"Tell me about your Namek's Grand Elder," He-El said to Yug. Yug thought solemnly for a moment, then said with reverence and affection, "The Grand Elder is Namek's highest ruler. He was also the only Namekian survivor when Namek was on the brink of extinction last time. He gave birth to more than 108 children, restoring Namek to a state full of life. "The Grand Elder is highly knowledgeable, loves peace, possesses many supernatural abilities, and is also the creator of Namek's Dragon Balls.
