Instant Kill

Facing the enraged Tony, Steve shouted, "Bucky was being controlled."

Tony shouted, "So what if he was controlled? Does being controlled mean he can kill people whenever he wants?"

"A controlled person bears no responsibility."

Carter said coldly, "That’s something Iron Man Tony Stark once said."

Tony was left speechless, because he really had said that. He shouted stubbornly, "I don’t care. I’m going to kill him."

"Tony, the one who truly killed your parents wasn’t Bucky. It was Pierce. He’s the real culprit. Go kill him first."

Carter shouted, "As for Bucky, we can deal with him properly afterward. I promise you, I won’t secretly let him go."

Tony hesitated. After a moment, he said, "I don’t intend to let Bucky go either, but the bigger picture comes first. Aunt Carter, I’m handing control of the five Drone Armors over to you."

With that, Tony flew straight toward the control room where Pierce was. Steve and Carter both breathed a sigh of relief. Steve hesitated, then asked Carter, "Peggy, are you really going to leave Bucky to Tony?"

Carter said, "Steve, trust Tony. I watched him grow up. He isn’t the kind of child who kills innocents indiscriminately."

"A child? A child in his forties?"

Steve shook his head and said, "Let’s take down Bucky first. I never thought I’d see him again, and now he’s become one of the Lizardmen. Once Bucky comes to his senses, he’ll probably want to kill himself."

While controlling the Drone Armors to attack, Carter said, "I don’t think so. At the very least, he won’t need a refrigerator anymore."

"What a cold joke."

While mocking her, Steve hurled his shield at Bucky. Seeing this, Natasha shouted to Human Torch and Blade, "Come up with me. Barton and Danny, go meet up with Coulson and attack the Helicarriers together."

"Alright."

Everyone agreed. Then Blade, Human Torch, and Natasha flew together toward the Helicarriers.

At the same time, Tony Stark blasted through a wall and entered the command room. He had no intention of wasting words on Pierce, immediately raising a hand and firing an Arc Pulse Cannon at him.

Pierce did not move, his eyes filled with confidence. The next moment, a figure appeared out of thin air before him, crossed his arms, and forcibly blocked the pulse blast.

Black Spider said with great dissatisfaction, "Pierce, you really are annoying. I was just about to kill Spider-Man."

Pierce snorted. "Protecting me is your duty. Kill Tony Stark. Kill all the Super Heroes. But don’t transform. The Blood God could come at any time, and you need to save your transformation for him."

"I know."

Black Spider did not waste any words. He raised his hand and fired a web that wrapped around Tony. Tony hurriedly tried to tear it away, while Black Spider took the opportunity to leap into the air and slam both feet into Tony’s chest. Tony grunted and was kicked backward through the hole he had blasted in the wall.

Tony steadied himself in midair and asked Spider-Man through the communicator, "Kid, who’s that guy wearing the same uniform as you?"

"He should be my clone, Mr. Stark. Be careful. Besides my abilities, he has all sorts of strange powers, just like those Lizardmen."

The injured Spider-Man spoke weakly. From their earlier clash and exchange, he had already guessed the truth.

"A clone? Technology like that already exists?"

Tony was greatly shocked. At that moment, Black Spider leaped out, opened his mouth, and spewed a massive cloud of icy breath toward Iron Man.

"I hate ice."

Tony hurriedly dodged. Black Spider shot a web in midair, sticking it to Iron Man’s lower leg. Then he swung hard, soared high into the sky, and came crashing down toward Tony with a kick.

Tony dodged again. Black Spider suddenly vanished, and when he reappeared, he was already behind Tony.

Then electricity flared from Black Spider’s hands as he viciously pressed them against the back of the Iron Man Armor.

But contrary to Black Spider’s expectations, the Iron Man Armor was not paralyzed. Instead, its power surged. Without another word, Tony turned and fired two Arc Pulse Cannons at Black Spider, sending him flying.

"You’ve made me angry."

Black Spider flew into a rage and vanished again. Tony hurriedly scanned the surroundings. At that moment, a high-temperature beam shot in from the side. Tony narrowly avoided it, but a deep gash was scorched across the armor at his waist.

"Ha ha ha, I’m invincible."

Black Spider appeared. With no mask covering his eyes, he continuously fired high-temperature beams at Tony. Tony dodged while cursing, "How does this guy have so many random powers?"

"Lizard Doctor really is something. He actually created a cloned Spider-Man capable of fusing the blood of every monster."

Watching Black Spider’s performance through a holographic projection, Dr. Connors frowned and said, "Be careful. This cloned Spider-Man probably hasn’t even used his full strength yet."

"He hasn’t used his full strength? How strong will he be when he does?"

Everyone was stunned. Seeing this, Carter hurriedly returned control of the Drone Armors to Tony and joined forces with Steve to deal with the troublesome Winter Soldier.

