Koken Novo Monitor’s Death

"Evil itself is not evil. The use of evil is evil." The Spectre's God's Wrath eyes seemed devoid of emotion, yet filled with fury toward sin as they stared at Koken Novo. Some Monitors were evolving toward Mandrak, evil itself. But evil itself did not meet the conditions for The Spectre to act. To The Spectre, using evil was evil, not evil itself. For The Spectre, who could not act without evil, Koken Novo perfectly met the conditions for his intervention.
