Michael and The Spectre

Heaven was an eternal realm existing beyond reality, the home of angels. Angels and The Spectre served the omnipotent Being together. Heaven was a domain, a dimension, while the Silver City was where the angels dwelled within Heaven. The Silver City had seven levels, guarded by various angelic Guardians. The seventh level was believed to be where the Throne of Presence stood. For an angel to leave Heaven and travel to Earth to protect humanity, he had to obtain the unanimous approval of the four Angel Kings.
