Deathknell and the Imprisoned Raven

Sky Eye Society Headquarters, Basement Level Seventeen. Publicly, the basement of the Sky Eye Society headquarters building only had seven levels. Each floor handled different tasks, and the elevators linking them were exceedingly complicated. Aside from a very few floors, many internal employees did not even know what personnel on the other levels were responsible for.