When he saw the Drone Armors charging in, Black Spider snorted and teleported behind one of them. He spat out a mouthful of corrosive venom, instantly melting the Drone Armor’s head.

"You’re disgusting."

Tony cursed and led the Drone Armors in surrounding Black Spider. But Black Spider appeared and disappeared like a ghost. Numbers meant nothing to him, and Tony was soon locked in a bitter battle.

At the same time, Human Torch and the other two flew above the Helicarriers. The prepared Hydra forces immediately opened fire, bullets and missiles coming at them one after another.

"Useless. All of you, die."

Human Torch thrust both hands forward. Blazing flames scorched the sky, and every missile exploded with a roar. Blade turned and asked Natasha, "It’s so huge. How do we destroy it?"

Natasha said, "There’s a Chip control room in the middle. Destroy it, and the Helicarrier will crash."

"Alright."

Blade immediately rushed toward the center of the Helicarrier, while Natasha and Human Torch cleared the way for him. The Hydra agents tried desperately to intercept them, but it was completely futile.

Just then, a programmer shouted, "The virus has been cleared! The attack systems are restored!"

"Excellent! Kill them!"

The Hydra captain roared. The turrets and machine guns aboard the Helicarrier immediately turned toward Blade and the others, opening fire. The three were startled and hurriedly dodged.

Coulson, piloting the Quinjet, immediately stopped. With the Quinjet’s defenses, charging over there would be certain death.

"This is bad. If the attack systems are restored, the engines probably won’t be far behind."

Before Natasha had even finished speaking, the Helicarrier on the left suddenly shook and slowly began to rise—the engines had really been repaired.

Then the Helicarrier on the right began rising as well. Pierce laughed wildly. "Ha ha ha! No one can stop me! Hydra’s grand plan is about to be completed!"

At that moment, a blue portal suddenly appeared above the Helicarriers. Immediately afterward, a Dragon God wreathed in blazing flames descended from the sky, piercing straight through a Helicarrier and flying out below it. The Helicarrier exploded with a boom, split in two down the middle, and fell from the sky.

"Dragon God!"

Everyone present cried out at once. Pierce’s eyes widened as he shouted in disbelief, "How is this possible? Isn’t the Dragon God only able to appear in New York?"

"Bert finally came."

Tony knew the Dragon God was Bert and immediately breathed a huge sigh of relief. Then he noticed something was off about the Dragon God’s size and said in astonishment, "Why did Bert get shorter?"

The Dragon God in Manhattan had been a full kilometer long and incomparably majestic, but this one was only a hundred meters long.

The reason was simple. This was not Manhattan, so Wang Bert did not receive its blessing.

This Dragon God was entirely Wang Bert’s own power!

"Why did New York’s Dragon God come to Washington?"

Many nearby civilians saw the Dragon God in the sky and were utterly astonished. They wanted to get closer for a better look, but the military and police stopped them—the area had been sealed off long ago, though they had not dared to attack rashly.

Let us turn the clock back a little. At New York Harbor, Wang Bert sent Tony and the others away, then quietly watched the battlefield.

Although Tony and the others had left, the situation did not worsen because of it. Ivan and the others were extremely capable, not to mention that Wang Bert had also sent a large number of Drone Armors as reinforcements.

"Hulk likes fighting."

Hulk laughed loudly, repeatedly jumping up and batting the High-Temperature People around like badminton shuttlecocks. The High-Temperature People were furious and rushed over to surround Hulk. Hulk feared nothing, his fists swinging rapidly as he sent them flying one after another.

"I love war, ha ha ha!"

The war-crazed Frank fired wildly. The intelligent gun platforms floating behind him bombarded alongside him. Though he was alone, he created the impression of an entire artillery battalion.

Ivan, meanwhile, stopped Dr. Killian. He swung his axe heavily at him and sneered, "Tony really is useless. He can’t even handle a nobody like you."

"You look down on me too? All of you look down on me! Where am I, Killian, inferior to any of you?"

Dr. Killian flew into a rage. He dodged Ivan’s axe and pounced onto the Conqueror Armor, preparing to tear the armor apart with his bare hands.

Ivan sneered. Dazzling electricity lit up across the Conqueror Armor, electrocuting Dr. Killian until his entire body convulsed before he fell off the armor.

Ivan followed up with a kick. Dr. Killian shot away like a cannonball and slammed viciously into the ground.

"You dared pounce on my armor? Don’t you know I love electric shocks most of all?"

Ivan smiled disdainfully and swooped down toward Dr. Killian. Seeing this, Killian’s subordinate Sai Wen immediately came over with several flying dragons to stop him.

Seeing the battle deadlocked, Mandarin was somewhat displeased. Holding a walkie-talkie, he asked, "Have you regained the television signal yet?"

The technician said bitterly, "Mandarin, our signal has been cut off. We only have a local network now and can’t connect to the outside network."

