were twenty-two before her?"

The Mexican woman said painfully, "Yes. They were all failures. They were disposed of as soon as they were born."

Bang! Wolverine slammed his fist into the wall and roared, "Where is that studio? I’m going to tear it apart."

"They are very powerful. You are no match for them. If you want to destroy them, Iron Man has to step in."

The Mexican woman said, "Also, there are other mutant children on the mountain. The studio’s people are hunting them down. They need help."

Silver Fox immediately said, "Logan, call Wade and have him bring people over. We’re going to completely destroy that studio."

"Okay. I’ll call right away. I’ll also have them bring Caliban over. He can sense mutants."

Wolverine nodded and took out his phone to make the call outside—the phone Wang Bert had given him was a custom satellite phone that worked in most places.

"Don’t worry. You’ll be all right soon. Iron Man won’t let those bastards off."

Silver Fox said as she examined the Mexican woman’s injuries, speaking to both her and Laura.

The Mexican woman said, "I believe in Iron Man. Actually, I’d wanted to call him for a long time, but I never had the chance. They guarded the laboratory very tightly."

Sabretooth asked from the side, "Why does that lab have Wolverine’s genes?"

The Mexican woman glanced at Sabretooth and said, "They inherited part of Colonel Stryker’s legacy. They don’t just have Wolverine’s genes. They also have your genes, Sabretooth."

Sabretooth was stunned. "Don’t tell me I have a daughter too?"

"Not a daughter. A son. Like you, he has a pair of indestructible wolf claws."

The Mexican woman said, "He was captured by the guards while covering our escape."

Sabretooth said with interest, "How useless. Looks like I’ll need to train him properly."

Silver Fox said from the side, "Victor, you should be gentler with children."

"The Howlett Family bloodline does not need gentleness. It only needs blood and cruelty."

Sabretooth rubbed Laura’s head and said, "Just like this little girl."

Laura pushed Sabretooth’s hand away in displeasure, baring her teeth at him with a low growl. Sabretooth laughed heartily, becoming even more impressed with Laura.

At that moment, Wolverine entered the cave with Wade, who was wearing Deadpool’s skin. He said, "The reinforcements are here. We’ll set out and deal with those bastards immediately. Wade, take these two to the hospital first."

Wade smiled. "No problem, Logan. Your daughter really looks like you. I hope the baby in my wife’s belly is as handsome as I am."

Sabretooth laughed. "Wade, maybe you already have a son."

Wade said unhappily, "Who the hell are you? Why are you acting like you know me? And why do I find you so damn annoying?"

"You don’t know me? I’m the one who sewed your mouth shut."

Sabretooth was a little surprised. "Back then, we both worked for that bastard Stryker. Later, Stryker got so sick of your chatter that he decided to turn you into a Weapon X test subject."

The more Wade listened, the more confused he became. "What nonsense are you talking about? When did I ever work for Stryker? I’ve always been a mercenary, okay?"

"He wasn’t talking about you. He was talking about the original owner of your current body."

Silver Fox said, "He had hyperfast reflexes and could split bullets fired from submachine guns. Uh, his name was Wade too. He was just as talkative as you, and he even looked exactly like you.

"To be honest, I’ve always suspected that you were his clone."

"Bullshit. I’m way more handsome than that guy, okay?"

Wade said unhappily, "Forget that. You ugly bastard, what did you mean when you said I might already have a son?"

"Though I don’t know exactly what happened, I’m certain you’re that bastard. Your mouths smell equally foul."

Sabretooth snorted and repeated what the Mexican woman had said earlier. Then he added, "Stryker also has your genes. That damned studio probably made a few descendants from you too."

"How could those bastards do this? Don’t they know there are laws protecting genetic material? Uh, I don’t have to pay child support, right?"

Wade was furious. Everyone looked at him speechlessly, all wanting to flip him off.

Silver Fox sighed. "Take them to the hospital first."

"Okay."

Wade reached for Laura’s hand, but Laura slapped his hand away and said murderously, "I’m going with you. I want to kill those people."

Sabretooth gave her a thumbs-up. "Good kid."

"Shut up. Children shouldn’t be sent into battle while there are still adults alive."

Wolverine cursed and said, "Wade, what are you standing around for? Take them and go."

"You say that like you’re my boss. I’m the boss, okay?"

Wade said irritably. Then he turned and glared at Laura. Laura immediately discovered that she could not move, and she was utterly shocked.

This was a new ability Wade had gained some time ago: Eye of Terror—Wang Bert had used Mysterious Metal to allow him to possess more superpowers.

Wade was about to take the two women away when the Mexican woman remembered something and warned, "Be careful. They didn’t just use your DNA to create descendants. They also cloned you. Laura was nearly killed by Wolverine’s clone before.

"Also, Dr. Rice is leading them. He is the studio’s chief director."

"Clones? No wonder I dreamed about my younger self."

Wolverine suddenly understood. "I’ll let them know that fakes will always be fakes."

"Cloning? Isn’t this black tech a little too black? It’s only 2001."

Wade cracked a joke and vanished with the two women. A moment later, he returned to the cave and shouted outside, "Caliban, have you sensed where the other children are?"

"I have. I also sensed another Wolverine and another Sabretooth."

Caliban answered from outside the cave. He had officially joined Rebirth Group, for a simple reason: Iron Man had money.

Sabretooth said with a savage expression, "I’ve never tried killing myself before. I’m curious what it feels like."

Wade shouted, "Then let’s move out. Dad-vengers, assemble!"

