Boom!

Spatial fragments flew everywhere. The entire cosmic void became a true void, empty of all things. More than half of the Solar System was destroyed; Saturn and Jupiter had already become cosmic dust. Poor Earth still failed to survive this disaster and was shattered into fragments in the collision between Xiao Hen and Thanos.

A blazing light lit up at the center of the Solar System. The Sun was exploding.

Yes, even though the Sun was over a million times larger than Earth, it could not withstand the terrifying aftershocks of battle between two peak powerhouses.

Every clash between Xiao Hen and Thanos was like two stars colliding. The energy unleashed far surpassed all the energy the Sun had emitted from its birth until now.

"Power Stone, infinite energy!"

Energy surged endlessly from Xiao Hen’s body. He clenched both fists, and a violent tide of energy roiled over them. Highly condensed energy erupted from his fists and slammed into Thanos’s body, blasting enormous craters into him with every strike.

Every punch could destroy a star. Even Thanos could not withstand such tremendous power.

"Damn it! This guy has the Power Stone, so his energy is practically infinite! My body may be constructed by the Reality Stone, theoretically an unlimited aggregation of matter, but it’s being destroyed too quickly!" Thanos endured the agony of his soul being struck by the Mind Stone. His soul was protected and enhanced by the Soul Stone, so such attacks could not make his soul disperse.

His body had been built by the Reality Stone altering real matter. Every part of it, every particle, was made of the hardest substance in the universe—a terrifying material comparable to Vibranium. Yet even with his ten-thousand-meter body, Xiao Hen’s utterly terrifying strikes blasted craters dozens of meters wide into him with every punch, directly vaporizing those portions of his body into fundamental cosmic particles.

"Damn it, Reality Stone, restore me!" Thanos let out a low roar. The Reality Stone activated, and light flickered across his body as the dents and craters on his ten-thousand-meter-tall form were instantly repaired.

Huff… huff… huff…

Thanos gasped heavily. Using the Reality Stone so frequently was becoming too much even for a soul enhanced by the Soul Stone. Without the Soul Stone, the number of times he could endure it could probably be counted on one hand.

"The Soul Stone and Reality Stone really are a perfect match!" Xiao Hen retreated, divine light flashing in his eyes. "Time Stop!"

Thanos’s enormous body in the distance suddenly froze. Xiao Hen flashed forward and rushed before him, throwing a punch that blasted another huge crater into Thanos’s body. Yet before long, Thanos’s body returned to normal.

"Using soul power to bear the Reality Stone’s consumption and repair the body… what a troublesome combination!" Xiao Hen frowned. "Even the Time Stone can only affect him slightly and can’t give me any major advantage!"

"Great Space Annihilation!" Xiao Hen once more unleashed the annihilating technique empowered by the Space Stone.

"Aaargh…"

Thanos let out a miserable howl as his massive body exploded apart. Yet rather than being ground into powder like space itself, he was smashed into fist-sized chunks of metal. Under the Reality Stone’s power, those metal chunks instantly gathered together and re-formed into Thanos.

"What a nuisance!"

"The Mind Stone cannot affect Thanos’s soul while it is protected by the Soul Stone, and the Time Stone isn’t very useful either. Even Great Space Annihilation, empowered by the Space Stone, cannot destroy him in one blow!" Xiao Hen calculated. "Looks like I can only wear him down with the endless energy provided by the Power Stone. I refuse to believe that, even with the Soul Stone’s enhancement, his soul can withstand endless attrition!"

"Divine Energy Impact!"

"Great Space Annihilation!"

"Time Stop!"

"Mind Collapse, Mind Deathly Silence!"

Xiao Hen attacked without pause, again and again, like a machine that knew no fatigue. Thanos, meanwhile, attacked little and defended often, constantly enduring Xiao Hen’s assaults.

This battle overturned the heavens and shook the earth. Who knew how much time had passed? The entire Solar System had vanished. The remnants of the exploded Sun and the remains of the Solar System’s planets had all been annihilated in the battle, disappearing without even dust remaining. They had become fundamental cosmic particles, invisible to the naked eye.

Most of the star systems near the Solar System were also caught in the battle. Their stars and planets were destroyed, shattered, and exploded. Not one remained intact.

The entire Orion Arm became a battlefield, thrown into chaos and destruction.

Not only that, the entire Milky Way Galaxy became unstable because of this unprecedentedly terrifying battle. The Super Black Hole at the Galactic Center began to destabilize. The vast Milky Way Galaxy faced a terrifying calamity, and countless civilizations within it panicked as though the end of the world had arrived. Some advanced civilizations had already begun fleeing beyond the galaxy in spacecraft, because the war in the Orion Arm was shifting toward the Galactic Center. If they did not escape now, they would all die.

Outside the Milky Way Galaxy, a three-thousand-meter-tall humanoid creature clad in armor suddenly appeared. The moment it appeared, it noticed the violent turmoil within the Milky Way Galaxy.

"Oh, they’ve fought to this extent… Are these two little fellows fighting over the Infinity Stones?" the humanoid creature muttered. "Are the Infinity Stones about to be gathered? Should I report this?"

"I’ll wait and see!" The humanoid creature stepped forward. Space no longer held any distance before it. With one step, it had already arrived thirteen thousand light-years outside the Galactic Center, where Xiao Hen and Thanos’s battlefield had reached.

"Die, Thanos!"

Xiao Hen shouted viciously and smashed a white dwarf in his hand down onto Thanos’s head. Though a white dwarf was small only relative to other stars, this one still had a diameter of one hundred thousand kilometers. Smashing it into Thanos’s head was like slamming a basketball onto an ant’s head—if anything, the disparity was even greater.

But this ant, Thanos, was still very powerful.

"I told you, you can’t kill me!" Thanos shouted, swinging up a kick and sending the white dwarf flying away like a soccer ball.

The white dwarf shot into the distance at an astonishing speed close to light. Countless planets were destroyed along its path, and before long, it vanished into the cosmic void.

After kicking it away, Thanos flashed and disappeared.

"Don’t run!" Xiao Hen flashed as well, tearing through space and arriving seventeen light-years away. Thanos stood there, watching Xiao Hen with a cold sneer.

"Die, you damned bastard! You dare fight me for the Infinity Stones!"

Thanos threw a punch at a star radiating dazzling light. Instantly, the stellar core erupted, and the entire star exploded.

At the final moment before the explosion, Thanos had already torn through space and left. Xiao Hen, who arrived there as well, had no choice but to face the exploding star and the gamma-ray burst unleashed by its destruction.

"Damn it, this guy can really run!" Xiao Hen ignored the rays and the energy shockwave from the stellar explosion. Such impacts posed little threat to him. However, the spatial turbulence caused by the explosion prevented him from using spatial teleportation immediately. After waiting for the space to settle somewhat, Xiao Hen tore through space with a cold expression and continued chasing Thanos’s trail.

"Thanos, you can’t escape! Just obediently accept your death!" Xiao Hen said coldly as he watched Thanos’s figure ahead.

"You want to kill me? Dream on! I, Thanos, have roamed the universe for countless years. What kind of crisis haven’t I encountered?! You think you can kill me? Not a chance!" Thanos declared fiercely.

Thanos did not look back and continued fleeing ahead.

This guy has been fleeing toward the Galactic Center all along. Is he planning to use the black hole at the Galactic Center against me? Hmph, does he think I’m that stupid? Xiao Hen watched Thanos’s retreating back with cold eyes.
