Harvest, Great Serpent

"I just don’t want to die."

The Blood Sea Lord sighed. "If there were even the slightest possibility, I wouldn’t hand over the Blood Concept. The problem is, there isn’t even the slightest possibility."

"Farewell forever."

Wang Bert smiled, teleported away, and the Blood Sea Lord shook his head before obediently hiding in the depths of the Blood Sea to cultivate.

"If blood has a concept, could qi have one too?"

Wang Bert’s eyes flashed, then he shook his head and said to the five gazes that had been watching him, "I’m going back to Earth, then I’m leaving. Farewell forever."

A voice rang out. "If you come to our universe again, we’ll attack immediately."

Wang Bert smiled without speaking and teleported directly above Wakanda.

That’s right, Wakanda. Wang Bert looked at the Vibranium mine below and chuckled. He raised a hand, and Wakanda shook violently. Then, enormous quantities of Vibranium ore flew out of the mine tunnels and into his small world.

Wang Bert burst into laughter. "I’ve wanted to do this for ages. So what if you have a Vibranium mine? I’m taking the whole damn thing."

"What’s going on?"

With such a huge disturbance, Black Panther naturally sensed it. He immediately led the Dora Milaje out of the royal palace to investigate. Before long, he spotted Wang Bert in the sky and shouted, "Who are you? How dare you steal Wakanda’s Vibranium?"

"You’re not qualified to speak with me."

Wang Bert glanced at Black Panther, then shouted into the void, "Panther God, aren’t you coming out for a chat?"

Wang Bert’s contempt enraged Black Panther. He immediately equipped his Black Panther suit, preparing to teach Wang Bert a lesson. At that moment, however, a gigantic phantom of a black panther appeared between heaven and earth, radiating elegance and holiness.

"Panther God."

The Wakandans immediately dropped to their knees in excitement and bowed to the Panther God. Even Black Panther was no exception.

The Panther God ignored His followers and asked Wang Bert irritably, "You are an Ancient God. Why are you here stealing our Vibranium mine?"

Wang Bert smiled. "On one hand, I want Vibranium. On the other, I think it’s fun. To be honest, I’ve wanted to do this for a very, very long time."

The Panther God hesitated before saying, "Take half the Vibranium mine. Leave the rest behind."

"Panther God!"

Black Panther hurriedly raised his head and cried out. The Panther God glared at him and transmitted, "Shut the hell up. I’m no match for him. Consider it paying to avert disaster."

Black Panther was stunned. Even the Panther God was no match for this man?

"We know each other, so half it is."

Wang Bert agreed readily. There were other universes anyway. If he kept plundering them, he would definitely have enough Vibranium.

The Panther God said disdainfully, "If we know each other, why are you still so ruthless?"

"My nickname is the Acquaintance Butcher."

Wang Bert laughed loudly. Before long, he had collected half the Vibranium. He waved at the Panther God and vanished.

The Panther God let out a huge sigh of relief and lowered His head toward Black Panther. "Wakanda has survived a calamity. Congratulations, congratulations."

"Half our wealth was stolen, and you’re congratulating us?"

Black Panther was speechless. The Panther God’s image in his heart instantly collapsed. The Panther God glanced at him, too lazy to waste words, and disappeared. Once you’re dead, I’ll deal with you properly.

New York, Manhattan.

"Who?"

Mutant S1 Wanda suddenly turned toward the rear. Wang Bert, who had just appeared, smiled and said, "Dragon King Bert, boyfriend of Wanda from another universe."

"Boyfriend of Wanda from another universe?"

S1 Wanda was stunned. That was a lot to take in. She turned around, watching Wang Bert warily, and asked, "Did my father send you?"

Wanda’s father was Magneto. Their ideals differed, and they had fallen out.

"Magneto thinks he can order me around?"

Wang Bert smiled disdainfully. He clenched his fist, and the Mind Stone glowed as a flood of information poured into S1 Wanda’s mind.

S1 Wanda quickly digested the information and asked in astonishment, "You want to take me to your universe and fuse me with Wanda?"

Wang Bert nodded. "Yes, so Wanda won’t have to make another trip. Besides, this universe really doesn’t welcome me."

S1 Wanda asked curiously, "Aren’t you afraid I’ll overwrite your Wanda?"

Wang Bert sighed. "I am, terribly. But Wanda said she had to do this, so all I can do is support her."

"Wanda loves you deeply, but you clearly don’t love Wanda enough. If you truly loved her, you would never let her take such a risk."

S1 Wanda shook her head. "Love has always been selfish. If it looks noble, there’s only one possibility: you don’t love enough."

