New Transformations: Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan 4! (End of This Volume)

Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta had already reached a power level of 480 billion! Even after absorbing the Third Divine Soul, Cell and Bai Xing had possessed power levels of only a little over 200 billion. Yet Vegeta was now twice as strong as Cell and Bai Xing had been back then! Unfortunately, Bai Xing was no longer the Bai Xing he had once been.
