Level Five

The AllSpark was obviously something good at a glance, but that was all. Mephisto was a Level Seven Great Demon, and this was only his avatar. He merely assumed the AllSpark was something capable of temporarily enhancing soul strength. Moreover, judging by the way the AllSpark was burning, it was likely a one-time-use item, which diminished its value considerably. He cared more about Donnie's peculiar soul, which might hold immense value beyond his imagination.
