Killing Techniques

Naruto and Neji's battle had ended, and it was time for Sasuke and Gaara's fight. In the original plot, Sasuke had arrived late, so his battle with Gaara had changed from the second match to the third and final one. But now, not only had Sasuke not been late, he and Kakashi had already arrived when the third exam began. Richard had originally planned to figure out Chidori's Chakra Flow Path from Sasuke after Sasuke learned Chidori. But he had ultimately changed his mind and did not do that.
