There was no need to ask. One copy was for himself, while the other was meant for Danzō.

"Will Naruto be all right?" Iruka asked nervously.

The Anbu member shook his head without hesitation. "No! That Root ninja merely took the Scroll of Seals back from Naruto Uzumaki. He never opened it from beginning to end."

"Hmph! Danzō really handled this matter without leaving a single loophole." The Third Hokage’s face revealed annoyance and fury.

He would never forget how, just minutes earlier, that old friend had stormed back into the Hokage’s office with his men and humiliated him. Even the two advisers believed he had gone somewhat too far in this matter.

If another hostile force had been watching from the shadows and taken this chance to seize the Scroll of Seals, or even kill or abduct the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki, the consequences would have been unthinkable.
