S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Helicarrier. Tony Stark, wearing Zero Gravity II, and James Rhodes, wearing the silver-white War Machine armor, carved arcs across the sky as they flew toward the deck of the invisible Helicarrier. From another direction, Hawkeye, Peter Parker, Kingpin, Bullseye, and the Punisher were riding in a helicopter painted with the S.H.I.E.L.D. emblem as it flew onto the Helicarrier's deck.
