Doctor Manhattan’s Workspace

With a step, He-El arrived in the space Doctor Manhattan had created for the Chronicle universe and the Jumper universe. Within the He-El Universe, whenever matters involved the universes beyond the Traversal Vortices, He-El had opened a separate special space for each of them, preventing factors from the He-El Universe from affecting the progress of conquering those universes. This was the space where Doctor Manhattan created instruments to detect the underlying operational logic of the Chronicle universe and the Jumper universe.
