His Majesty He-El

Washington, D.C.'s most famous buildings had been leveled, and a vast area had been designated for He-El Palace. That day. The blazing sun hung high beneath a vast blue sky. Nine airships circled conspicuously through the sky, screens arranged along their hulls displaying favorable conditions around the world and the smiling faces of the people. All kinds of colorful hot-air balloons floated alongside them, turning the sky into a lively spectacle.
