"Dandy..." He-El gently cradled the white egg the Grand Elder had expelled. In the original story, Dandy was the 108th son of the Namekian Grand Elder. He had lived peacefully on Namek with his people, until Frieza, seeking immortality through the Dragon Balls, led an army to invade Namek. The Namekians were massacred by the Frieza Force. When Dodoria attacked Dandy's village and hunted Dandy down, Krillin and Son Gohan arrived in time to save him, sparing him from disaster. Afterward, they became good friends.
