Returning to Earth, Shuri’s Achievement

Impression Points balance: 160 billion+!

And that number was still climbing at a terrifying speed.

After all, the population of the universe was far beyond anything Earth could compare with. In truth, although Li Congxin’s reputation had been built by stepping on Ronan’s corpse and Thanos’s prestige, it still couldn’t compare with the accumulation those two had built up over many years.

For now, only a handful of influential figures in the various major powers of the universe knew the title of Prince. It was still far from being known by everyone.

Compared with Thanos’s infamous reputation—so fearsome that it could silence crying children at night—there was still an essential gap.

If he wanted to expand the number representing his Impression Points further, he needed to let things ferment for a while longer, or cause one or two more events that would shake the universe. Of course, the best approach was to do both. Otherwise, causing another major incident in such a short time would probably only numb people, doing little to increase his Impression Points.

His current Impression Points were already enough for Li Congxin to use the BGM from Maharajah’s Incredible Adventure to break through his current limit and directly advance to the Heavenly Father level—the level of an ordinary Singular Universe deity.

However, leveling up wasn’t that simple.

After all, the prerequisite for breaking through his limit was reaching the limit of his current realm first.

After his battle with Thanos, Li Congxin completely abandoned the Congxin Acquisition Station in The Void and returned to Earth with the three women.

The Any Door opened on the fifth floor of Pym Laboratories, in the Avengers’ training room. However, what greeted them was an empty room and unused exercise equipment.

With a thought, he used his mental power to contact his duplicate, who was tinkering with a serum alongside Hulk. Only then did he learn that the new Avengers Base had officially been completed three days ago. Tony was organizing all the Avengers in a party there, and even Doctor Banner had gone to join in. Apparently, only Old Pi was still working on some new experimental project by himself.

Sure enough, after injecting the Ultimate Serum, the old man had even more drive than young people.

Li Congxin brought the three women to Old Pi’s laboratory on the top floor. After warmly greeting the proud old man, he asked curiously, "Pym Uncle, everyone is attending the Avengers’ housewarming party today. Why didn’t you go join in the fun? And Shuri, you didn’t go either?"

Old Pi gently shook his head. "I’m old now. I don’t enjoy playing around as much as I did when I was young. Rather than eating, drinking, and having fun with those youngsters, I’d rather spend my time where it’s needed. As for Shuri, she’s just a child. Attending parties isn’t something she should be doing."

All right, children really weren’t suited for those extravagant, pleasure-seeking environments. Even genius children were no exception.

On the other side, Shuri, who had been holding a Chitauri rifle and testing its data, came over and said, "Other scientists are worrying about having no materials, no projects, and no funding. We’re now worried because we have too much of all those things. Brother Clark, you didn’t bring back some cutting-edge alien technology this time for us to study, did you?"

"Of course not." Li Congxin hurriedly patted his chest and promised, "I only came back because the matters outside have more or less been dealt with."

After a slight pause, he reached out and rubbed Shuri’s little head. "How is your research going?"

"Since you asked about my research results, hehe…" The moment Li Congxin asked, Shuri took a small metal box from a drawer. It was about the size of a cigarette case.

After bringing it before Li Congxin, Shuri smiled. "Brother Clark, take a look first and guess what it’s for."

Li Congxin took it and fiddled with it for a moment before shaking his head. "I can’t tell. Is it another piece of advanced equipment?"

Shuri didn’t answer. Instead, she turned toward Ava, Sif, and Nebula, blinking her innocent, wide eyes. "You can all guess too."

Ava and Sif took the metal box from Li Congxin’s hands and began thinking. Just then, Nebula casually answered from the side, "Something for storing things?"

Hearing Nebula’s answer, Li Congxin, Ava, and Sif all shook their heads and laughed.

If it were an ordinary child, she might really have made a little box for storing things. As long as its design was attractive, that would already count as an impressive achievement for a child her age.

But who was Shuri? She was a genius capable of helping Hank Pym research the Quantum Realm. Even Li Congxin’s vibranium battle suit had been designed and completed by her alone!

Would a genius like that show off a technologically worthless metal box?

"That’s right! The big sister with blue skin got it right!" Shuri proudly glanced at Li Congxin before saying, "My actual research result is what’s inside the box. You were all staring at the box the whole time!"

Li Congxin: …

Ava: …

Sif: …

The corners of Nebula’s mouth curled into a rare smile, while Old Pi burst into unrestrained laughter.

When Li Congxin opened the box, his previously casual expression suddenly became serious. Excitement burst into his eyes. He spread out his right hand, and a green bean the size of a pea flew out of the box, wrapped in a stream of air, and landed in his palm.

Seeing the bean in Li Congxin’s hand, Ava, Sif, and Nebula couldn’t help feeling puzzled.

To them, it was just an ordinary bean. Although Sif was known as the Goddess of Land and Harvest, she actually knew nothing about agriculture. She couldn’t even tell the difference between a paddy field and a dry field.

