They had originally wanted to lock Reverse-Flash away in a space-station prison in outer space, but Barry stubbornly refused. He insisted on imprisoning Reverse-Flash in the Particle Accelerator Laboratory. There were numerous high-tech prisons here, specially modified to hold all kinds of superpowered individuals. After Clark and the others left, Barry came here alone.