"You’re an expert on love too?"

Wang Bert asked in surprise, "Are you willing to leave with me? I completely respect your decision. This sort of thing can’t be forced."

S1 Wanda answered decisively, "Let’s go. We must fuse, and there’s nothing in this universe worth staying for."

"Alright."

Wang Bert nodded, took S1 Wanda’s hand, and left this parallel universe with her.

In the Main Universe, at Blood God Manor, Wanda saw S1 Wanda, who looked different from her but had an equally voluptuous figure, and asked in surprise, "Bert, you traveled through the universe again?"

"Yes. You two talk first. I still have things to handle. Wanda, don’t force yourself."

Wang Bert nodded and disappeared. The two Wandas looked at each other as red light rose from their bodies simultaneously. Then, the two fused together.

In the Chaotic Void, Wang Bert, the Dragon Soul Clone, and the projection gathered together. The Dragon Soul Clone smiled at Wang Bert. "This time, we gained a great deal, including the Blood Concept you’ve always wanted."

"You have no use for the Blood Concept, so give it to me. Keep the Devouring Concept for now and give it to me next time."

Wang Bert thought for a moment before speaking. The Dragon Soul Clone nodded. "I’ll give you the Fusion Concept too. I have two copies. Heh, if we keep this up, we’ll have a whole lot of concepts."

"No one would ever complain about having too many of these. The more concepts we have, the stronger we become."

The projection’s eyes lit up. "Remember to give me a share then. You two won’t be lacking anyway."

"Don’t worry, you won’t be left out. I’ll turn you into the richest projection in history."

Wang Bert smiled and added, "Oh, and give me the Infinity Gauntlet too."

"Alright."

The Dragon Soul Clone removed the five Infinity Stones from the Infinity Gauntlet and tossed them to Wang Bert. Then he asked, "Do you plan to devour all the Infinity Stones? Honestly, I think there’s something strange about them."

"I don’t plan to devour them. I want to use them to comprehend concepts, such as the Time Concept and the Soul Stone concept."

Wang Bert shook his head. "My intuition tells me I can’t devour the other Infinity Stones, or something terrible will happen."

"That’s good. In the next universe, I’ll try to bring back some other concepts."

The Dragon Soul Clone sighed in relief. Then, thinking of something, he smiled. "Does this make us part of the Devouring genre?"

"We’ve always been part of the Devouring genre."

Wang Bert smiled, placed the Infinity Stones into his body, then returned to his study to guard Earth while fusing the new concepts.

As soon as Wang Bert left, Mutant Planet shook violently. The Dragon Soul Clone was a little surprised. So soon? Had Wanda lost? "Guard this place. I’ll go check on Wanda."

The Dragon Soul Clone left those words behind and vanished. The projection gave him the finger and obediently sealed off Mutant Planet.

At Blood God Manor, the Dragon Soul Clone saw Wanda and immediately let out a huge sigh of relief. Wanda had not lost.

"Don’t worry, I won’t lose, because all the other Wandas have had miserable lives."

Wanda sighed. "The Wanda of the S1 universe wanted children after marrying Vision, but Vision was a robot. They could never have children. They kept arguing and eventually divorced."

Wang Bert suddenly understood. "No wonder she agreed to leave with me so easily. She was heartbroken."

Wanda grabbed Wang Bert’s hand. "Bert, as long as you never abandon me, as long as you keep your promises to me, I won’t lose, because I am happy."

"Wanda, I know how much you’ve given for me. I won’t let you down."

Wang Bert held Wanda in his arms. "You will be my only woman. Even if Death tries to seduce me, I won’t be moved. This heart belongs only to you."

"Death tried to seduce you?"

Wanda froze, then immediately demanded, "What did that woman do to you? Tell me now."

"She wanted me to become her husband, and I sternly refused. Neither I nor my main body will ever enter a church with more than one person in this lifetime."

Wang Bert lifted Wanda’s chin with a finger. "That person is you, Wanda Maximoff."

Wanda said dreamily, "I too will only become one man’s wife. That man is you, Dragon King Bert."

"Spreading lovey-dovey nonsense right in front of me?"

Wang Bert glanced into the distance and snorted unhappily before beginning to calculate this round’s gains.

The gains this time were undoubtedly enormous—Six Infinity Stones, half a Reality Stone taken back from Loki, two devoured Knulls, the devoured Serpent God Set, the Blood Concept, the Serpent Crown, half a Vibranium Mountain, Symbiotes, the Super Collider, and the origin of the Dragon World.