"Just burying their heads in the sand. Forget it, we’ll add the footage afterward. Kill the president."

Mandarin sneered. Upon hearing the order, a High-Temperature Person immediately aimed his gun at ‘President Ellis,’ who was tied up in the air. "I can finally leave. Boss is seriously ridiculous, going on about making the act convincing and leaving me hanging here for so long."

Seeing this, ‘President Ellis’ was overjoyed. His body turned into water and crawled up the rope to the platform. He then grabbed the terrified actor Mandarin and jumped into the sea with him.

That’s right, this ‘President Ellis’ was Water Demon in disguise, a veteran shut-in.

Mandarin was furious. "What?"

"Mandarin, you think you can challenge me?"

Wang Bert shouted, "Today, there will be only one ending for you: you will die here, and your ten rings will become my spoils of war."

"Arrogant!"

Mandarin gritted his teeth. Before he could say anything else, that mysterious voice said, "Enough nonsense. Begin the final battle."

"Fine. Extraordinary Dragon, move out."

Mandarin shouted. Extraordinary Dragon laughed loudly. "This should have happened long ago."

Along with Extraordinary Dragon’s voice, a ten-thousand-ton cargo ship on the sea suddenly exploded with a boom. Then a massive green shadow shot into the sky, spreading its wings wantonly in the air and blotting out the sky.

"A dragon!"

Everyone was shocked by the massive green shadow, because it was clearly a Western Lizard Dragon.

Ivan mocked, "A sci-fi war drama just turned into a fantasy drama."

Looking at Extraordinary Dragon in the sky, Mandarin could not help laughing. A hundred years ago, he had merely been a martial arts expert when, by a twist of fate, he found the wreckage of an alien flying saucer.

Inside that wreckage, Mandarin obtained not only the Ten Rings, but also the sleeping Extraordinary Dragon.

This Extraordinary Dragon was an alien dragon. Mandarin had used many methods before finally waking it and making it cooperate with him.

With the Ten Rings and Extraordinary Dragon, Mandarin feared no opponent, not even the Blood God.

"Dragon God, come and die!"

Extraordinary Dragon roared toward Manhattan. Wang Bert snorted disdainfully, his hands casting spells at an unimaginable speed. Ten blue rings of light suddenly appeared around Extraordinary Dragon.

Before Extraordinary Dragon could react, the ten rings rapidly contracted at once. Like the sharpest blades, they sliced Extraordinary Dragon’s body, tougher than alloy, into eleven pieces. The wounds were incredibly smooth, and not even blood flowed from them.

But that was not the end. Elektra, who had been hiding for a long time, leaped from the shadows onto Extraordinary Dragon’s head. Then she viciously stabbed two iron rulers glowing with Black Light into Extraordinary Dragon’s skull and stirred them madly.

Aah! Even after suffering such devastating damage, Extraordinary Dragon did not die. Its head roared and struggled wildly, while its other body parts rose like living creatures, trying to reassemble themselves.

Elektra snorted and stored Extraordinary Dragon’s head in the Dark Dimension. Without its head to command them, the other parts of Extraordinary Dragon immediately lost their vitality and fell below.

Wang Bert cast another spell, creating a portal below that grew larger and larger. Extraordinary Dragon’s body fell directly into it and vanished.

In a large laboratory of the Blood Clan Group, the people who had been waiting for a long time saw the dragon body fall and immediately activated the equipment. Massive amounts of liquid nitrogen sprayed out, the temperature in the laboratory plummeted, and the dragon body was swiftly frozen.

Dr. Sterns beamed with delight. "An alien body. Now we have something to research."

"That’s it?"

Everyone was dumbfounded. Extraordinary Dragon had made such an impressive entrance, only to be gone in three seconds? He had something in common with the Helicarriers.

Mandarin’s mouth hung open wide enough to swallow an egg. The Extraordinary Dragon he had regarded as his greatest support had just gone down like that? Wang Bert stood with his hands behind his back, looking calm and composed. The Blood Clan’s greatest mage—ever seen one?

At Kamar-Taj, the mages watching the scene through magic were dumbfounded. Daniel, the former New York Sanctum master, could not help asking, "Sorcerer Supreme, portals can be used like that?"

While making tea, Ancient One answered, "When portals close, they are incomparably sharp. I have used that fact in battle as well."

Mordo looked at Ancient One and asked with some displeasure, "Master, why did you pass Kamar-Taj’s magic on to the Blood God? He’s a Vampire!"

"I merely shared the knowledge of Space Magic with him."

Ancient One said, "I never taught him magic."

Wong said, "The Blood God’s magic is different from Kamar-Taj’s. Ours is gold, while his is blue."

Everyone was speechless. The essence was the same, alright? Does a white horse stop being a horse?

Kaecilius frowned and asked, "How could he cast ten portals at once?"
