Kryptonian Xenomorphs Appear

In the dim environment, shadowy figures charged in from all directions.

The people guarding the perimeter of the spacecraft had long been prepared.

Judging from the commotion, there were likely hundreds of Xenomorphs coming from different directions.

Several batches of bounty hunters had arrived before, each bringing more people than the last, resulting in the birth of so many Xenomorphs.

"Guardians of the Galaxy, attack."

Allen raised his Butcher Knife and charged forward, shouting, "Noxus shall prevail!"

Hello… 911!

A lunatic who had gone crazy from gaming, dressed in a blue-and-white striped hospital gown and blue rubber slippers, was waving a Butcher Knife around and yelling.

Hurry up, I’m scared.

None of his teammates moved. They simply watched Allen charge ahead.

They were so far apart that there was no need to rush over. They only needed to wait where they were.

Suddenly, his foot slipped.

Allen stopped running and stared at how his slipper had slid down to his ankle.

"The age-old problem of slippers sliding to your ankles… I finally encountered it."

He backed up, pulled off the slipper, put it on properly again, then looked at everyone and encouraged them. "This is the first time our Guardians of the Galaxy have fought side by side. I hope everyone works together, shows some spirit, and fights with momentum."

"…"

Did he think this was a competition? Why was he talking about spirit and momentum?

Hela said impatiently, "I alone am enough."

As she spoke, Hela swung Mjolnir in a circle.

The next second, she shot into the sky.

Once she stood in midair, dark clouds gathered behind Hela. Lightning flashed and thunder rumbled, displaying the might of thunder.

At that moment, Yondu, Thanos, and Uxas stared in shock, realizing the gap between gods and mortals.

No wonder the gods did not meddle in mortal affairs. With power like that, it was difficult not to make the empires of every universe afraid.

Thus, they tried every possible means to slay gods.

Science and technology should not be underestimated. They truly could grant mortals the ability to kill gods.

By comparison, Frank was much calmer. Having weathered too many storms, he naturally remained unflustered.

"Could that be…"

Allen’s eyes widened as he exclaimed, "The long-lost technique of the descending palm strike!"

Boom!

Hela turned into a bolt of lightning and plummeted downward.

As she landed on one knee, she smashed Mjolnir into the ground.

Countless bolts of violent lightning spread in every direction like a tidal wave of plasma.

Over a hundred Xenomorphs died beneath the thunder in an instant. They collapsed limply to the ground, giving off a burnt stench as wisps of white smoke rose from their bodies.

One strike had fried them crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Hela repeated the same move, killing the remaining Xenomorphs in the same manner.

In less than a minute, every Xenomorph had been wiped out.

The Goddess of Death had not earned her name for nothing. Otherwise, how could she have commanded Asgard’s army to conquer in every direction?

Hela walked back with a graceful stride, looking heroic and valiant. Her slender figure, exquisite features, and imposing aura made the others stare in fascination.

Only Thanos withdrew his gaze first. Death Girl, who had been following at his side, snorted disdainfully to show her displeasure.

"Sister Seaweed…"

Allen slid to his knees beside Hela and hugged her thigh. With a shameless grin, he said, "You were so cool just now that I practically exploded on the spot. My admiration for you is like an endless river, like the Yellow River flooding beyond all control."

The corner of Hela’s lips curled up as she teased, "I don’t believe you. How will you prove it?"

"Isn’t that simple?"

With that, Allen started untying the drawstring of his pants and declared solemnly, "My crotch is slightly damp. That is excellent proof."

"Stop. I believe you."

Hela quickened her pace, afraid that this guy would really take off his pants.

"Shit, who tied this dead knot? They must be trying to make me hold it in until I die because I can’t use the bathroom. What a vicious conspiracy."

Allen hunched over and seriously worked at the drawstring, looking determined to fight it to the end.

Hiss…

His mental state seemed to have always been unstable.

When he got ruthless, he even cursed himself.

"Look over there!"

Uxas pointed toward the distant horizon, where a sliver of light was rising.

Daytime!?

"Based on this planet’s distance from its star, its day-night cycle should be very long," Thanos analyzed.

None of them realized that the true danger had arrived.

Allen untied the dead knot and retied it into a bow, then said with rare seriousness, "Danger is here. Kryptonian Xenomorphs can become very powerful through sunlight."

"How strong can they be? One swing of my hammer will handle it," Hela said dismissively.

Under normal circumstances, Superman would certainly lose against a god, because his magical resistance was practically zero.

But the problem was that the Xenomorphs had fused with Kryptonian genes. Their magical resistance might have increased along with everything else.

Sunlight crept forward.

At the edge between black and white, dozens of figures slowly approached, like gods chasing the morning glow.

The Kryptonian Xenomorphs’ traits lay somewhere between Deacon Xenomorphs and ordinary Xenomorphs. Their bodies were covered in grayish-white bony armor.

Along with them came an overwhelming sense of pressure.

A hot-blooded melody, nerve-stirring notes, and a fast, intense rhythm seemed to paint the picture of a magnificent epic war.

The teammates all frowned and looked at Allen.

"Sorry, I just wanted to lighten the mood, so I couldn’t help playing entrance BGM."

Allen put away the manifested recorder.

"We can’t fight near the spacecraft. We need to prevent it from getting damaged again," Yondu suddenly reminded them.

That indeed made sense.

The abandoned spacecraft’s crucial core components had already been destroyed. If their own ship was damaged as well, they would have to wait for someone else to rescue them.

The Kryptonians would most likely arrive first, but to conceal the information about Blackwater, they would very likely choose to silence them.

"Kill!"

Hela raised Mjolnir high and led the others into a proactive attack.

Even she sensed a slight threat from the aura radiating from the Kryptonian Xenomorphs.

In an instant.

The two sides clashed at close range.

Hela alone held back most of the Kryptonian Xenomorphs, while everyone else fell into disadvantage even in one-on-one fights.

Allen directly used the power of the Sinestro Corps Ring in battle. Could he really be stupid enough to charge in with a Butcher Knife?

In terms of strength, the Kryptonian Xenomorphs were less than one-third as powerful as Superman, but there were simply too many of them—at least thirty.

When they swarmed her, Hela immediately found herself unable to handle them all.

A Kryptonian Xenomorph she knocked away did not need any time to recover before rejoining the fight. They were practically tireless perpetual-motion machines.

None of the methods Allen manifested had any effect.

A single flick of a Kryptonian Xenomorph’s tail spike would shatter them to pieces.

Yondu and Phantom fared even worse. The Kryptonian Xenomorphs chased them around and beat them relentlessly. If not for the symbiotes’ tenacious vitality, they would have died seven or eight times already.

Phantom shouted, "I need to eat a hundred brains to make up for this! The consumption is way too great!"

Yondu wailed, "If we make it out alive, I’ll buy you a thousand brains."

Thanos wielded his double-bladed sword and gradually grew more proficient. He was still at a disadvantage and bore wounds all over his body, but his fighting spirit soared as he grew fiercer with every battle.

Uxas, meanwhile, was exceptionally skilled in close combat. It was perhaps related to being born on Apokolips, where he had received such training since childhood.
