Professor Yuan’s publicity

"Furthermore, online live-stream teaching definitely cannot compare to offline live-stream teaching. Once the interest live-stream section becomes popular, the number of people watching the live streams will definitely increase as well."

"By then, there will definitely be some live-stream viewers who, while learning online, will want to pursue offline learning. At that point, I can also provide a source of customers for the interest classes; everything is mutually beneficial."

"Of course, not all interest classes can be partnered with; we must verify their professionalism to ensure the reputation of Boring Short Videos."

Wu Yu listened to Li Shen's explanation, and his eyes gradually lit up.

"I understand, Brother Shen. I'll go do it right away."

He had only been thinking about the immediate conflict of interest, not the future.

If Boring Short Videos became popular, it would definitely bring many customers to the interest classes; he was very certain of that.

As he spoke, he couldn't wait to stand up and walk out, but the soreness in his legs made him almost stumble.

In the end, he still limped out of the office.

Yuhe Town.

An elderly man with greying hair was walking around in an orchard.

Several young people followed behind him, occasionally observing the leaves of the fruit trees and the immature fruit.

Meanwhile, a dark-skinned man followed closely not far behind; judging by his attire, he should be the orchard farmer.

The farmer looked a bit nervous, seemingly worried about something bad happening.

"Teacher, these leaves are a bit wilted, and the edges are yellowing. What is the cause of this?"

A student plucked a leaf and walked quickly to the side of the elderly man in front.

The old man at the front took the leaf handed over by the student and examined it carefully in his hand.

The farmer following not far behind heard the student's words and ran over with an anxious look on his face.

"Professor Yuan, is there a problem with this leaf?"

"No problem, you don't need to be nervous. It hasn't rained here for a long time, has it?"

Professor Yuan returned the leaf to the student and looked at the farmer kindly.

"The state of this leaf is just due to a lack of water. It's not a big issue. You can check the local weather forecast; if it rains in the next few days, then you don't need to worry about it."

"If it doesn't rain for a long time, then just irrigate it yourself."

"Indeed, it hasn't rained for over a month. Thank you."

The farmer finally breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing that it was just a lack of water.

He was most afraid of it having some kind of disease, as that would be the most troublesome.

Once a fruit tree shows symptoms of any disease, a mild case might just cause some reduction in yield, but a serious one could potentially mean the whole year's labor goes to waste.

"Alright, your fruit trees don't have any problems. However, you've left too much fruit on them; it might affect the size of the fruit when it finally matures. If you want larger fruit, you can appropriately thin out some of it."

Yuan Chenghua turned and began walking toward the outside of the orchard as he spoke.

It was already past five o'clock, and it would be dark in a while.

He still had four more orchards to see today, so he had to hurry.

"Okay, Professor Yuan, I will take note of that."

The farmer replied.

Time passed.

The sky gradually darkened.

In an orchard, a group of people slowly walked out.

"Professor Yuan, the meal has already been prepared, just waiting for you all to come eat."

A middle-aged man wearing a somewhat worn-out suit said with a full face of smiles.

"Hmm."

Professor Yuan nodded upon hearing this and did not refuse the man's kindness.

Soon, the group arrived at a restaurant in the township.

Yuan Chenghua entered the restaurant and frowned slightly at the sumptuous meal on the table, but then smoothed his expression.

"Mayor Li, didn't I say there was no need to make it so grand?"

"Professor Yuan, you joke. This isn't grand at all; it's just a token of the villagers' sincerity. This banquet isn't very expensive, and when averaged out among each household, it really doesn't cost much."

"Moreover, your visit here has made us villagers feel much more at ease. Recently, agricultural disasters have occurred in several areas, and we have been on edge here, terrified that we might also encounter some disaster that would cause a whole year's labor to go to waste."

"But with you here, Professor Yuan, we feel much more reassured."

Mayor Li said with a solemn expression.

Yuan Chenghua accepted this slightly after hearing Mayor Li's explanation, especially since the banquet was already prepared.

He led his students over, looking at Mayor Li sternly as he walked.

"Then many thanks to Mayor Li for the hospitality, but such situations must not happen again in the future. We are here to help solve problems, not to wine and dine."

"However, these orchards currently appear to have no problems, but we cannot let our guard down."

"We all know that; no one wants their orchard to have problems. But we don't have any professionals in managing orchards here, so sometimes even if small problems arise, we might not be able to discover them in time."

"We have a request; I wonder if Professor Yuan and your team could stay a few more days to give us some popular science knowledge about orchards?"

Mayor Li said cautiously, his face full of nervousness.

"This… I'm afraid that won't be possible. I have other townships to visit. If I stay too long, there won't be enough time to visit some of the other townships."

Yuan Chenghua shook his head slightly.

He had planned to visit 30 townships for agricultural inspection this time, and with time being tight, he couldn't stay long in one place.

"But…"

Mayor Li's expression was somewhat hesitant. He really wanted to ask Professor Yuan to stay, but with the other party's tight schedule, he felt embarrassed to insist.

Yet, those villagers had already approached him, urging him to make sure to keep Professor Yuan.

"Are you worried that after we leave, you won't be able to identify the condition of the fruit trees?"

Yuan Chenghua smiled as he looked at Mayor Li's hesitant expression.

"That is exactly it. We are very worried that the fruit trees might develop some disease, and we won't notice it, ultimately leading to inestimable consequences."

Mayor Li told him his true thoughts without any concealment.

"In that case, I do have a solution."

"What is the solution, Professor Yuan?"

Mayor Li looked pleasantly surprised.

"How about this: call over a group of village representatives. I will teach this method to them, and then let them pass this method on."

Yuan Chenghua spoke calmly.

"Alright, Professor Yuan, I will go notify them right away."

"Professor Yuan, you all should eat first, otherwise the food will get cold."

Mayor Li said this and then walked quickly out of the restaurant.

Yuan Chenghua smiled slightly at this, then sat down at the table with his students and began to eat.

About half an hour later, just as Yuan Chenghua and his students finished their meal, Mayor Li brought a group of people into the restaurant.

"Professor Yuan, I've brought a total of 30 people. Do you think this is okay?"

"That's fine."

Yuan Chenghua looked at the 30 villagers who had entered and nodded.

His method had nothing to do with the number of people, but with more people, the speed of dissemination would just be a little faster.

"My method is very simple: it is for you to download a live-streaming app."
