Five Years Later, Returning to the Academy

Five years later.

By the lake in the core region of the Star Dou Great Forest, Su Yu, Xiao Wu, and Su Yiyi sat by the water. Xiao Wu looked at Su Yu and asked, "Brother, the Five-Year Agreement has arrived. Are you going?"

Su Yu smiled. "Since I already agreed to go, how could I not?"

Xiao Wu happily revealed a faint smile. She had been worried that Su Yu would refuse to go. Then she asked, "When are we leaving?"

"Tomorrow," Su Yu answered.

Xiao Wu nodded. Su Yiyi immediately cried out, "Daddy, Auntie, Yi Yi wants to go too!"

Su Yu smiled and picked Su Yiyi up, pinching her little nose. "How could I possibly leave my little darling behind?"

"Hehe." Su Yiyi grinned happily.

Early the next morning, the three of them rode Erha out of the Star Dou Great Forest and headed toward Shrek Academy.

This time, Erha got lost again. Xiao Wu was utterly speechless. How had he not gotten lost five years ago?

Su Yu smiled bitterly and looked at Erha. "I’ll give you an hour. If you can get us to Shrek Academy, I’ll give you ten Lollipops."

Erha’s eyes lit up, and he took off running. He was unbelievably fast. Everywhere he passed, dust and sand flew into the air. The Soul Beasts and humans by the roadside were all dumbfounded. What had just happened? What was that thing that flew past???

An hour later, at the City Gate of Heaven Dou City, Xiao Wu staggered down from Erha’s back, dizzy and slurring her words. "Wh-what happened? Why am I so dizzy…?"

Su Yiyi clapped and cheered, "Big Dog, you’re amazing!"

"Awwooo!" Erha looked smug, as if saying, Of course. Did you think Dog Lord wasn’t powerful?

Su Yu smiled and tossed ten Lollipops into Erha’s mouth. Erha immediately clamped down on them tightly, afraid they might fall to the ground.

Just then, a guard from Heaven Dou City approached Su Yu and the others. Looking at Su Yu, he said, "Hey, who are you people? Hundred-year Soul Beasts aren’t allowed near Heaven Dou City. Get lost, get lost, get lost!" As he spoke, he used his spear to drive Erha away.

Erha currently looked like a hundred-year Soul Beast, which was why the guard was chasing him off. However, the guard accidentally struck Erha on the mouth with his spear. Erha instinctively loosened his jaws, and all ten Lollipops fell to the ground.

Su Yu and Su Yiyi both stared blankly at the scene. Su Yiyi then said blankly, "Uh-oh, you’re finished. Big Dog is going to get angry."

"What the hell? Hurry up and get this stupid dog out of here," the guard said with a frown.

Erha’s entire body began to tremble. Then he threw back his head and let out a long howl. "Awooo~"

Suddenly, an earth-shattering aura descended from the sky. Everyone in Heaven Dou City felt the pressure, and the stronger they were, the greater the pressure they felt.

A faint red glow appeared in Erha’s eyes as he stared at the guard. The guard instantly felt as if he were being watched by an expert even more terrifying than a Titled Douluo. He was so frightened that he lost control of his bladder and bowels.

Seeing water dripping from the guard’s pants, Su Yiyi immediately shouted, "Daddy, look! This uncle wet his pants! Even Yi Yi doesn’t wet her pants!"

Everyone at the City Gate: "…"

Su Yu burst out laughing. "Haha, Yi Yi, you can’t casually say bad things about other people. Just tell Daddy about it secretly."

Su Yiyi nodded in understanding. "Oh, Yi Yi understands."

The guard wanted to die. Looking at Erha, he immediately fell to his knees. "Dog Lord, Dog Lord, I was wrong. Please don’t kill me."

"You dared to knock my Lollipops onto the ground! If you don’t compensate me with a hundred of them today, I’ll take it up with you!" Erha’s voice had been domineering one moment, then completely broke character the next.

The guard saw Erha shouting and was so terrified that he shouted as well. "I’ll compensate you! I’ll compensate you!" As he spoke, he took out a large bag of Gold Coins and respectfully offered it to Erha. "Dog Lord, this is all my savings."

Erha frowned at the large bag of Gold Coins, then swallowed them in one gulp. After chewing twice, he spat them out. "You damned liar! These aren’t tasty at all! Compensate me with Lollipops!"

The guard looked at Erha with tears in his eyes. Where was he supposed to get these Lollipops…

Su Yu patted Erha. "Enough, enough. Aren’t you embarrassed? Let’s go. I’ll give you another ten later."

Erha immediately returned to being that silly Erha again. He stuck out his tongue, then licked Su Yu’s pant leg.

The farce ended, and the three people and one dog entered Heaven Dou City. Xiao Wu looked at the shops lining the street, her eyes gleaming. Then she looked at Su Yu. Su Yu smiled and shook his head. "You still have money, right? Go to the academy yourself later. Yi Yi and I will head over first. I’ll leave Erha with you so he can deal with any unnecessary trouble for me."

Xiao Wu immediately nodded happily. Su Yu took out ten Lollipops and stuffed them into Erha’s mouth. "Stay with Xiao Wu properly. If anyone comes over to hit on her, kick him so hard his mother won’t recognize him. Can you do that?"

Erha nodded desperately. Su Yu smiled, then carried Su Yiyi away.

Shrek Academy.

On the training grounds, Shrek Academy’s newest batch of students was undergoing training. Under Zhao Wuji’s triple pressure, they had to run twenty laps without using Soul Power or soul skills. There were five or six hundred participants. There had not originally been so many, but countless people admired Su Yu and had all flocked to Shrek Academy.

After running a single lap, someone among the five or six hundred students voiced an objection. One person shouted, "This isn’t something a human can accomplish at all! You’re deliberately making things difficult for us!"

"That’s right! You’re deliberately making things difficult for us! How could anyone possibly complete this?"

More and more people joined in the uproar. At that moment, Su Yu’s voice rang out. "Are all the students this academy recruits useless now?"

Su Yu glanced disdainfully at those people, then looked at Yu Xiaogang. "Teacher, change Shrek Academy’s admission requirements from now on. The first requirement remains unchanged: Soul Grandmasters under the age of twelve. The second test will be enduring ten minutes under Teacher Zhao’s triple gravity. The third test will be surviving in the Star Dou Great Forest for seven days. The fourth test will be challenging a soul master in the academy who is one major realm higher."

Yu Xiaogang did not refuse after hearing Su Yu’s words. Instead, he asked, "Isn’t that a little too strict?"

"Strict? The Shrek Academy I know only recruits monsters, not ordinary people. What use are they if they aren’t geniuses?" As he spoke, Su Yu looked over the five or six hundred people and shook his head. "The academy’s standards are getting worse and worse. It actually accepted a bunch of rabble like this."

"Fuck you! You’re the rabble! Stop talking big if you’ve got the guts! If you’re so capable, run twenty laps under triple gravity without using Soul Power or soul skills!" someone shouted.