Somewhere in the forest, Dr. Rice was leading Wolverine’s clone, Sabretooth’s clone, and a group of guards in a search for mutant children.

It was worth mentioning that Dr. Rice’s expression was clearly somewhat dull. There was also a strange metal device attached to the back of his neck, making him look especially eerie.

Just then, three figures appeared out of thin air before Dr. Rice and his group. One of the men in red called out, "Surprise?"

The newcomers were Wade and the other two. Everyone else had gone to rescue the mutant children.

"Deadpool, Wolverine, Sabretooth."

Dr. Rice’s expression immediately became animated, and he shouted in shock, "How did you find out about this?"

"Boss always says, if you don’t want people to know, don’t do it."

Filled with rage, Wolverine could not be bothered with nonsense. He extended his claws and charged forward. Seeing this, Dr. Rice hurriedly shouted to Wolverine’s clone, "Stop him!"

Upon hearing Dr. Rice’s command, Wolverine’s clone immediately charged at Wolverine and slashed viciously at him with his claws.

It was worth mentioning that Wolverine’s clone also had Adamantium, though only this one did. The other clones did not—Adamantium was not only expensive, but scarce. It could not be widely used.

"Die!"

At the sight of his clone, Wolverine flew into a rage and immediately raised his claws to strike back. The two pairs of Adamantium claws collided fiercely in midair, sending countless sparks flying.

Wade suddenly appeared in front of Dr. Rice and asked, "Excuse me, where do you think you’re going?"

The guards immediately fired at Wade. Wade rapidly swung his twin swords, splitting every bullet down the middle. He chuckled. "Take a guess. Did any of those split bullets hit me?"

"Die, you disgusting mutants!"

Dr. Rice roared, pulling an Energy Gun from his coat and firing repeatedly at Wade. Wade glared at Dr. Rice, and Dr. Rice immediately froze. He could not even pull the trigger.

"You must be Dr. Rice. I’ll take you back for a proper interrogation. Don’t worry, I definitely won’t let you die too easily."

As Wade spoke, his eyes lit up red. Then two lasers shot out, blasting a massive hole through one guard’s chest.

That was not the end. Wade turned his neck, and the five guards in front of him were all sliced in half at the waist.

The remaining guards panicked somewhat, but with Dr. Rice captured, they could not retreat. They could only grit their teeth and fight Wade.

Unfortunately, they were no match for him. Under Wade’s slaughter, the guards died one after another.

Meanwhile, Wolverine and Sabretooth were fighting their clones desperately. Sabretooth complained, "Regeneration is fucking disgusting. You can’t kill them no matter how hard you try."

"That’s because you’re too weak, Victor."

Wolverine snorted and activated his newly acquired ability. His Adamantium claws suddenly glowed crimson.

Then Wolverine slashed with all his strength. The crimson blade swept across the clone’s neck. The clone clutched his throat and staggered back in disbelief.

A moment later, the clone’s head fell from his neck. Then the clone collapsed to the ground and twitched continuously, looking extremely bizarre.

Seeing this, Wade could not help touching his own neck. "Why does my neck suddenly feel a little cold?"

Sabretooth was stunned. "Where did you get a high-temperature ability?"

"Victor, you’re outdated."

Wolverine chuckled and went over to help Sabretooth deal with the clone—High-Temperature Blade was a new ability that had appeared after his genes were completed. In addition, he could push himself to gain even greater strength.

Sabretooth’s clone did not even have Adamantium and was no match for Wolverine at all. Wolverine quickly cut off his head with a single swipe of his claws.

Sabretooth looked at Wolverine, his gaze flickering. As he was now, perhaps he could fight that person.

Sabretooth had not become an idiot for no reason. Their bloodline hid a tremendous secret. Both he and Wolverine had lost their memories in succession, and it was directly related to that secret.

Soon, all the guards had fallen. Wolverine walked up to the terrified Dr. Rice and said with a savage expression, "I will repay everything you did to me in full."

Dr. Rice looked utterly despairing, then his expression turned resolute. The metal device behind his neck suddenly exploded with a boom, blasting his neck and head into powder.

"As a villain boss, wasn’t that death a little too decisive?"

Wade stared blankly at Dr. Rice’s fallen corpse, instinctively feeling that something was wrong. What kind of villain boss died that quickly? "At least you had some backbone. Lucky you."

Wolverine wiped the blood from his face and cursed irritably. Wade scratched his head and called Wang Bert to report the matter. Then he said, "Boss, I feel like something’s off."

"Don’t worry about it. Have the workers who escaped take you to Alkali Studio’s base and wipe out those bastards in one sweep. I’ll send reporters over to cover it."

Wang Bert said coldly. Wade said, "All right, leave it to me. I guarantee not a single one of those researchers will escape."

Wang Bert put down the phone and snorted inwardly. Cutting off the tail to survive. Quite decisive.

That Dr. Rice was not the original. He was merely a clone—Dr. Rice was hiding in the rear and using that metal device to control him.

Clearly, the Human Supremacy Organization wanted to put an end to this matter before it implicated them.

Under normal circumstances, that would have been impossible. Wang Bert was not that stupid. However, these were not normal circumstances. Wang Bert had been waiting for the Human Supremacy Organization to make a move so that he could wipe them all out in one stroke.

"This time, I’ll let you go."

Wang Bert snorted. "The antidote and the Sentinels have both been successfully developed. They’ll make their move against me soon. Uh, to avoid unforeseen complications, should I take the initiative and cooperate with them a little?
