Dressrosa was now the forward base of the entire New World Pirate Crew.

The three major pirate crews had converged here, while the Donquixote Family had stockpiled vast quantities of supplies and made preparations for war.

At that moment, Yota was carrying out a massive Devil Fruit distribution.

Along the way, Yota had accumulated a large number of Devil Fruits through the Dark-Dark Fruit’s plundering ability. These fruits were no longer of much use to him, so he distributed them all before this war, intending to improve his subordinates’ combat strength.