Fortunately, the Goddess still possessed the admirable virtue of asking questions without shame. "Clark, you look so excited. Is there something unusual about this bean?"

"Of course it’s unusual." Li Congxin said solemnly, "I can sense an extremely abundant energy contained within this bean. It resembles light energy, but it isn’t quite the same." After speaking, he looked at Shuri, whose smug expression practically had the words Praise me quickly written across her face. "What does this kind of bean do?"

"Healing injuries and replenishing stamina!" Apparently very satisfied by Li Congxin’s astonished expression, Shuri answered proudly, "I created this bean by building on the Extremis Virus, combining it with the light-energy theory you organized earlier, and drawing inspiration from the alien technology you brought back."

"This bean contains all the energy the human body needs, and it also has an effect somewhat similar to the Extremis Virus."

"An ordinary person—or even enhanced people like Captain America and the others—will be able to go an entire day without feeling hungry after eating one. And if they’re injured, as long as they haven’t suffered a serious injury like losing a limb, eating one will allow them to recover quickly."

"However, compared with the Extremis Virus, this thing’s effect is temporary. It can’t permanently improve a person’s recovery ability. Its advantage is that it works on a wider range of people and doesn’t place especially strict requirements on the eater’s genes."

After hearing Shuri explain the bean’s effects, Li Congxin was utterly stunned. "Th-this is simply a Senzu Bean!"

"Bah!" Shuri curled her lips disdainfully. "What a tacky name!"

Li Congxin gave an awkward laugh, but still asked obediently, "Then what is its actual name?"

"Senzu Bean!"

Li Congxin: "Didn’t you say that name was tacky?"

Shuri stuck out her tongue. "I only just succeeded in cultivating this bean, so I haven’t had time to name it. But since Brother Clark came up with the name Senzu Bean, I’ll respect your opinion even if it’s a little tacky. Compared with that, Grandpa Pym’s research is still…"

Old Pi, who had been sitting nearby and watching the show, hurriedly waved his hand when he heard Shuri shift the topic to him. "My current research is just a few little toys. There’s no need to mention it."

That old man was actually keeping things secret from him.

Since the other party didn’t want to talk, Li Congxin didn’t ask further. Instead, he changed the subject directly. "I haven’t met everyone since I came back. I’ll take Nebula over and introduce her to everyone. You two keep busy. We’ll take these two beauties to the party."

As he spoke, the Space Stone on Li Congxin’s shoulder flashed blue. Spatial energy swept up the three of them, and they arrived at the open-air plaza of the new Avengers Base.

Watching Li Congxin casually teleport away with the two women, Old Pi couldn’t help laughing and cursing. "That little rascal is getting more and more proficient with spatial abilities."

Shuri asked Old Pi curiously, "Grandpa Pym, why didn’t you tell Brother Clark about your research just now?"

"Compared with my Senzu Bean, your research is much more valuable. Tony Uncle has a finished product like this too, but his Eris was entirely an accidental creation. Like Captain America’s shield, it can’t be recreated."

"If your research succeeds, it will be a truly epoch-making invention!"

Old Pi shook his head and casually explained, "If I reveal it ahead of time, won’t there be no surprise? Besides, my experiment is still in the early debugging stage. There’s no guarantee when it will succeed."

"If it fails in the end, wouldn’t that be embarrassing?"

After more than a year of effort, the aftermath of the Battle of New York had finally completely subsided, and the Inhumans awakening incidents had become increasingly rare. As a result, the Avengers were all very relaxed today.

When Li Congxin arrived at the restaurant with the three women, he saw a large group of Avengers taking turns trying to lift Mjolnir.

However, the results were rather painful to watch.

Hawkeye couldn’t lift it, Tony couldn’t lift it, Rhodey couldn’t lift it, Banner couldn’t lift it, Kick-Ass couldn’t lift it, Luke Cage couldn’t lift it…

Only when Captain America tried did the hammer tremble slightly.

When he had watched the movie in his previous life, Li Congxin hadn’t thought much of it. But now that he had gained a sufficient understanding of Asgardian magic and divine artifacts, he saw the trick at a glance.

Mjolnir had been sealed with a special enchantment by Odin. Unless someone was stronger than Odin, they had to fulfill one of two conditions to lift it.

They either had to be worthy, or have Odin’s approval.

Furthermore, when someone tried to lift the hammer, there were only two possible outcomes: lifting it or failing to lift it. There was absolutely no possibility of merely making it move a little.

It seemed that Captain America could completely lift Mjolnir. He had only made a show of it to preserve the Avengers’ unity and leave Thor some dignity.

Thinking this, Li Congxin and the other two had already arrived in front of everyone.

The moment Thor saw Li Congxin appear, he hurriedly grabbed the hammer and pulled it tightly into his arms, clutching it as if he were afraid someone might snatch it away.
