Rookie Dark Phoenix, Heartless Angel’s First Battle

After seeing Dark Phoenix easily block the Dimension Slash with the Phoenix Force, Richard knew that she was much stronger than she had been in the movies. She was not as strong as her comic-book counterpart, but she was clearly several levels above her movie version. For one thing, the movie Dark Phoenix could never have emerged completely unscathed from a Dimension Slash. Even Wolverine's Adamantium Bone Claws could kill the movie version of her, so a Dimension Slash would naturally pose no problem.
