Immortal Shadow Blade! Super Transformation!
An abyss shrine can abyssalize a skill.
Abyssalized skills can not only be used in the Abyss World but also gain a rank increase.
“I’ve obtained an abyss shrine before, which evolved Greedy Hand into Eye of Greed.”
“Now, this abyss shrine…”
Qin Feng glanced at his skill list.
His primary consideration was still his grinding efficiency in the Abyss World!
“Currently, I can’t go invisible in the Abyss World.”
“So many damage bonuses are not applied.”
“But… my Assassin passive, the triple damage bonus, doesn’t necessarily require invisibility to trigger.”
“It can be triggered as long as I’m not in the target’s line of sight.”
Therefore, to maximize his grinding efficiency, Qin Feng had only one choice—Shadow Blade!
Shadow Blade can ricochet infinitely, so as long as there are enough dense monsters, it can ricochet crazily…
Previously, Qin Feng didn’t dare to control his Abyssal Puppet to enter the City Ruins area of the Abyss World.
This was because the number of monsters in the City Ruins area was too high, and they were all crowded together, making it completely overwhelming even for Qin Feng.
But with Shadow Blade!
Just throw a few Shadow Blades in, and the infinite ricochets can kill a large number of monsters!
Even if the damage is a bit low…
Qin Feng only needed to play guerrilla warfare, throwing a few Shadow Blades here, then moving to another spot to throw a few more.
“Now I have Ling Che as a follower.”
“Although she is attached to me, the Abyssal Puppet can also receive the buffs she provides…”
“Control Intensity and Control Resistance have both increased by 777%!”
This was also the reason Qin Feng chose Ling Che as his follower.
With this effect, Qin Feng’s Abyssal Puppet could move through the Abyss World as if it were an uninhabited land!
As long as he didn’t stay in one place and get continuously surrounded, nothing could possibly happen to him.
If the enemy advances, I retreat!
If the enemy retreats, I advance!
As for output, it could be entirely handled by Shadow Blade.
“Given that, I’ll evolve Shadow Blade again first.”
“Grinding faster in the Abyss World is a plus.”
Qin Feng checked, he still had over 230,000 evolution points remaining.
Evolving Shadow Blade from Ancient-Grade to Immortal-grade required 210,000 evolution points.
“There’s still a bit left, I can evolve Backstab Enhancement and Twin Blade Mastery; a small improvement is still an improvement.”
Qin Feng clicked on his skill panel and initiated the evolution!
—
You consumed 5500 evolution points, remaining: 227397 points.
Initial Skill: Backstab Enhancement (legendary → Mythic). Passive Effect: When attacking from behind the target, damage increased by 415% → 561%. Level 45 (64)
Mythic-grade New Special Effect: When attacking a target from behind, ignore 50% of the target’s physical defense and elemental resistance (cannot ignore ‘Solid Defense’ effect).
—
“This skill’s special effect is a bit useless…”
Qin Feng shook his head faintly.
Actually, it wasn’t that the special effect was useless, but rather that Qin Feng had already achieved 100% defense ignore in this aspect.
Meaning, he didn’t need to stack any additional defense penetration attributes.
When dealing damage to a target, only the target’s ‘Solid Defense’ needed to be calculated directly.
Precisely because of this, in God Forsaken Game, attributes like defense penetration and resistance ignore were truly easy to stack; reaching 100% was not difficult.
“Never mind, never mind, it’s just an initial skill after all, it’s normal for the derived special effect after evolution to be mediocre.”
Fortunately, evolving this skill to Mythic-grade increased backstab damage by 146%, which was quite a good improvement.
Qin Feng’s original ‘Backstab Damage Amplification’ was 733%, now it was 879%, a final total damage increase of 17.5%, which was indeed a significant gain.
Next, evolve the next skill!
—
You consumed 5000 evolution points, remaining: 222397 points.
Twin Blade Mastery (Mythic → Ancient-Grade). When you equip ‘Dual Blade’ type weapons, the weapon’s base attributes increase by 318% → 392%; when you equip ‘Dagger’ type weapons, you can equip another dagger weapon, and the attributes of both daggers increase by 109% → 146%! Level 45 (64)
Ancient-Grade New Special Effect: When you equip dual blades or dual-wield daggers, movement speed increases by 99%
—
After this skill evolved, the overall attributes of Qin Feng’s Judgment Blade and White Sprout Blade increased significantly.
Including cooldown speed, attack speed, and hit correction!
Most importantly, it gained a new special effect that increased movement speed.
Directly increasing movement speed by 99%!
Although it wasn’t an independent multiplier, the effect was quite good.
It increased Qin Feng’s fastest flight speed from approximately 5500 meters per second to 6998 meters per second!
That is, from 16.2 times the speed of sound to 20.5 times the speed of sound!
“Single hit damage didn’t increase much, but it became more flexible.”
“It seems Twin Blade Mastery really is a core Assassin skill…”
Finally, Qin Feng evolved Shadow Blade, the skill that needed it most!
—
You consumed 210,000 evolution points, remaining: 12397 points.
Shadow Blade (Ancient-Grade → Immortal-grade): Shadow Blade adds 65000 → 129000 Dark Element Attack. Upon hitting, it clears one buff effect of Immortal-grade or lower from the target. Cooldown 1 → 0 seconds. Required Level: 45 (64)
Legendary Special Effect: Upon hitting a weak point, 3 seconds of cooldown time are refunded.
Mythic Effect: Upon hitting a weak point, the cleared buff effect from the target is transferred to yourself (if you already have the same buff, the highest effect of that type is taken).
Ancient-Grade Effect: Upon hitting a target, it ricochets to other enemies within 200 meters (2402 meters) (can ricochet infinitely, but the same Shadow Blade will only hit a target once).
Immortal-grade New Effect: After Shadow Blade hits a target, it will generate a circular blade that continuously rotates and damages enemies within a 10-meter (150.04-meter) radius, lasting for a maximum of 3 seconds (40.26 seconds). For every circular blade present on the field, your final damage will increase by 1% (stacks up to 300 layers).
—
It must be said, the evolution effect of Shadow Blade surprised Qin Feng!
“After this skill reaches Immortal-grade, it no longer needs a cooldown; as long as the casting speed is fast enough, I can just throw it freely!”
“According to my current Agility and skill casting speed… I can throw more than 40 Shadow Blades per second!”
Before, there was still a bit of cooldown time, which could be restrictive.
But now it’s completely Freedom; how fast I can throw Shadow Blades depends entirely on my skill casting speed.
And most crucially…
The new Immortal-grade effect not only significantly increased Shadow Blade’s damage but also allowed it to serve as a support skill, enhancing Qin Feng’s other skill damage!
And now, Qin Feng’s skill range is very high, and the buff duration is also very long-lasting.
Originally, the rotating blade from Shadow Blade’s hit only had a 10-meter radius, but for Qin Feng, it was a full 150.04 meters!
That’s a rotating blade larger than a football field!
And it can last for over 40 seconds, dealing an additional 40+ hits of damage equivalent to a Shadow Blade hit!
“Holy crap, I’m invincible…”
Qin Feng couldn’t help but calculate that if, during a boss fight, he first threw three hundred Shadow Blades with Killing Shadow, forming 300 Shadow Blade stacks on the boss.
This process would only take a little over a second, and Qin Feng could easily gain a 300% final damage bonus.
All subsequent damage would become four times its original amount!
