The Destructo Disc sliced through every particle in the Dark Universe, reaching Cell in the blink of an eye. "Before this eye, none of your techniques can remain hidden!" Cell sneered. With a sharp twist of his right wrist, a Perfect Destructo Disc with even greater energy density and faster rotation instantly appeared at his fingertips. "Destructo Disc!!!" Krillin, Goku, Piccolo, Tien Shinhan, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Puar, and Vegeta were all horrified when they saw the Perfect Destructo Disc in Cell's hand.
