Journey to Supreme Kai’s Realm, Freeing Elder Kai!

Beerus had not planted an Electromagnetic Seed directly, which left Bai Xing somewhat disappointed. However, Beerus had put the seed away, leaving Bai Xing with a sliver of hope. There were prerequisites for planting an Electromagnetic Seed. Either the target had to lose all ability to resist, allowing Bai Xing to plant it himself. Or the target had to be willing. In that case, Bai Xing could plant it, or they could plant it themselves. Beerus was far stronger than Bai Xing.
