Meikyō, Sickened by Hantengu (4K)

Tanjiro's mother, younger brother, and sisters had not been killed by Muzan Kibutsuji. Kamado Nezuko had not become a demon. Tanjiro had not learned Water Breathing, but instead became Rengoku Kyojuro's tsuguko and learned Flame Breathing from him. Rengoku Kyojuro himself had mastered Sun Breathing and awakened the Transparent World. Meikyō had fought Akaza before and had a general estimate of both their strengths.
