I Owe You a Meow

Monday afternoon. Pedestrians came and went along a shopping street in Washington, and someone always found themselves glancing toward a tiny flower shop covered in vines. People living nearby all knew about it. A flower shop had opened here not long ago, and its rules were strange and unconventional. None of the plants inside were for sale; they could only be admired without being touched. And there was one more thing: the flower shop owner was a stunning beauty who rivaled any model or celebrity.
