He Wanted to Witness the Power of God

Neji Hyuga held an umbrella as he and Konan arrived beside a first-floor classroom in a three-story teaching building that Amegakure had opened for them. Through the window, they saw a Hyuga Branch Family member with no Caged Bird Seal on his forehead enthusiastically teaching more than forty students around ten years old from the podium. He was teaching basic management knowledge that Neji Hyuga had compiled based on the Shinobi World. There were five such classrooms on each floor of the three-story building, fifteen in total.
