Emperor Pilaf was a monster-type earthling, short in stature, with blue skin and a small round cap. Everyone feared him. Known as the boss of Dark Street, robbery, assault, speeding violations, theft, intimidation, freeloading, and all that were Emperor Pilaf's defining traits. Emperor Pilaf possessed a mind no less brilliant than Bulma's. His main subordinates were Ashu and Mai. Don't let Emperor Pilaf's group's unserious appearance fool you—his castle war machines were exceptionally formidable and had conquered quite a few villages.