Any one of these items would make gods fight to the death if thrown out there, yet all of them belonged to Wang Bert.

There were also some minor gains, but they were not worth listing one by one. Given Wang Bert’s current status and strength, minor gains were not worth mentioning.

"So I really have become part of the Devouring genre."

Wang Bert shook his head. These gains were indeed massive, but they were still not enough. After all, his opponent was Death.

"Neither Death nor Mutant Planet will be easy to deal with. I still need to work harder."

Wang Bert thought to himself. If nothing unexpected happened, war would soon break out across the universe.

The reason was simple. Snapping fingers was no longer possible. If Death wanted to restore balance, she could only start a universal war and reduce the population through conflict.

"Deliver my order. Prepare the whole world for war."

Wang Bert thought for a moment, took out his communicator, and ordered, "Universal war."

Somewhere beneath the Pacific Ocean, Odin swam to an ancient Asgard-style palace. Looking at the palace he had built with his own hands, he could not help but sigh.

"Odin, you still have the nerve to come looking for me?"

An angry voice came from within the palace. "I trusted you so much, yet you betrayed me, pushed me off the throne, and sealed me here. How could you do this to me?"

"I wronged you, but I did right by Asgard. Brother, if you hadn’t stepped down, Asgard would have been gone long ago."

Odin sat before the gate and spoke with the Great Serpent inside through it. "Brother, after all these years, haven’t you reflected on yourself at all?"

The Great Serpent, thin as a skeleton, cursed angrily, "I made only one mistake in my life: trusting an ungrateful bastard like you too much."

"Looks like you still haven’t realized it, but that’s normal. Everyone in our family is stubborn. You are, I am, and Hela is too."

Odin sighed. "Hela is your niece. I sealed her away too, and she only regained her freedom recently."

The Great Serpent roared, "Odin, other than sealing your own family members, what else can you do?"

"I can protect family too."

Odin said, "Brother, from now on, I’ll stay here with you and make sure you never get the chance to break free from the seal and begin Ragnarok."

The Great Serpent was somewhat surprised. "You’re willing to stay here with me? Don’t tell me your children overthrew you?"

"No. My son may be foolish, but he’s quite filial. I just don’t want to keep screwing them over."

Odin sighed. "In short, I’ll stay here with you. We brothers can talk more. Maybe one day we’ll resolve our misunderstanding."

"A misunderstanding? The hatred between us is irreconcilable. It can never be resolved in this lifetime."

The Great Serpent cursed through gritted teeth, "Odin, I will break through the seal, begin Ragnarok, destroy Asgard, and destroy the Odin family."

"I won’t allow it. Brother, I’m younger than you. I can definitely outlast you."

The Great Serpent nearly spat blood. "Just wait. Ragnarok will definitely begin. It is destiny."

"Even if it is destiny, I will stop it. At worst, we’ll die together. Brother, let me warn you in advance: the Reality Stone, also known as Aether, is in my hands. The moment you break free of the seal, I’ll immediately take you down with me."

"Odin."

The Great Serpent truly wanted to spit blood this time. When had this guy become so shameless?

"I, Odin, will never be a father who ruins his children’s lives again. Brother, from now on, we’ll stay here together."

The Great Serpent sneered. "There’s nothing here. Not even fish swim in. There is only darkness and seawater, loneliness and despair. With your personality, you won’t last long."

"That’s alright. I brought a game console—the latest product from Osborn Corporation. Not only is it waterproof, it can also be powered by divine power. Enough talk, I’m going to run a dungeon."

Odin chuckled, put on his gaming glasses, and began running a dungeon. The Great Serpent was stunned for a moment before cursing furiously, "Odin, did you come here specifically to piss me off?"

Odin turned a deaf ear and focused on playing. He had even prepared a wrist computer, food, and other supplies. In short, he intended to become a shut-in here.

As long as there was internet, what did a seal matter? Seeing Odin ignore him, the Great Serpent grew even angrier. At that moment, a phantom in a cloak suddenly appeared before him and asked, "Great Serpent, do you want to get out?"

"Who are you? How did you sneak into the seal right under Odin’s nose?"

The Great Serpent was somewhat shocked. Odin himself was right outside.

"Who I am is unimportant. What matters is whether you want to get out."

The Great Serpent asked, "With Odin here, how can I get out?"

"Odin is nothing. As long as you agree to my conditions, I will help you leave this place."

The Great Serpent gritted his teeth and asked, "What do you want me to do?"

The phantom smiled. "What do I want you to do? Naturally, destroy Earth."
